Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Celine pursed her lips and sighed, ”I dream of Nicole being my daughter-in-law, but as you can see, Nicole and Joshua just aren’t compatible; they’re purely good buddies, how could she ever become our daughter-in-law?”

Stuart sipped the warm water in front of him and said in a low voice with hidden meaning, ”Don’t think about matching Joshua and Nicole, Celine. You can’t arbitrarily pair them up; the one thing Joshua can’t do is fall for Nicole. Our whole family likes Nicole, so this is easy. Celine, to be honest, I really like her boyfriend. I want to set them up as a couple.”

”You don’t often take a liking to someone like this,” Celine replied.

Stuart’s fingers stiffened slightly, gazing at the staircase to the second floor, he murmured softly, ”How could I not like him? He’s our biological...” Stuart’s words abruptly stopped, ”Celine, is Nicole’s health getting better?”

Celine nodded, ”After this period of care I’ve given her, she’s a lot better. With a little more careful attention, she should improve even more.”

Stuart nodded, his expression solemn as he looked at Celine, ”You must ensure Nicole’s health is well cared for. Celine, treat Nicole well; in the future, when we acknowledge him... Nicole will be part of our family.”

With a smile, Celine looked at Stuart, ”You’ve muddled things up a bit, Nicole is already our goddaughter, she’s already part of our family.”

Stuart didn’t respond, sipping his water leisurely, gazing toward the second floor with gentle, amused eyes and meaningful brows.

The next day, Nicole got up just as Jose Floyd was coming out of the room next door. When she met his indifferent face and upright figure, her heart couldn’t help but race, and she stood there, unmoving.

Jose Floyd glanced at Nicole and leaned closer.

Right at that moment, the door to the room opposite Nicole suddenly opened, and a bleary-eyed Joshua Floyd, who looked like he hadn’t slept enough, appeared at the door. ”Good morning, Sister Nicole. I forgot to bring you dessert yesterday; today I’ll... Wait! What’s going on? Why are you at my house? No way, did you both come out of the same room?!”

Seeing Jose Floyd in front of Nicole, Joshua shouted in astonishment, pointing at the two of them at Nicole’s door, looking utterly shocked!

Nicole: ”... No! He stayed in the room next to mine! We just happened to bump into each other!”

Joshua scoffed, ”The less you explain, the clearer it seems! But, I mean, this guy’s really bold, coming to my house to sleep with you.”

Nicole: ”... We didn’t share a room! Joshua! Keep saying that and I’ll deal with you!”

Which eye saw her and Jose Floyd sleeping together? They clearly weren’t sleeping together!!

It was just that they happened to come out of their rooms at the same time!!

Joshua glanced at the two of them and went downstairs first, ”Caught red-handed, and still won’t admit it!”

Caught red-handed—Is that how it’s used?

Since when did she and Jose Floyd have any illicit relationship? Even if placed years ago when they were together, that would be considered living together as boyfriend and girlfriend, not an affair!

Nicole slipped on her house slippers and followed Joshua’s path, conveniently avoiding Jose Floyd’s approach.

Jose Floyd, composed and calm, followed Nicole downstairs.

Joshua arrived downstairs first, and seeing him, Stuart couldn’t help but ask, ”Where are your brother and the other one?”

”Last night they probably battled until late, woke up later than I did, they’re behind me, should be down soon, almost time for breakfast, I’m starving.” Joshua sat at the dining table and grabbed toast, stuffing it in his mouth, ”Dad, when did that guy become my brother?”

Just then, Nicole and Jose Floyd came downstairs.
