Super Gene Hunting Ground

Xie Jun took control of four cities, ordering nearly a hundred thousand people under his command to hunt mutated creatures vigorously and collect every Genetic Fragment. Over the course of two months, they almost wiped out all the mutated creatures around the cities, collecting nearly eighty million Genetic Fragments.

Using these eighty million Genetic Fragments, Xie Jun successfully broke through to the Enhanced Gene Advanced level.

”Bear-man Frenzy!”

With a roar, Xie Jun transformed into the Beast Soul of Tis City Bear. Simultaneously, the body of Tis City Bear kept growing taller, reaching over twenty meters, appearing as a colossal beast.

Xie Jun stretched out his huge right hand and violently slapped it down on a nearby small hill.

Boom!

A loud bang echoed, and the ground trembled.

The top of that small hill was directly blasted off by Xie Jun, with huge rocks flying all around, rolling down the hill with a thunderous rumble.

Thousands of his subordinates who witnessed this were all inhaling a breath of cold air, utterly shocked.

”Brother Jun, awesome!”

Zhou Hua gave a thumbs up,

”Your combat power is off the charts now, I think, even Yang Xiao couldn’t handle you at this moment, let alone with your Bear-man Frenzy Soul Skill, it’s enough to flatten Nanmu City.”

The rest of the followers also shouted crazily:

”Boss is mighty, Boss is invincible!”

”Brother Jun takes the lead, dominating the Jianghu!”

”Those who follow me prosper, those who oppose me perish!”

...

Xie Jun laughed heartily.

”Yang Xiao, your time of death has come! Ha ha...”

”Brother Jun, when are we attacking Nanmu City? I can hardly wait any longer.”

”Heh, we’ll rest for a few days, get the troops ready, and then immediately attack Nanmu City. This time, not only will I kill Yang Xiao, but I will also take over Nanmu City and Shanyun City in one fell swoop, then half of Kongming City will be mine.

Then, taking the rest of the cities, I will become the King of Kongming City, and with the power of the whole province, strive to break through to King Level within half a year. By then, I will be unbeatable, and I want to see who can still compete with me, ha ha...”

Three days later, Xie Jun led five thousand elite soldiers, among them twenty with the Enhanced Gene Primary Level, and two hundred experts with more than Primordial Gene Primary Level.

Since Xie Jun had always occupied most of the city’s resources by himself, his subordinates generally did not have a high Evolution Level.

Xie Jun believed that as long as he was powerful, he could sweep through his opponents, and his men just needed to clean up the battlefield.

Zhou Hua said to Xie Jun:

”Boss, is five thousand people enough?”

Xie Jun replied with a light laugh:

”They are just for show, the real fight still depends on me. As long as I kill Yang Xiao, the rest are nothing to fear. You lead everyone to take over the territory and control the situation in the city.”

Zhou Hua nodded. He was now only at the Enhanced Gene Primary Level, far behind Xie Jun, and his Soul Skill was not even comparable.

Back in the days in Nanmu City, he and Xie Jun were not far apart in strength, and they could sit as equals and call each other brothers. But now, Xie Jun’s strength was growing stronger, and he himself had thoroughly become just a follower.

”Alright, boss, when the time comes, I will lead the brothers to cheer for you!”

...

The Genetic Store’s outpost closest to Nanmu City was about fifty kilometers away.

”This little town is called Golden Sand Town, which we conquered together back then. Zhou Hua, you take twenty experts with Enhanced Gene Primary Level and five hundred members of the Flying People Team to take over this small town first, then immediately open a transportation channel to the market,

I will then bring the main force through the transportation channel to Golden Sand Town. You go during the daytime, fifty kilometers is not a problem for you. First, hide in the surrounding area and wait until evening to take down Golden Sand Town. The next morning, I want to give Yang Xiao a surprise.”

”Yes, Boss!”

Zhou Hua led twenty Enhanced Gene Primary Level strongmen and five hundred Flying People Team members towards Nanmu City.

Zhou Hua and the others ran on the ground, while the Flying People Team flew in the air. After entering the territory of Nanmu City, the Flying People Team lowered their altitude and flew slowly close to the ground, successfully reaching the vicinity of Golden Sand Town, about five kilometers away on a mountain, and hid there.

As night fell, Zhou Hua led the group to aggressively advance towards the outpost of Golden Sand Town.

Golden Sand Town was usually defended by a small team of about dozens of people, with the team captain named Xie Hua, an expert in Close Combat Beast Souls at Primordial Gene Intermediate level, the rest had average cultivation.

A ten-person squad was on guard duty, while the rest were resting inside a nearby room, having just had dinner and were chatting.

The owner of the Genetic Store was standing behind the counter when suddenly a thought struck him, he looked up into the dark night sky, his brow furled, and he sighed.

He had already seen hundreds of bird-men rapidly approaching through the darkness, a Killing Aura filling the air.

As the owner of the Genetic Store, his position was always neutral, never participating in any power group’s feuds or fights.

The two Iron Tower Warriors at the store entrance suddenly flashed a sharp light in their eyes, looking at the distant dark night sky, their hands tightly grasping the Heavy Swords hung at their waists, a Killing Aura bursting around them.

”You two guard the entrance, as long as they do not invade us, ignore everything else.”

The owner of the Genetic Store said indifferently.

”Yes, master!”

The two Iron Tower Guards at the entrance responded in a low voice.

The outpost was usually not in much danger, so the people on duty were just making an appearance and all sat together chatting.

”Hey, why do I feel something is off today?”

”Stop joking, it’s the same every day, what could be wrong?”

”Yeah, this place is so remote, and no one comes here, not even mutated creatures can enter this protective circle, what could possibly happen?”

”Not right, I really feel something is off, I sense a Killing Aura!”

”Heh, stop joking, Killing Aura? Where would that come from?”

Just then, a shrill whistling sound erupted in the sky, everyone was startled and turned their heads, only to see hundreds of Fiery Flame Arrows accompanied by flames streaking through the night sky towards them.

”Damn!”

Everyone exclaimed in shock.

However, before ten people could even shout, they were shot dead by hundreds of Fiery Flame Arrows, instantly turning into charred ash.

Five hundred members of the Flying People Team surrounded the Genetic Store completely.

Zhou Hua led twenty people to surge forward.

”Don’t let a single one escape!”

Bang!

Zhou Hua kicked open the main gate of a nearby building and entered, wielding his Longsword.

Xie Hua and others were suddenly shocked and shouted, rushing to counterattack.

Zhou Hua’s twenty men were all strong with Enhanced Gene Primary Level, Xie Hua and others were completely no match, and in just a few minutes, all were killed.

”Everyone, check carefully, see if there’s anyone alive, not a single person must escape, we absolutely can’t let any news leak.”

Then, Zhou Hua walked into the Genetic Store, smiled slightly, and said:

”I have killed everyone at the outpost, I am here to take over this outpost.”
