Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Compared to the brilliant nightscape of LA City, the night in Beigang City is more gentle and charming. Under the flickering neon lights, Victoria Harbor exudes a thread of alluring allure.

Tonight is Lu Yu and Wen Ya’s last night in Beigang City. According to their prior agreement, Lu Yu brought Wen Ya to Victoria Harbor, intending to end this Beigang journey amidst the beautiful harbor night scenery.

At this moment, in an extremely luxurious scenic restaurant in Victoria Harbor, Wen Ya and Lu Yu sat facing each other, eating delicious steak and tasting sweet wine, enjoying this leisurely time amidst the slightly salty sea breeze of Victoria Harbor.

”Brother, I really have to thank you this time. If you hadn’t accompanied me here, I wouldn’t have been able to retrieve the batch of detained goods on my own!”

At this moment, Wen Ya shook the scarlet wine in her hand, looked at Lu Yu before her, and spoke. Her beautiful face revealed a touch of rosiness, instantly mesmerizing anyone who looked.

”Alright, Sister, this is what I should do. If you keep thanking me like this, it will lose its meaning.”

Looking at the stunningly beautiful Wen Ya before him, Lu Yu smiled and spoke, his words full of a serene smile, simultaneously flashing a long-missed feeling of relaxation in his heart.

At this moment, beauty, wine, the intoxicating sea breeze, and the flickering neon nightscape all painted the scene before them into a magnificent picture.

At this moment, Lu Yu couldn’t help but think, if life could always be like this, it wouldn’t be too bad.

But, just then, Lu Yu suddenly felt a beam of light flash across in front of him!

This beam of light was extremely dim, but having survived on a remote island for long and enhanced by the dosage, Lu Yu’s senses were far beyond ordinary people, so he noticed the beam immediately!

The dim beam of light flashed by in an instant, yet it couldn’t escape Lu Yu’s extraordinary senses!

At night, despite the surrounding neon flickers, how could there be such a concentrated light?

This kind of light was a sort of reflection, a reflection from some kind of lens!

This light was definitely not formed accidentally; its purpose was very clear, obviously directed at him!

Thinking of this, Lu Yu’s gaze became acutely vigilant as he scanned around, but found nothing.

Obviously, the opponent has strong counter-surveillance capabilities, choosing to hide the instant Lu Yu discovered the gathered light, decisively without the slightest hesitation.

The more he thought about it, the more Lu Yu’s eyes betrayed a trace of solemnity.

Beigang City, this place carries many dark and bloody memories for him. Now this sudden beam of light makes those memories resurface and gives Lu Yu an extremely bad premonition!

”A storm is about to come!”

Lu Yu murmured silently in his heart, while retracting his gaze, then pretended as if nothing had happened, continuing to eat with Wen Ya, appreciating the surrounding scenery. However, the trace of relaxation within him had vanished, replaced by a cautious expression!

The sudden beam of light was definitely with bad intent, therefore, he must be extra cautious, and given the current situation, leaving Beigang early would be the best choice!

...

Meanwhile, atop the high floor of a building at Victoria Harbor, the previously slender man was lying on the ground, holding a binocular, cold sweat covering his forehead.

Lu Yu’s vigilant gaze just now almost scared the soul out of him. He couldn’t believe how Lu Yu could spot him so quickly from such a distance!

After catching his breath for a while, the man wiped the cold sweat off his forehead, then pressed the earpiece in his ear and spoke: ”Sir, did you see everything clearly just now?”

In his words, the man’s eyes revealed metallic patterns, evidently, he was also wearing smart contact lenses!

”Saw it, the image is very clear!”

A deep, gloomy voice from the earpiece responded: ”It’s indeed him!”

Upon hearing this, the man’s face instantly showed a hint of excitement, he hurriedly said: ”Sir, since that’s the case, I will immediately send someone...”

”Don’t act rashly!”

Before the man could finish speaking, a stern reprimand suddenly burst from the earpiece: ”The opponent’s skill level is beyond what someone of your rank can easily handle. Now, your task is to investigate thoroughly where he is currently residing. I will handle the following matters myself!”

The voice, cold and grim, also revealed a faint intention of killing!

Buzz!

Upon hearing the stern reprimand, the man felt a tingling sensation on his scalp, eyes revealing shock.

He couldn’t believe his usually composed superior would reprimand him so harshly!

”Yes, Sir!”

Hearing the stern admonition, the man respectfully responded.

”Very good, remember this: Lu Yu is not someone you can easily deal with. So investigate thoroughly where he is currently staying, who surrounds him, and once confirmed, report back to me. I’ll personally take action then!”

Coldly, the voice from the earpiece added, filled with a trace of hatred!

”Yes, Sir!”

Upon hearing this, the man responded: ”I will completely obey your orders!”

”Mmm, your discovery this time is very valuable, I will remember this merit. Once you’ve investigated thoroughly, I’ll reward you. This conversation ends here. Remember, while investigating, do not expose your identity!”

The voice hinted at a warning, mixed with a trace of apprehension!

”Yes!”

Upon hearing this, the man responded respectfully, his words revealing excitement, happy about his good fortune.

After all, even he didn’t expect Lu Yu’s intel to be so important to his superior!

”Lu Yu, Lu Yu, although I don’t know what grudge you have with my superior, this time, you are destined to be the stepping stone on my path to advancement!”

Thinking this, the man’s eyes bloomed with a trace of greedy smile.
