Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Hearing the busy tone on the phone, Nelson got up directly and went to the secretary’s office next door. As soon as he entered the room, he said, ”Book me the soonest flight to Lin’an City, the cabin doesn’t matter, as long as I can get to Lin’an City, anything is fine!”

Hearing Nelson’s words, the secretary immediately took out a notebook to record and said, ”Mr. Nelson, what if there’s no available ticket?”

”No available tickets?”

Nelson paused slightly at the words and then said, ”If there are no tickets, immediately coordinate with air traffic control to arrange a route. I’ll take the company’s private jet over!”

Now I only have twenty-four hours left, and if I can’t reach Lin’an City within these twenty-four hours, I’m truly done for!

Lu Yu’s words, ’no waiting past the deadline,’ were heard loud and clear by him, and now Nelson is incredibly anxious.

”Understood, Mr. Nelson, is there anything else?”

Hearing Nelson’s words, the secretary asked, full of confusion, as this was the first time they had seen Nelson so anxious.

”Also, draft a new contract with Victory Group right now, change the profit distribution to eighty-twenty, Victory Group takes eighty percent, and we take twenty percent!”

Nelson said now, his voice filled with gravity!

Upon hearing this, the secretary was very surprised. Nelson had just unilaterally torn up the contract with Victory Group yesterday, so why suddenly ask to draft a new one today? Moreover, with the new profit distribution, our Newman Group only gets a mere twenty percent of the profits!

Having torn up the previous relatively fair contract, now drafting a completely unequal eighty-twenty contract makes it seem like Nelson, the CEO of Newman Group, must have lost his mind?

In fact, Nelson didn’t want to go with an eighty-twenty split either, but Lu Yu’s stance was crystal clear now, and he had to show some sincerity; otherwise, Newman Group was truly finished!

”What are you staring for, hurry up and get it done!”

Seeing the secretary still in a daze, Nelson barked, full of urgency.

”But Mr. Nelson,”

hearing Nelson’s words, the secretary said, ”The previous profit distribution with Victory Group was relatively reasonable, this new distribution is very unfavorable for our Newman Group...”

Not knowing the level of Nelson’s urgency, the secretary voiced their concerns directly.

”Shut up, this is an emergency, not the time for haggling!”

Hearing the secretary’s words, Nelson said coldly, ”My decisions do not need your questioning. This is a critical moment for Newman Group, and every minute you delay adds more risk to the company!”

Lu Yu only gave me twenty-four hours. If I can’t reach Victory Group within these twenty-four hours, Newman Group is truly finished!

Under such circumstances, Nelson was extremely anxious and restless!

”Yes, I’ll get on it immediately!”

Hearing Nelson’s words, the secretary quickly responded and started working at the fastest speed...

Five hours later, Nelson finally boarded the flight to Lin’an City. Separated by thousands of miles across the ocean, even by plane, it would take nearly twelve hours to reach Lin’an City!

Now Nelson had no time to think about anything else; he just wanted to sort out this matter quickly and give Lu Yu a satisfactory answer.

Otherwise, if those six important partners really refused to cooperate with him, Newman Group would be truly finished!

Then, even if no one else, just the shareholders of Newman Group knew it was due to his momentary lapse, they could swallow him alive!

Sitting in the first-class cabin, Nelson wished he could give himself a couple of hard slaps; he was almost sick with regret.

He also regretted, regretting why in a momentary lapse, he tore apart the original relatively fair contract.

The original contract, although thin in profit, at least allowed him to earn some money.

But now, after this incident, he not only lost even thin profits but also drafted an eighty-twenty split contract to show sincerity.

This feeling made Nelson incredibly regretful!

But even now, regretting, he had to accept his bad luck, as the most important thing now was to solve the current issue, everything else was a matter for later!

Thinking of this, Nelson looked out the window, lost in deep thought.

...

The next morning, as soon as Lu Yu arrived at the entrance of Victory Group, he saw a black Maybach S600 parked in front of the group, looking imposing at a glance.

”Oh, a Maybach S600, such a business luxury car,”

Lu Yu said with a smile to Wu Song, who was standing nearby, ”Wu Song, whose car is this?”

”Boss, this is President Liu of Jincheng Technology’s car,”

Wu Song replied, with a fawning smile.

”Jincheng Technology? What are they doing here?”

Hearing this name, Lu Yu’s eyes showed a hint of playfulness.

Jincheng Technology is a joint venture in Lin’an City, mainly focused on technology products, with a considerable scale. Recently, they’ve been focusing on cutting-edge technology products and have begun media pre-marketing. Why are they coming to Victory Group now?

”I heard it’s a business visit. There were rumors a few days ago, but I didn’t expect them to come this early,”

Wu Song replied to Lu Yu’s question, his words full of amusement.

”Business visit?”

Hearing this, Lu Yu couldn’t help but smile.

The so-called business world is a battlefield. Victory Group’s plan is cutting-edge technology products, which is Jincheng Technology’s focus as well. Two companies with the same product doing a business visit is clearly like a weasel paying a visit to a hen — no good intentions!

”So where is Director Liu now?”

Thinking of this, Lu Yu smiled slightly and asked with a playful tone.

”He’s in the meeting room on the eighth floor, just went up not long ago,”

Wu Song said, respectfully.

”Got it,”

Hearing this, Lu Yu patted Wu Song on the shoulder, a smile appearing on his lips, ”I’ll go up and have a look.”

Saying that, Lu Yu walked towards the elevator and headed straight to the conference room on the eighth floor.
