Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Daisy Grant gritted her teeth as she stared at the recipient’s name for a while, then pressed the mute button and lay down on the bed to sleep.

——

The third day’s shareholders’ meeting.

Daisy Grant drove her car, parked it in the garage, and got out. Her eyes were drawn to the man walking towards her, and she smiled slightly at the lean figure approaching, ”I’m counting on you today.”

The man smiled slightly, speaking very gentlemanly, ”Mm, I’ll definitely watch over you.”

The two of them laughed and chatted as they headed upstairs.

Diego Campbell, outside the Grant Clan’s high-level meeting room, saw Daisy Grant coming and promptly opened the meeting room door for her. However, when he glanced at the man behind Daisy, he was a bit stunned, ”President Grant, this is a shareholders’ meeting...”

The implication was that the gentleman behind couldn’t enter, right?

Daisy Grant smiled at Diego Campbell, ”He is also a shareholder of the Grant Clan.”

Since Daisy Grant said so, Diego naturally didn’t dare to say anything further and invited the man to follow Daisy inside.

Daisy Grant walked ahead, swept her gaze across the meeting room, and saw that most of the shareholders had arrived. Today, Pete Flores had the good sense not to occupy the head seat of the table.

Daisy went over and sat at the head seat, gesturing to Diego Campbell, ”Bring over a chair for this gentleman, just place it next to me.”

Diego was momentarily taken aback and, noticing the disapproving expressions of the shareholders from the corner of his eye, hesitated a bit as he softly said, ”President Grant, this is the main seat, for this gentleman...”

Can he sit here?! This is the seat for the chief executive of the Grant Clan!

Daisy Grant nodded at Diego, ”Go bring it.”

Diego had no choice but to bring a chair and place it beside Daisy Grant, inviting the man to sit down.

Once he was seated, Daisy Grant smiled at the shareholders who were already murmuring with displeased expressions, and introduced, ”This is Mr. Ricky Brooke, a long-time shareholder holding five percent of the Grant Clan who has never attended a Grant Clan shareholders’ meeting! This is his first time!”

As Daisy Grant’s words fell, all eyes in the conference room turned towards the man beside her, filled with shock and disbelief.

The Grant Clan always had a mysterious shareholder who never showed up and had never attended a shareholders’ meeting; why would he come now?

Ricky leaned back in his office chair, exuding an air of laziness, and spoke in a casual tone, ”I’m Ricky Brooke. You’ll come to know me well in the future, so there’s no need for lengthy introductions here. I’m just here to make an appearance; go ahead with your meeting and make your decisions as needed.”

Ricky’s demeanor was arrogant, with an air of superiority that seemed to disregard everyone else. Daisy Grant glanced at everyone, taking in their expressions.

”This shareholders’ meeting aims to elect our Grant Clan’s chief executive officer, who will lead our Clan back to its peak. I am very pleased to have lived up to everyone’s expectations and not to have disappointed my father by gradually revitalizing the Grant Clan during my term, and I believe we will soon fully recover.”

”And a few days ago, Vice President Pete Flores, Uncle Flores, proposed holding a new shareholders’ meeting to re-elect the chief executive officer of the Grant Clan. I wanted to hear everyone’s opinions, so I invited you all here.”

Pete Flores cleared his throat and raised his voice, ”We have another shareholder who hasn’t arrived today!”

As Pete finished speaking, the office door swung open, and Aidan Sutherland walked in wearing a black suit, causing a stir among everyone in the office.

”President Sutherland of the Sutherland Clan? Did you come to the wrong place? This is our Grant Clan! And this is during the Grant Clan’s highest-level meeting! Is it appropriate for President Sutherland to be here?” a shareholder pointed at Aidan Sutherland and said coldly.
