The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 403: Chapter 403: I’m Going to Pursue You

Everyone was shocked, what kind of monster is this? They’ve already run so many laps, and now they’re running with someone on their back.

But no one shouted or screamed because they were all in military training.

However, their hearts were in turmoil. All the boys who wanted to pursue Liou Qingcheng knew that there was no chance in this lifetime. No one could compare to the man struggling under the scorching sun.

This scene was imprinted in the eyes of many girls, moved to tears. They were immensely envious of Liou Qingcheng, even secretly vowing to themselves that they must find a boyfriend like Lin Tian. Lin Tian’s back must be really warm and comfortable.

Even Mr. Liu was moved. He was a soldier with iron-like discipline and a strong physique.

Though Mr. Liu could also do what Lin Tian did, it wouldn’t be as effortless. Originally, he thought it was impressive enough for a medical student to finish half-running and half-walking, but unexpectedly, Lin Tian completed it so excellently.

Facing the whole class, Mr. Liu suddenly shouted, ”Attention! Dismissed! Go cheer for your classmate!”

”Great! Thank you, sir!”

The whole class cheered, with Meng Nan running at the front, leading the class to Lin Tian’s side.

A boy laughed and said, ”Lin Tian, on the third day of school, you’ve already become famous.”

”Exactly, exactly. Next time you go out, take us with you. You’ll definitely be swarmed with girls.”

”Qingcheng, I’m so envious of you.”

With these classmates around, Lin Tian felt a warm glow in his heart, even though most of them were unfamiliar faces, that sense of camaraderie really bridged the gap between them.

Twenty-five laps, now only one lap remained.

For this last lap, Liou Qingcheng wanted to run on her own, but Lin Tian domineeringly refused.

In this last lap, Lin Tian slowly jogged to the finish amid all the cheers and support before finally putting Liou Qingcheng down.

As soon as Liou Qingcheng’s feet touched the ground, she nearly collapsed. Lin Tian quickly caught her, ”I know you’re very tired now, but no matter how tired we are, we can’t stop. Let’s walk two more laps, I believe you can do it.”

Liou Qingcheng looked up at Lin Tian, her eyes filled with fascination. She nodded firmly, ”I can do it.”

”Cough, cough...” Li interjected with a few coughs, saying, ”We’re like thirty-something light bulbs here, yet you two are still showing off your love.”

The whole class burst into laughter, and someone joked, ”Let’s go, let’s go, why are we following the couple on their walk? Let’s seize the chance to rest now that we don’t have to train.”

”Yeah, yeah, Qingcheng, you two go ahead and walk by yourselves, we won’t follow.”

”...”

Liou Qingcheng lowered her head amidst everyone’s teasing, her face blushing like a red apple, looking charmingly pretty.

Regarding these classmates, Lin Tian could only respond with a wry smile. These guys said a few words, handed him two bottles of water, and then ran off to the field to rest.

Lin Tian opened a bottle of water and handed it to Liou Qingcheng, saying, ”Let’s go.”

”Okay.”

...

The two of them supported each other, strolling slowly on the track. The sun stretched their shadows long, eventually overlapping them.

Under the envious eyes of the whole school’s freshmen, the two walked two laps, then sat down under the shade of a willow tree.

After drinking some water and resting for a while, Liou Qingcheng had regained much of her energy.

Suddenly, her legs were lifted by Lin Tian and placed on top of her lap.

”Ah... what are you doing?” Liou Qingcheng was startled, a slight blush still on her face.

”Giving you a massage. I’m really good at it.”

Lin Tian began to knead her legs through her pants, varying the pressure.

Liou Qingcheng immediately felt shivers of electricity, causing her previously sore legs to relax instantly, making her almost sigh in comfort.

Liou Qingcheng had been to massage parlors before, but this was an entirely different feeling, refreshing her body and mind, as if she were soaking in a hot spring.

Little did she know, as Lin Tian massaged her, the spiritual energy was soothing her legs, relieving her body of all fatigue.

Looking at Lin Tian’s resolute face, Liou Qingcheng’s heart raced, feeling like it would jump out at any second.

Lin Tian was so focused on massaging that he didn’t notice her change, until Liou Qingcheng softly called, ”Lin Tian.”

”What’s up? Am I pressing too hard?” Lin Tian looked up at her.

Liou Qingcheng smiled and shook her head, ”I just feel a bit silly.”

Lin Tian chuckled, ”I called you a silly woman before, you really think I’m right? If you’re silly, then I’m even sillier.”

”I really am silly,” Liou Qingcheng said, ”You said we are good friends, so why should I be upset? I can pursue you!”

Lin Tian gaped in surprise.

Liou Qingcheng’s gaze became firm, staring directly at Lin Tian. She suddenly declared like a wolf, ”Lin Tian, I’m officially informing you that starting today, I will pursue you. Are you ready?”

...

The classmates of Class 42 gathered again, except Lin Tian and Liou Qingcheng. But the instructor just gave them an extra 15 minutes of rest time, and they returned to the team promptly.

The twenty-five laps were not much trouble for Lin Tian, and with Lin Tian’s spiritual energy helping, Liou Qingcheng had also regained her energy and was full of vigor again.

After they rejoined the team, the training continued until it ended at noon.

After dismissal, all the freshmen looked at Lin Tian as though he were a mythical creature. As for the girls, they kept throwing flirtatious glances and sending sparks his way.

Were it not for Liou Qingcheng by his side, they might’ve just run up and asked for his phone number.

Since there was more training in the afternoon, everyone chose to have a quick meal at the nearest cafeteria to rest up.

Sitting in the cafeteria, Lin Tian could hear many people talking about him, also hearing a lot of complaints. Everyone looked exhausted, and the novelty of military training had long worn off in the past two days.

The food in the canteen of Kanyue City Medical University was great—cheap and delicious.

Liou Qingcheng sat opposite Lin Tian, with Meng Nan and Li nearby. They were cheerfully chatting and laughing with Liou Qingcheng’s roommates, Sisi and Mengnan laughing the most joyfully among them.

Suddenly, Liou Qingcheng picked up a chicken leg and placed it in Lin Tian’s tray, ”It’s for you.”

Lin Tian was taken aback, ”Why buy it if you’re not eating it?”

”It’s a reward for you; you did well today. Here’s an extra chicken leg,” Liou Qingcheng said with a bright smile.

Sisi huffed, ”You two, can we still eat? It’s too sweet, we’re overwhelmed here!”

Liou Qingcheng ignored Sisi, picked up another piece of meat, and fed it directly to Lin Tian’s mouth, smiling, ”Eat more.”

”Yuck...” Sisi and Meng Nan pretended to gag.
