Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 858: Chapter 547: Mega Wholesale (Part 2)

Although it can live in the atmosphere without falling for a long time, if it wants to communicate with humans normally, it still has to return to the ground——

That’s what past experience has told it.

”Hmm? This island is?”

Baimu gazed at the island below, feeling an unusual fluctuation from his chest and the slight shake of the Pokeballs in his pocket, exclaiming in surprise, ”Super Island?”

Super Island.

The earliest mysterious island to appear on the journey, home to a large number of Pokémon capable of super evolution, and also harboring many Super Stones.

It directly transformed the originally rare super evolution into a thing that could be wholesale.

Strictly speaking, though.

Though uninhabited, this island is managed by Kokobur, the former Hall Master of Sola Gym.

”It might cause a misunderstanding...”

Baimu tugged at the corner of his mouth, just hoping to end the communication with Rayquaza’s divine power before Kokobur arrives.

There is no doubt.

He knew very well why Rayquaza brought him to the ground.

A moment later.

Rayquaza landed on the highest cliff of Super Island, and Baimu removed his mask to look down, suddenly seeing many Pokémon quickly scurrying away.

Among them were also late-blooming Pokémon like Salamence and Garchomp.

”Accidentally intruded into someone else’s territory.”

He said to Rayquaza, but the latter did not answer, only gazing at him with those shining golden eyes, filled with anticipation.

Baimu helplessly reached out and placed his palm on its snout.

”Hear your voice, speak my words”

With highly concentrated spiritual power and skilled techniques, despite a month’s separation, he still easily brought Rayquaza into the Mind Space.

The familiar scene made Rayquaza quite excited, almost unable to refrain from roaring.

Baimu hurriedly raised his hand to soothe it.

Then.

The mental exchange began.

Everything that happened since they parted was transmitted by Baimu, and after Rayquaza digested it, it also sent images it had seen in Carlos.

Along with a bunch of concrete emotions.

But not complaining about Baimu leaving it in Carlos for so long; a month was but a moment for the long-lived Rayquaza.

Yet, the many events in this ”moment” made it extremely happy.

Whether it was the unusual fluctuations from the Legendary Giant Stone or the strange experiments the Flashing Flame Team conducted on unknown islands, including the pursuit of Z1 and Z2, all brought it extra excitement.

Indeed.

Excitement.

The alternate-colored Rayquaza is a mischievous one that would provoke Hoenn’s Rayquaza just for fun. Seeing scenes it rarely saw before, isn’t it exciting?

The actions of the Flashing Flame Team, even for it, provided a sense that ”something big is coming.”

As for whether it was angry when Z2 was captured...

Sorry.

There wasn’t much feeling at all.

Baimu removed his hand from Rayquaza’s snout, looking at the latter with a particularly complex expression.

There was once a saying circulating online—

[Humans wish to understand the legendary Pokémon, but the legendary Pokémon have never cared about humans]

This phrase is definitely incorrect.

But from another perspective, it’s like saying the legendary Pokémon have never wanted to understand human thoughts, not out of arrogance.

But because of a difference in consciousness.

The thoughts of legendary Pokémon are different from humans, often caring about things humans do not, and not caring about things humans do.

Even among legendary Pokémon, there are deep chasms.

”Well... there’s something else I would like to ask you...”

Baimu looked at Rayquaza, whose eyes were bright and energetic after digesting the images he had conveyed, and took out Poké Blocks and pre-made food from his backpack.

”Sizzle!”

Rayquaza’s nostrils puffed two streams of white smoke, as it began to enjoy the grand feast prepared for it by humans, and listened to their requests.

——

Soon after.

Baimu looked at the departing alternate-colored Rayquaza and sighed.

Although he wanted to become closer to this guy, there were many pressing matters to attend to, so he could only wait until everything settled.

Regret.

The alternate-colored Rayquaza seemed quite satisfied.

It seems that its recent experiences were very thrilling, combined with the high-quality Poké Blocks and glowing delicious meals.

”...Hurry and go.”

He murmured under his breath, taking out his phone to contact Balza.

At this moment.

”Who goes there!”

A loud shout suddenly came beside his ear.

Baimu’s mouth twitched, he raised his hands and turned to look at the newcomer——

An old man in violet clothing with long white hair, a mustache tied like a broom with a Key Stone embedded in the middle, and exceptionally long eyebrows.

Kokobur in Super Evolution Immortal Form.

Behind the old man was a floating Alakazam, its aura shimmering violet, its Telekinesis charged and ready.

”A good citizen... oops, just an ordinary Trainer who entered unwittingly.”

He replied clearly and systematically.

”An ordinary Trainer?”

The old man with long hair was evidently not satisfied with his answer and asked again, ”Was that alternate-colored Rayquaza that just flew away your Pokémon?”

”How could that be, it’s just what I was chasing, and because of it, I ended up on this island by accident.”

Baimu was sure that Kokobur hadn’t seen the scene where he communicated with the alternate-colored Rayquaza, so he casually fabricated an explanation.

Even though it was fabricated, every word was true.

”Chasing the alternate-colored Rayquaza?”

Kokobur repeated like a parrot, but it seemed he believed it seven or eight parts since chasing legendary Pokémon is something that most Trainers in the world do.
