Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 892: Chapter 562: Flashing Flame Team Annihilated (Part 2)

Unexpectedly, being besieged by three didn’t make him disappear...

Was it because his actions were swift?

”Call the medical team over; shouting certainly won’t wake him up.”

Baimu said to the silently weeping Pachira. If Fladari had died directly, it would have been a cause for celebration, but who would have thought this guy had such a resilient life; he couldn’t just rush over and finish him off.

Mr. Da Wu definitely wouldn’t accept it, and Ash Ketchum would probably try to stop it as well.

But looking at Fladari’s current state, breathing was more out than in, it was uncertain if he could survive the subsequent rounds of resuscitation.

Pachira didn’t speak, just nodded while crying.

It’s over.

A descendant of the Carlos region’s royalty, a star figure in high society, an outstanding tech company president—Fladari.

His glorious life came to a full stop here.

Baimu looked up, gazing at the dawn-breaking sky as the clouds cleared, his lips hinting a smile.

Meanwhile, on the cliff far from Lysandre Labs.

The Rocket Team trio secretly observed everything, first drooling over the three powerful Pokémon, then recalling Baimu’s smile when threatening them.

A chilling smile.

”Better forget it.”

”Isn’t that guy a famous Coordinator Trainer? He should be heading back to Hoenn for the grand celebration, right!”

”Let’s not provoke him for now, Meowth.”

The two humans and one Meowth agreed surprisingly.

No choice.

Someone’s words had indeed struck at their respective weaknesses.

James was afraid his fiancée would chase after him, Musashi hoped her classmate Blissey could continue being a nurse peacefully, and Meowth feared Madonna would suffer if Baimu caught her.

”But, the weather sure is nice, Meow~”

”And the breeze is gentle~”

”What a beautiful feeling~”

——

The subsequent cleanup matters.

Basically unrelated to Baimu, who isn’t an international police officer.

Thanks to Hoopa’s presence, Liu Ge and the others successfully captured the entire Flashing Flame Team, not even sparing the janitors.

There were barely any injuries on their side.

It was a massive victory.

Amusingly, Liu Ge only submitted the plan to the Calos Alliance when the action began.

By the time the president of the Calos Alliance and Champion Karonai realized the severity of the situation and rushed over at top speed, Liu Ge was already cleaning up the debris.

Leaving a few people bewildered in the wind.

Undoubtedly, this action met with protests from the Calos Alliance.

Liu Ge was consequently criticized within the international police, yet also commended for pre-emptively predicting Fladari’s plot and minimizing the damage.

Flop laughed loudly telling Baimu, saying there were two photos now hung up on the international police’s bulletin board.

Left—Criticism: Liu Ge.

Right—Commendation: Liu Ge.

The overly comical scene had many who might have been jealous of his success in stitches.

Liu Ge’s mood these past days, too, hovered between good and bad.

Additionally.

A joint diagnosis by multiple medical professors confirmed that Fladari, who was excavated from the rubble, had suffered ”brain death,” reportedly caused by the excess Life Energy from the crumbling Legendary Giant Stone impacting his brain.

Yet this very fact also kept his body alive.

In simple terms—

”Vegetative state.”

The once ambitious villain reduced to a vegetative state, leaving Baimu somewhat rueful as the ”chief culprit.”

Pachira, just like in the original story, chose to turn herself in.

Although Ailan had testimonies from Pachira, Mr. Da Wu, Ash Ketchum, Manon, Dr. Bratano, and others proving he was merely misled by Fladari, he was still taken in for investigation.

If further detailed evidence shows he was deceived and caused no significant harm, should he be released?

With so many people vouching, it seems possible.

On a side note.

Manon’s Chespin successfully revived under the joint ”rescue” of Z1 and Z2, and the remaining energy was reclaimed by the Zygarde Cores, so naturally, it was all fine.

In any case, the Lumiose Conference would definitely not be reached.

This outcome caught Baimu off guard; he had previously considered if, after the event concluded, a de-buffed Ailan could re-enact the Lumiose Conference showdown.

Turns out he couldn’t participate?

Then if the Divine Beast Man doesn’t appear, wouldn’t Ash Ketchum surely win the Lumiose Conference, move on to face the Four Heavenly Kings and Karonai in the Carlos Championship Alliance?

It turns out... uh, one of the Four Heavenly Kings seems to have been captured too?

If they can’t replace him with a new Heavenly King before the Lumiose Conference, it’s unlikely the Championship Alliance can proceed smoothly.

Baimu decided to keep an eye on Ash Ketchum’s future progress.

The Alola Region should be his next stop.

Should be.

After thwarting Flashing Flame Team’s plot, the first mythical and divine beasts to leave were, without a doubt, the Alternate-colored Rayquaza, for it did not belong to this region, having been summoned by Hoopa.

Before leaving, Baimu had a Divine Heart communication with it, where it expressed interest in revisiting his travel memories sometime later within the Mind Space.

Wanting to live happily and splendidly.

To which he could only respond to do his best.

The second to leave was Z2.

Rescued by humans, yet hurt by them, it decided to continue observing humans quietly as before; it initially intended to call Z1, but Z1 chose to stay to watch Ash Ketchum’s performance at the Lumiose Conference before leaving.

This decision delighted the nearly-crying Youx Lijia.

The third was Hoopa’s turn.

Initially, Hoopa didn’t leave, being the key contributor to the operation; it won almost everyone’s affection.

The affection resulted in it eating over a hundred donuts in a short period!

That’s right.

A hundred!

After one person fed it, another, and then yet another.

Mei Yali and Balza hadn’t even had time to react before Hoopa grew two whole sizes, its waist resembling a swimming ring, forcing it to leave.

Back to Desert City to continue working out and losing weight.

Baimu was quite surprised by this.

Can Mythical Pokémon get chubby too? And gain weight so fast!

Truly worthy of Pokémon.

——

After staying in Carlos for over a week.

When Ash Ketchum and his companions headed to Lumiose City for the Lumiose Conference, Baimu formally bid farewell to the four.

Despite the short time spent together, he left a profound impression on Ash Ketchum and his friends.

Whether during the Volcanion incident or while breaking into Flashing Flame Team’s action, his dependable image left Hitron in awe.

This genius inventor even expressed an intent to design an invention related to Porygon II and would send it to Baimu for him to try out and review.

——Sending a bomb, is it!

Baimu wanted to refuse, but curiosity outweighed the slight sense of danger, mainly because he wanted to know if Hitron intended to create a Porygon Atlas.

Before departing.

He quietly asked Ash Ketchum about the result of his battle with Ailan at the Flashing Flame Team base. The answer was as he imagined, with the bond-evolved Greninja achieving victory.

The real-person duel, however, was at a disadvantage.

The Friendship Face-breaking Fist that Baimu taught Ash was caught by Ailan as soon as it was thrown, the latter’s physical strength nearly matching that of Pallet Town people!

Terrifying!

Afterward, Ash wanted to throw another punch, but Pachira intervened, revealing to Ailan the truth about him being manipulated.

With Ailan falling into self-doubt, Ash Ketchum couldn’t bring himself to punch him again.

Had to let it slide.

”Such a pity...”

”Huh?”

”Nothing, Ash, I’ll keep following your journey, you have to win the Lumiose Conference!”

Baimu patted Ash’s shoulder earnestly.

The biggest rival Ailan was out, so if you can’t win, I’d have to rush over and give Pikachu a good thrashing!

”I will!”

Ash nodded firmly.

”Pika! Pi... ka?”

Pikachu also intended to nod along, but an unexpected chill made it shiver.

Baimu just smiled warmly watching the yellow mouse.

After bidding farewell to the four.

He used Hoopa’s power to return to Glazed City.

With about ten days until the grand celebration, he needed to make good preparations.
