Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

After driving back to his residence, Lu Yu entered his room and saw that the surroundings were extremely neat and tidy. Not only that, the floor and the table were exceptionally clean, evidently due to someone cleaning daily.

”That little girl Meng Yue, usually fierce like a tigress, actually pays a lot of attention to detail.”

Seeing the clean environment, Lu Yu smiled and then walked into the bathroom, filled the tub with hot water, and planned to have a nice bath to relax his nerves that had been tense from the earlier battle.

Slowly lying in the bathtub, the warm water instantly eased Lu Yu’s nerves. He closed his eyes, and the unforgettable night from five years ago resurfaced in his mind!

The night five years ago when Lu Yu’s parents died remained an indelible shadow in his heart. Whenever he thought of the scenes from that time, his heart would involuntarily tremble. The deep-seated sorrow was something not everyone could understand.

Sigh!

Thinking of this, Lu Yu shook his head deeply and exhaled a breath of stale air, a hint of coldness appearing in his eyes as he spoke: ”I originally thought the family’s incident back then was a simple matter of vying for assets. I never expected so many things to be entangled in it!”

With those words, an instant iciness appeared in Lu Yu’s demeanor. Only now did he realize that the more he sought the truth of that year, the more elusive it became. Until now, he discovered that his parents’ deaths were no simple matter!

Aside from the Jin Family, other families were involved!

And now, all he knew was about the Jin Family; beyond that, he was clueless about the other families involved!

”Jin Family, Jin Qingyun!”

Thinking of this, Lu Yu said coldly, ”Right now, the only clue I have is Jin Qingyun. So, all I can do is begin the investigation from the Jin Family’s lead!”

This Jin Family initially instigated Luo Tong to obstruct him from finding the truth, and now they sent people to attack him. Furthermore, the Jin Family might know the identities and locations of the other families involved, so they are now Lu Yu’s primary target!

”The timing isn’t right yet, but the Jin Family’s influence in New York City should be significant. I need to fully prepare before acting against the Jin Family. Otherwise, it would just be walking to my death!”

At this moment, Lu Yu wasn’t letting anger cloud his judgment. After the battle with Jin Chen and Romonov, he had some understanding of the Jin Family’s capabilities. Thus, until he knew fully about their strength, he wouldn’t act rashly!

Thinking of this, Lu Yu slowly shook his head, sighed softly, and closed his eyes again, exhaling wearily.

There were so many things he had to face now; besides the past, there was also an underlying sense of unease in his heart.

A flash of reflected light at Victoria Harbor gave him a sense of unease, bringing old dark and bloody memories back to vivid life.

Thinking of this, Lu Yu slowly closed his eyes. The immense psychological pressure weighed on him like a mountain. Even strengthened by those mysterious potions, he struggled to bear it.

Amid such chaotic thoughts, Lu Yu gradually slipped into a deep sleep.

...

Meanwhile, on the rooftop opposite Lu Yu’s residence, a tall man was peeking through binoculars into Lu Yu’s locked room, a cold smile spreading across his face.

”Sir, we’ve found his hideout!”

The man stood on the rooftop, speaking into his earpiece with a hint of mocking laughter in his voice: ”It seems he’s living quite comfortably; even his ride is a Bentley Mulsanne!”

”Have you investigated the relationships around him?”

A cold voice came through the earpiece in response to the man’s words: ”That kid is no ordinary stuff; you must investigate thoroughly!”

”Rest assured!”

Upon hearing this, the man replied coldly: ”I’ve figured everything out clearly. He’s the security manager at the Victory Group in LA City. His relationships are mainly with powerless women. There’s a cop among them, but it’s of no significant concern and won’t affect us!”

The man’s tone paused slightly, and then he said, ”Now, we just need to act, catching him off guard!”

”Well done!”

Upon hearing the man’s words, the earpiece voice expressed excitement: ”Keep monitoring this guy’s every move. Within 24 hours, I’ll dispatch a selected squad to support you!”

The earpiece voice continued with a hint of icy killing intent: ”That bastard Lu Yu stabbed my right eye two years ago, giving me a lifetime of disgrace and making our Blood Shadow Organization unable to hold our heads high in the dark underworld!”

”This time, I, Sebastian, swear to make him pay dearly!”

”Sir, rest easy!”

Upon hearing Sebastian’s voice through the earpiece, the man smiled slightly at the corner of his mouth and replied icily: ”This time, that kid won’t escape. I assure you of that!”

”Yes, you’ve done well. This time, you must kill Lu Yu. It’s been two years, and I’ve let him live long enough. This time, he must pay the most severe price!”

Sebastian said through gritted teeth, now filled with hatred towards Lu Yu, wishing to devour him alive. After discovering Lu Yu’s residence, he initiated action at lightning speed!

”Once you’ve killed Lu Yu, I’ll greatly reward you!”

”Sir”

Upon hearing Sebastian’s words, the man replied icily: ”Serving the Blood Shadow Organization is my honor, Robert’s. This time, no matter what, I’ll take him down. Rest assured of that!”

Saying this, Robert’s eyes stayed fixed on Lu Yu’s room, a cunning cold smile on his lips, exuding an aura of coldness!
