Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, Nelson was stunned on the spot, his eyes vacant, looking exceptionally surprised.

He never expected that Lu Yu would propose such an additional condition.

If any other partner were to propose that all first-year profits go to Victory Group, Nelson would have firmly rejected it.

After all, in the industry of cutting-edge technology products, novelty is key. The first year is the golden sales period, and the profits during this time are the largest.

Lu Yu wanting all first-year profits to go to Victory Group would mean an enormous loss for Newman Group!

However, under the current circumstances, Nelson had no choice but to comply; he was very aware that Lu Yu wasn’t negotiating with him!

If Nelson dared to utter a single word of refusal now, Newman Group would be utterly doomed!

Because of Lu Yu, the six biggest partner companies of Newman Group had unilaterally torn up their cooperation agreements. If things continued this way, over time, Newman Group’s losses would be unprecedented!

Moreover, the most critical point was that this entire situation was a result of Nelson’s impulsive decision!

If the board of Newman Group and its supporting forces found out about this, Nelson would truly be done for!

Thinking of this, Nelson shivered uncontrollably in fear, appearing extremely distressed.

And this shiver was immediately noticed by Lu Yu.

At this moment, seeing the frightened and timid Nelson in front of him, Lu Yu’s face was full of a cold smile.

Isn’t Nelson usually arrogant? Isn’t he known for unilaterally breaking agreements? Today, I will show you the consequences of tearing up contracts at will!

With this thought, Lu Yu continued, ”Have you thought it through, Mr. Nelson? We at Victory Group are usually very busy and really don’t have the time to waste here. If you can’t decide, perhaps you should go back and discuss it with the board first.”

Lu Yu’s tone was filled with amusement, giving a teasing impression.

Lu Yu knew full well that Nelson didn’t dare to go back and hold a board meeting. If any board member found out about this, Nelson would surely meet a terrible end!

Upon hearing this, Nelson shivered again, looked at Lu Yu, and said, ”No need, I agree to this additional condition!”

Nelson really had no other choice now. If the board found out about this, he would certainly face dire consequences, so he hurriedly agreed, his words full of panic.

”Don’t force yourself too much!”

Hearing Nelson’s words, Lu Yu said casually with an amused tone, ”I’m not one to force people. If you feel it is not appropriate, you can refuse my request now, and we won’t say a word more!”

Lu Yu’s tone was calm, but it invisibly exerted a deadly pressure, like a mountain pressing on Nelson’s chest, making it hard for him to breathe and filling him with fear.

Although Lu Yu spoke lightly, Nelson understood that he really had no right to refuse!

Once he rejected Lu Yu’s condition, there would truly be no turning back from the dissolution of the six major cooperation agreements!

Therefore, no matter what, Nelson had to agree to this!

”Absolutely not forced!”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, Nelson forced a smile, looked at Lu Yu, and said, ”I have no objections to this condition. I fully agree with Mr. Lu’s view!”

Hearing this, Leng Qingqiu and Xia Bing looked at Lu Yu in surprise and then at Nelson, their eyes filled with astonishment.

They originally thought Nelson would refuse Lu Yu’s condition outright, as agreeing would mean a significant portion of Newman Group’s revenue would be lost!

But even Leng Qingqiu and Xia Bing did not expect Nelson to agree, and so readily!

What exactly did Lu Yu do in these three days?

Nelson, after all, is the CEO of Newman Group and holds a considerable position in the cutting-edge technology industry. They still remembered his arrogant demeanor on the phone when he tore up contracts.

But now, that once arrogant Nelson was so humble in front of Lu Yu, readily accepting Lu Yu’s harsh conditions, which truly shocked Leng Qingqiu and Xia Bing!

”Since Mr. Nelson has agreed to this, if there are no objections, I believe we can now draft this new contract!”

Hearing Nelson’s response, Lu Yu said in a calm manner, giving off a sense of indifference.

”No problem, absolutely no problem!”

Upon hearing this, Nelson quickly responded, his words filled with submission.

With this, Lu Yu nodded at Leng Qingqiu, flashing a slight smile, indicating that Leng Qingqiu could proceed with drafting the contract.

Now that Nelson had agreed to his terms, everything was virtually settled, so they just needed to draft a new contract for Leng Qingqiu to sign and seal, completing this cooperation matter.

Seeing Lu Yu nod, Leng Qingqiu immediately took out her phone, informed the secretary to draft a contract, and said to Nelson, ”Thank you for your generosity, Mr. Nelson. I hope our cooperation will continue to go smoothly in the future.”

”It will go smoothly, it will definitely go smoothly.”

Hearing Leng Qingqiu’s words, Nelson replied, while unintentionally glancing at Lu Yu, his eyes filled with fear.

He just wanted to quickly sign this contract and have Lu Yu spare Newman Group. If those six groups truly terminated their cooperation, it would be a huge loss for Newman Group!

It was precisely this mindset and fear of the Assassin Alliance that made Nelson so readily agree to this matter.
