Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Now, in the small forest, Lu Yu and Ye Qing were chasing each other, one running and the other pursuing, weaving through the trees. The sounds of explosions and flashes of fire in between made for quite a spectacle!

At this moment, because of the explosions, the flames blazed in the forest, illuminating the dark woods and standing out strikingly in the night!

Boom!

With a loud roar, a huge flash of fire exploded behind Lu Yu, his face revealing a trace of coldness.

”This won’t do, there are hundreds of trees in this forest, continuing this chase is futile.”

Feeling the scorching heat wave from behind, Lu Yu thought to himself: ”If this continues, without catching him, I’ll soon get blown up by his plastic C4!”

Thinking this, Lu Yu placed his hand on his waist, a cold expression on his face.

Under normal circumstances, he could simply draw the Rope-Curled Sword from his waist, and with a single Yin Blade Technique, kill Ye Qing instantly or leave him badly injured!

But, Lu Yu couldn’t do that now!

Currently, it would be very simple for Lu Yu to kill Ye Qing, but that wasn’t his goal!

If Lu Yu wanted to kill Ye Qing, he could have done it the night he used the silver nitrate detonator. There was no need to wait until now.

The reason Lu Yu let Ye Qing go before was for tonight, to have Wang Zhenjiang personally kill Ye Qing and drag the Shadow Sword Organization into the fray, diverting the Jiang Family’s attention onto Shadow Sword!

With this premise, rashly killing Ye Qing would completely ruin his plan!

”Hahahaha!”

At this moment, as a trace of cold gleam flashed in Lu Yu’s eyes, Ye Qing’s manic laughter suddenly rang out: ”What’s the matter, can’t deal with me? Since I brought you here, I naturally have a way to handle you!”

”Lu Yu, today you’re going to die here obediently!”

With Ye Qing’s arrogant laughter, he pressed the remote control in his hand!

Boom!

Another loud noise echoed as another tree exploded beside Lu Yu!

Seeing the explosion, Lu Yu’s body swayed, his eyes flashing with cold light, contemplating how to deal with Ye Qing next.

Buzz!

At that moment, not far from Lu Yu, the sound of two car engines suddenly became audible, clear in the deep night sky!

Upon hearing, Lu Yu swiftly turned his head to look back and saw two SUVs belonging to Wang Zhenjiang and Luo Lie parked next to his vehicle, their headlights notably bright in the night.

”Finally here!”

Seeing the headlights, a smile flashed across Lu Yu’s heart as a plan swiftly formed in his mind!

”Lu Yu, still dare to daydream at a time like this?!”

In an instant, Ye Qing noticed Lu Yu’s distraction, bellowing angrily: ”Die for me!”

Meanwhile, Ye Qing pressed the button on the remote control in his hand!

In a flash, the high-explosive plastic C4 mounted on a tree beside Lu Yu detonated, with a scorching shockwave rushing towards Lu Yu’s chest!

”In that case, I’ll play along with the plan!”

With dynamic visual nerves activated, the speed of this explosive shockwave appeared extremely slow to Lu Yu. In an instant, he pretended to react too late, leaping back with the shockwave and landing on the ground.

This movement made it seem as if he was carelessly blown away by the explosion’s impact!

”Lu Yu!”

Seeing Lu Yu fall, Ye Qing’s eyes were filled with killing intent. The triangular military dagger in his hand gleamed coldly as he said, ”Die for me!”

”Today I’ll wash away my shame with your blood!”

With that, Ye Qing, holding the triangular military dagger, leaped forward, thrusting fiercely at Lu Yu’s chest!

Ye Qing intended to pierce through Lu Yu’s chest with a single strike from the triangular military dagger, killing him instantly.

But the ideal is rich, and reality is harsh!

At the moment Ye Qing thrust down with the dagger, he encountered immense resistance.

Looking closer, Lu Yu had gripped Ye Qing’s hands firmly, rendering Ye Qing unable to thrust despite exerting all his strength.

”How is this possible?”

Ye Qing was shocked that his triangular military dagger couldn’t go through and was utterly stunned by the disparity in strength between him and Lu Yu!

Thinking of this, Ye Qing attempted to pull back his hands with force.

But as he exerted his arms, his face drastically changed, looking panic-stricken.

Because Lu Yu’s hands were like iron clamps, making it impossible for him to break free!

”Kid, now that I’ve caught you, don’t think about escaping. Just play along with me here!”

Lu Yu, holding Ye Qing’s hands, said coldly, a playful smile in his tone.

To outsiders, it absolutely looked like Ye Qing was desperately trying to assassinate Lu Yu, while Lu Yu was struggling to resist!

And the reason Lu Yu acted this way was to make Wang Zhenjiang witness the scene and intervene to kill Ye Qing.

Lu Yu was well aware that if things went according to plan, Wang Zhenjiang absolutely wouldn’t kill Ye Qing, because whoever killed Ye Qing would draw the Jiang Family’s attention!

This was how Lu Yu forced Wang Zhenjiang to make a move!

After all, now that Shadow Sword and the Assassin Alliance had allied, and Wang Zhenjiang knew his identity, Lu Yu was forcing Wang Zhenjiang to make a choice!

Lu Yu’s actions were to create a situation where between the Jiang Family and the Assassin Alliance, Wang Zhenjiang had to offend one of them!

And following the principle of choosing the lesser harm, Wang Zhenjiang would surely opt to kill Ye Qing, thereby dragging Shadow Sword into the mess with Lu Yu.

This was why Lu Yu was acting in such a way, crafting a scenario where he appeared to be in danger, forcing Wang Zhenjiang to take action!

”What exactly are you trying to do!?”

Ye Qing roared at Lu Yu, ”Why are you doing this!?”

Ye Qing realized that Lu Yu, with such overwhelming strength, had the capability to kill him.

But Lu Yu didn’t, opting instead to stage this scene, leaving Ye Qing both desperate and bewildered!

”For nothing much.”

Hearing Ye Qing’s words, Lu Yu smiled slightly and said, ”You’ll understand soon enough what I want to do, for now, just keep up this charade!”

Lu Yu’s face showed a cold smile of triumph.
