Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

The entire conference room suddenly fell silent, with only Ricky Brooke’s disdainful voice echoing.

Pete Flores’s face looked a bit unpleasant as he pointed at Ricky Brooke and questioned, ”Shareholder Brooke, although you own five percent of the shares, you only have one vote. So what’s wrong with my majority vote winning?”

”What’s wrong?” Ricky Brooke curled his lips, his voice filled with a mocking tone towards Pete Flores’s overconfidence, ”Everything’s wrong! Because this meeting is a joke!”

Ricky Brooke’s cold voice rang out, tossing the pen in his hand towards the center of the conference table, his eyes sharp and cool, ”How long has it been since President Grant left, and you’re already daring to force Grant Clan’s only heir out of their position?! Do you know what this would have been called in the past? A coup! Why is it called the Grant Clan? Because it was founded by Romeo Grant! His surname is Grant! How could Daisy Grant’s shares be less than yours? Ridiculous! Did I say a word? Did I cast a vote for you to ascend?!”

Aidan Sutherland looked at the unexpected intruder, Mr. Half-way Man, and sneered, ”What use is a single vote of yours!”

Ricky Brooke chuckled, his voice chillingly clear, ”I really didn’t plan to vote, because— I’ve directly transferred my five percent shares to President Grant! Her shares are still more than yours, Pete Flores! What, dissatisfied? Then try surpassing her!”

Ricky Brooke’s mocking voice reverberated throughout the conference room.

Pete Flores and Aidan Sutherland’s faces both looked extremely unpleasant.

Pete Flores gritted his teeth, looking at Ricky Brooke, ”That’s five percent of the shares. You casually give that to President Grant?”

Ricky Brooke wore an expression of defiant arrogance, ”I do as I please, what’s it to you?”

Pete Flores’s face turned white with frustration, unable to utter a single word!

How crazy must one be to give away five percent of the shares without batting an eye?

Daisy Grant looked at Pete Flores and Aidan Sutherland’s faces, grimacing like pig liver, and smiled lightly, ”Uncle Flores, at your age, it’s time to enjoy life. I promise to work hard and bring the Grant Clan to its peak, so that Uncle Flores can enjoy a comfortable retirement with the annual company dividends. This stressful role... I’m afraid it’s too much for Uncle Flores, given your age. Let us younger ones handle it, I can’t bear to see you toiling as CEO at such an advanced age.”

——

Leaving the conference room.

Daisy Grant and Ricky Brooke both had smiles on their faces.

In stark contrast, Aidan Sutherland and Pete Flores’s faces were in terrible shape.

Daisy Grant invited Ricky Brooke to dinner, and the two left the company.

”Daisy Grant!”

Aidan Sutherland’s voice sounded from behind, filled with anger and frustration.

Daisy Grant stopped walking, and next to her, Ricky Brooke also came to a halt.

Aidan Sutherland stepped forward, standing in front of Daisy Grant, questioning harshly, ”You played me! The reason you gave me five percent of the shares is because you’ve calculated it, knowing that with five percent I can’t do anything!”

Daisy Grant chuckled lightly, ”Aidan Sutherland, your dealings with Pete Flores... there’s no way to hide them forever! During Waltham Group’s bidding, when Grant Clan and C.Y. offered the same price, I suspected internal issues, yet I only caught a small assistant, Travis Forest! I just wanted to take this opportunity for a major shakeup! Giving you five percent was because I knew you wouldn’t cause any waves. Also, it was to lure you out with the shares! Five percent of the shares revealed who the real parasites in Grant Clan were— I don’t think I lost anything! Because with the parasites gone, the future of the Grant Clan will only get better!”

Aidan Sutherland clenched his teeth, each word filled with coldness and hatred, ”Daisy Grant—!!”

He had never known that the usually gentle and patient Daisy Grant had such means and calculative strategies! She played him and Pete Flores like a fiddle!
