Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Nicole’s eyes were filled with hatred towards Jude Charington, her face pale. ”Let go of me! Jude Charington, playing such despicable tricks, you sure have some nerve!”

Jude Charington sneered coldly. He lightly wiped the short knife against Nicole’s skin, instantly leaving a shallow mark with tiny beads of blood on her jade-like neck.

”Jude Charington! You better not touch her again, damn it!” Jose Floyd’s eyes swept across Jude Charington’s, filled with icy coldness.

Jude Charington’s lips curled into a cold smile, and he signaled to his subordinate.

The man understood and approached Jose Floyd with the short knife in hand. ”Young Master Floyd, please.”

Jose Floyd cast a glance at Jude Charington and the person brandishing the short knife. He noticed her pale face and the injury on her elbow, and his gaze turned deep and somber.

His attention returned to Jude Charington’s current subordinate, the sharp short knife gleaming coldly.

Without much hesitation, Jose Floyd coldly took the short knife from the man’s hand, his eyes chillingly fixed on Jude Charington. ”You better remember what you said. For one finger of mine, I’ll repay you with a hand, but if you’re untrue to your word and don’t release her, Jude Charington, I will make sure you’ll never have peace in your life!”

The cold aura arose around him, his gaze carrying a stern and icy demeanor.

Jude Charington’s mouth twisted with a smile. ”Young Master Floyd, I truly admire your bravery. To sacrifice so much for a woman, remarkable, you must be deeply in love.”

Jose Floyd ignored Jude Charington. He tightened his grip on the short knife, his fingers clenching forcefully.

Under Jude Charington’s control, Nicole bit her lip hard, watching Jose Floyd’s actions. Suddenly, she began to struggle frantically, her voice tinged with hoarseness, her fingertips trembling. ”Jose Floyd... Have you forgotten? It was I who stabbed you with the knife. Jose Floyd, if you ruin your own hand today, he won’t let us go. He still wants to kill us. We won’t make it out of here! Jose Floyd... Between us, there’s only hatred. You don’t have to...”

The sound of a knife piercing flesh echoed in the air, and bright red blood instantly dripped onto the floor, cutting Nicole’s words short. Her entire body trembled violently afterward.

”Jose Floyd— Why... why exactly are you doing this? I’m the one you should hate...” Nicole’s eyes became unfocused, her eyes bloodshot. She bit her lip hard, her voice hoarse, as she stared at him without blinking, not hesitating for a second to plunge the knife into her own right hand.

Jose Floyd yanked out the knife embedded in his right hand, blood flowing profusely. His eyes, cold and detached, looked back at the distressed Nicole, his voice low and with a trace of subdued hoarseness: ”The hatred between us, it’s something between the two of us only. It has nothing to do with this issue. This issue is between me and Jude Charington. Don’t confuse them. Our hatred and accounts, we’ll settle between us separately, and this account, has nothing to do with you!”

Someone eloquent enough to make every word stir tears is perhaps only this man, Jose Floyd!

Nicole’s body trembled, and her fingertips dug into her palm.

Jose Floyd held the blood-stained knife, his cold gaze directly aimed at Jude Charington, his voice frigid as ice: ”Is it enough? If not, we can continue! Let her go!”

”Jose Floyd—” Nicole bit her lip, her bloodshot eyes staring at Jose Floyd, her voice hoarse as she softly called out, choking to the point of being speechless.

Jose Floyd returned her gaze, their eyes meeting in an instant. Seeing the deep red in Nicole’s eyes, he paused, a sliver of joy quietly blossoming in his heart, even making the pain in his hand feel slightly alleviated.

If he recalled correctly, this was the first time she shed tears for him...
