Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Camden nodded his head, then slowly began to speak, ”Sir, the letter was never delivered to the Seys Family. I... I gave it to Madam.”

Jose Floyd’s fingers clenched tightly into fists, veins popping, ”Say that again!”

Camden bowed his head, speaking in a deep voice, ”That day, when I was about to arrange for someone to deliver it to the Seys Family, Miss Andrea Greenwood stopped me, and Madam took your letter...”

Every word from Camden hit Jose Floyd like a hammer, making his face appear even colder, as a chill spread outward.

”Olivia Summer—!” Jose clenched his fist tightly, the coldness in his brow chilling enough to make one’s heart tremble.

Camden looked at Jose Floyd and said, ”Actually, Sir, I have still been hiding something from you. Back then, Miss Nicole did not terminate your child, but it was an ectopic pregnancy. When Miss Morris called Clearflower Estate, I was the one who answered the phone... Miss Morris said that Miss Seys was experiencing massive hemorrhaging in the hospital because of the ectopic pregnancy... When I relayed the information to you, I didn’t mention the term ’ectopic pregnancy’.”

Jose Floyd wasn’t sure how he managed to leave the detention center; inside the car, he remained in a state of mental haze, his icy eyes devoid of any emotion, even more heartless than before he met Nicole.

”Nicole... it’s not that the love between us is insufficient; rather, it’s because we love but don’t speak out, and we are people who say one thing but mean another. This has caused the misunderstandings time and again, simply because too many people around us harbored sinister intentions and wanted to destroy what we had.”

”Nicole—I never wanted to terminate our child, nor did you ever intend to harm the child, yet we lost two children between us...”

”If I had known about the ectopic pregnancy and the loss of the child, I certainly wouldn’t have treated you that way...”

”You said that as long as I spoke, you would believe me... but at that time, I was deceived by Olivia Summer and Andrea Greenwood and the doctor’s medical records. I hated you for taking away our child and leaving Clearflower Estate...”

”Behind my ignorance was you walking once more through the gates of hell, experiencing another massive hemorrhage... Nicole, now that the truth is unveiled, do you know how regretful I am, how much I hate myself now?”

”You chose to get engaged to Steven Cooper because you thought it was me who wanted to take away your child, and you never received my handwritten letter, so in a moment of haste, you got engaged to Steven Cooper. At that time, you must have utterly hated and given up on me...”

”Nicole—I owe you, owed you words for a long time, words that should have been spoken when we were together in Italy... Nicole, everything is too late, the words ’marry me’ made you wait all these years, now that I understand love must be spoken aloud, now that I understand what you desired was nothing but to be together openly for a lifetime, it’s too late...”

Jose Floyd’s deep, hoarse voice resonated within the car, carrying heavy sorrow as he slowly started the car.

Remembering that Jorge Saxton mentioned Joshua Floyd at Nicole’s last moment, accompanying her in the operating room, Jose Floyd turned the steering wheel and drove to the hotel where the Floyd Family was staying.

Entering the hotel, Jose Floyd appeared at the door of Stuart Floyd’s room where the Floyd Family was discussing Nicole’s situation.

”Our Floyd Family owes Nicole an apology; she lost two children because of Jose and was bullied by Olivia Summer and Andrea Greenwood, unexpectedly Nicole just left like that...” Stuart Floyd’s deep voice sounded.

”How do we compensate for this guilt now? Nicole can never come back to life in this lifetime... Jose must be feeling extremely painful inside! I even feel guilty that my son did wrong by Nicole!”
