Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

”So I’m telling you all to stop trying to matchmake, Nicole and this man won’t end up together. Her fiancé has her whole family’s approval, much better than Jose Floyd’s family of eccentrics. Who would want their daughter to marry into such a family? A future mother-in-law so vicious, she absolutely can’t marry there!”

Stuart Floyd’s face turned somewhat dark, ”Joshua, we won’t worry about Jose’s mother’s issues, as long as Jose truly loves Nicole. As long as the two of them genuinely love each other, that’s enough.”

”How do you plan on bringing Nicole and Jose Floyd together? Dad, you just asked about Nicole’s condition, you’re not planning on making them have a child, right? Using a child to trick them into being together?”

Stuart glanced at Joshua, ”Why not?”

Joshua: ”...You’re literally pushing Nicole into the arms of the big bad wolf, Jose. Dad, you’re being a bit heartless towards your goddaughter, aren’t you? Those who don’t know might think you’re Jose’s father, helping him manipulate Nicole like this!”

Celine Sutton also felt it was inappropriate, and softly said, ”I think since that mother-in-law is so ruthless, maybe Nicole would be better off not marrying him. Joshua, honestly, wouldn’t it be great if you married Nicole, then Nicole would be a daughter-in-law of the Floyd Family, and our family certainly wouldn’t be so cruel to her.”

Joshua choked on a grape, coughing, ”Oh my god, please don’t get mixed up in this, Nicole and I couldn’t be a thing even in the next life, there’s no spark! We can only be like siblings!”

Stuart looked at his wife and son, speaking somewhat gravely, ”Joshua can’t fall in love with Nicole, love anyone else, but not Nicole, don’t compete with Jose... my point is, Joshua can’t interfere in others’ relationships, I just believe Nicole has feelings for Jose too, as long as they love each other, nothing else is a problem.”

Joshua carried a bunch of grapes upstairs while eating, ”You all just go ahead misguiding things, you really care inexplicably much about Jose Floyd! I’m warning you, Nicole will soon return to City C, to get married! Marrying her fiancé! Stop wasting time trying to match her with Jose Floyd, he can be Nicole’s backup, but as a husband — please, not happening, there’s not one good person in his family!”

”Watch your words! Jose is not a backup!” Stuart scolded, ”Go upstairs and stay there, from now on, address Jose respectfully as ’brother’! And let me tell you, Jose likes Nicole, you should only help them get together, not sabotage things for Jose.”

”Dad, Jose Floyd isn’t secretly your son, right? You defend him so much!” Joshua quipped quickly, disappearing with his grapes to avoid being smacked by Stuart.

Celine quietly laughed while watching her mischievous child, her eyes darkened with memories, her voice suddenly dropping low, ”I wonder how my child is doing, whether they’re suffering. I was against you swapping the child long ago, and now we can’t even go back to City T, how will we ever reunite?”

Stuart was silent for a while, ”Celine, trust me, we will return to City T, what’s ours can’t be taken! Swapping the child was to make sure he’d inherit what was rightfully ours, but I didn’t expect him to leave everything to his eldest!”

”I’m not worried about the inheritance we lost, I just care if my child is okay. All these years I’ve held back from looking just for your plan, do we really have a chance to meet that child again? I really wonder if he’s suffering, whether he’s been abused!”
