Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Hearing the busy signal on the phone, Ye Qing’s face was filled with a sinister expression.

Right now, he never thought that after delivering the detonation device to Lu Yu in the morning, he would face such retaliation before even twenty-four hours have passed!

He struck in the morning and was retaliated against by the evening.

This is truly the definition of swift revenge!

Not only that, but during Lu Yu’s unexpected attack, he was forced to passively accept it, without even the slightest ability to fight back, like a fool, silently enduring without any means to retaliate.

Such an explosion was truly unexpected, making it impossible to react!

If it weren’t for his battle-hardened experience, decent skills, and sharp responses, he would have already been blown up alive in the car!

Moreover, it was clear Lu Yu was monitoring his every move, yet under such circumstances, he couldn’t spot Lu Yu at all; such actions undoubtedly showed contempt for the title of Soldier King held by Ye Qing!

Though the incident was sudden and without any warning, the majestic Soldier King under Lu Yu’s attack seemed as foolish as a dunce, leaving him with only passive responses, which filled Ye Qing with immense humiliation!

What’s more, given that Lu Yu was nearby, at the moment of the Silver Nitrate explosion, Lu Yu could have launched a mad attack on him, further endangering his position and even killing him on the spot!

However, Lu Yu didn’t do that.

After the Silver Nitrate explosion, Lu Yu didn’t attack him but called to greet him!

Clearly, this time, as Lu Yu mentioned on the phone, it was merely a return gift!

Today, Lu Yu had no intention of continuing his moves against him!

Only in situations of overwhelming disparity does one have the chance to easily kill the opponent and choose not to.

Such behavior is not a gesture of mercy or pity but rather a profound disdain!

This approach is no different from a cat playing with a mouse.

In Lu Yu’s eyes, he could easily kill this so-called Soldier King Ye Qing, and so, he decided not to kill him outright this time!

Right now, Lu Yu viewed Ye Qing as a cornered rat, planning to play him to death slowly!

The more he thought about this, the more Ye Qing’s anger became uncontrollable; he claimed to be the Soldier King, yet was so thoroughly humiliated on the first encounter, and open contempt by the other side filled him with extreme shame!

”Lu Yu!”

In fury, Ye Qing clenched his teeth tightly and spoke coldly, his words filled with icy intent: ”I will remember your tactics this time. Such humiliation, I must make you pay with blood!”

Speaking, Ye Qing bit down hard, then directly took out his phone, dialed Jiang Angge’s number, and said, ”Prepare a batch of equipment for me, this time with Lu Yu, it’s either you die or I live!”

His words filled with anger; right now, his visage was grim, looking quite terrifying!

After saying this, Ye Qing didn’t hesitate. He started walking toward Jiang Angge’s residence.

After Ye Qing left, atop a building, Lu Yu stood in black attire, watching Ye Qing’s departing silhouette with a playful expression.

”Sir, are you just going to let him off like that?”

At this moment, Marcus spoke respectfully beside Lu Yu, his tone deep, ”Sir, this person is, after all, the Soldier King, and not weak. This time, we won by surprise, but letting him go today might bring endless trouble in the future!”

In his words, Marcus’s tone was sincere and serious.

The tactics Lu Yu used today, if it were someone else, their corpse would be cold by now, yet Ye Qing merely suffered a blast of air and overall negligible damage, which allowed Marcus to see something else amidst Ye Qing’s disarray.

”I know, under the guise of that Silver Nitrate detonation device, he managed to escape; this person indeed has some skill!”

Watching Ye Qing’s faintly departing figure, Lu Yu spoke calmly, ”But Marcus, you overlooked one detail.”

At this moment, Lu Yu’s eyes were deep, giving a sense of profound contemplation.

”I am foolish, sir; please enlighten me!”

Upon hearing this, Marcus spoke respectfully, his tone filled with deference.

”Marcus, Ye Qing’s strength is notable, but taking him out isn’t hard.”

With a ghostly tone, Lu Yu spoke calmly, ”But have you considered, Ye Qing is the Soldier King of the Capital Military District and operates under Jiang Tianyi; if we take him down alone, Jiang Tianyi’s attention will turn towards us!”

”Being targeted by an Admiral could cause immense trouble, so we can’t shoulder this alone!”

In his words, Lu Yu’s gaze sparkled with intelligence and wisdom.

”Sir, you’re suggesting?”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, Marcus froze for a moment as if he realized something, and asked.

”Didn’t we just form an alliance with the Shadow Sword Organization?”

Upon hearing, Lu Yu smiled slightly and then said, ”Taking down a Soldier King will certainly attract Jiang Tianyi’s attention. I don’t want to bear this alone; Shadow Sword must also get involved.”

Originally, Lu Yu didn’t have such thoughts, but after hearing Luo Lie’s words this morning, he instantly changed his mind.

This time, since Qin Ge harbors ill intentions towards him, naturally, he couldn’t cooperate nicely!

So, now Lu Yu plans to take the opportunity to eliminate Ye Qing with Qin Ge together!

”Sir, your wisdom is impressive!”

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, Marcus immediately seemed to understand the situation, nodding to Lu Yu, speaking with respect.

”Alright, since we’ve delivered the gift, it’s time we head back.”

Speaking calmly, Lu Yu’s tone filled with playfulness; at this moment, he patted Marcus’s shoulder and said, ”Now, we should head back.”

After finishing the sentence, Lu Yu’s lips curved slightly upward as he patted Marcus’s shoulder, then walked towards downstairs.

Seeing Lu Yu turn away, Marcus also nodded, stepping quickly to follow.
