Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Nicole faced seven men armed with folding knives, remaining cautious with each step. Her speed doubled compared to when she faced two men earlier.

However, the faster she moved, the more energy she consumed. After half an hour of stalemate without a clear winner, Nicole’s counterattacks gradually weakened, and she struggled against the four remaining men.

”Darwin, don’t you think this woman is interesting? She’s strong, good at fighting. I like her.”

One of the men gazed at Nicole with a greedy glint in his eyes.

”No matter how much you like her, don’t harbor any thoughts. Don’t forget, we’re here for her life!”

The men became increasingly ruthless and merciless against Nicole, each move aiming to take her life, their folding knives constantly shifting and stabbing toward her.

Surrounded by the four men, Nicole’s face turned slightly pale. Just then, a folding knife grazed past her left arm, slicing deeply across her left wrist.

Nicole grimaced fiercely, snatched a short knife from one of the men, showing no mercy in her retaliation.

Injured in one hand, Nicole’s counterattacks weakened even more. She dared not linger in battle, breaking through the encirclement and dashing towards the alley exit.

Nicole’s sudden escape was without warning. The four men cursed and hurriedly chased after her.

Nicole darted out of the alley, spotting a taxi just as someone disembarked. She immediately jumped in, speaking swiftly in fluent English, ”Drive!”

The driver saw the four pursuing men behind and immediately stepped on the gas, pulling away. Watching Nicole through the rearview mirror, he heaved a sigh, ”Miss, are they trying to kidnap you? Do you need me to take you to the police station?”

”No, go to the Saverna Grand Hotel!” Nicole’s wound pained her, making her look rather pale.

Upon reaching the hotel, Nicole bought some medicine and bandages from nearby, holding them against her bleeding wound as she went up to her hotel room.

Returning to the room, Nicole noticed a strange odor, furrowing her brows.

”Did the hotel undergo disinfection?”

Murmuring to herself, she sat by the bed, tore off the bandage and gauze, and treated her wound with medication.

Not sure if it was due to too much blood loss or something else, dizziness washed over her after treating the wound, making her body even weaker.

No, this isn’t due to excessive blood loss! Excessive blood loss wouldn’t cause numbness and weakness in the limbs; there’s only one possibility then...

The strange smell upon entering wasn’t from hotel disinfection; it was from someone...

Nicole’s gaze turned cold, then she slowly closed her eyes, losing consciousness and fainting....

At the Manor Estate in Italy.

Jose Floyd sat on the sofa, his eyes emitting a chilling light as he looked at the subordinate in front of him who dared not meet his eyes. His thin lips exuded a ruthless chill, ”You said she’s injured?”

”Yes, Young Master Floyd—according to the latest information, Sister Nicole was ambushed and wounded, but she escaped. By the time we got the message and arrived, the alley was already empty. However... however...” The man stammered, afraid to continue under Jose Floyd’s gaze.

”However, what?” Jose Floyd’s coldness was beyond words.

”However there were bloodstains on the ground and a fallen folding knife... that blood should be from the injured Sister Nicole.” The voice was very soft, speaking under the chilly gaze of his master.

The cup in Jose Floyd’s hand suddenly shattered at the speaker’s feet, breaking into shards. Jose Floyd’s gaze remained cold, devoid of any warmth: ”If you don’t find her by today, I’ll ruin you all! If anything happens to her, you’re all dead!”
