Urban All-Round Master

Chapter 416: Chapter 412: Are Bullets Faster or Am I?

”Bang!”

An unparalleled, overwhelming force sent Su Yong’s huge body flying out in an instant.

Su Yong grimaced in pain as his entire body crashed against the wall.

The shoulder strike Lin Zifeng had just delivered almost made Su Yong think he had hit a huge rock, the pain was so intense that he clenched his teeth and stubbornly endured it.

But the immense pain in his chest still made Su Yong spit out a mouthful of fresh blood involuntarily.

”Father!”

Su Ni hurriedly rushed to Su Yong’s side and helped him up.

Seeing her father’s mouth dripping with blood, yet his eyes filled with hatred towards his opponent, Su Ni knew her father was not reconciled to his defeat.

But how could they compare to the terror of the Death God?

At that moment, Su Yong slowly lifted his head, his stubborn chin raised slightly as he reassessed his opponent.

After a long pause, he finally spoke, ”You won.”

Su Yong’s emotions began to sink into despair, he had never imagined that even two years of hard training had still left him defeated.

He had thought that the battle back then was lost merely due to bad luck. It seemed the Death God was right; he had been too full of himself.

”I said before, if I lost, you can do whatever you want. But now that you’ve lost, isn’t it time to put forward the stakes?”

”What do you want?” Su Yong lifted his head, his gaze piercing as he looked at his opponent.

”This is a document I found in your police station just now; you, Chief Su, should be very clear about what’s written inside. But I forgot to tell you. If you want to capture me, sorry, but I advise you, don’t do anything foolish.”

By now, Lin Zifeng was practically operating under the auspices of the state and backed by the CIA.

If Su Yong attempted a reckless move, the very likely outcome would be disastrously tragic.

”Are you threatening me?”

Whoosh—

Su Yong suddenly pulled out a gun and swiftly stood up from the ground, pointing the gun towards Lin Zifeng’s head.

”You are still so ignorant,” Lin Zifeng shook his head, looking at him with a gaze of pity.

”I waited for you for two years, and now that you have finally come, stay a while,” Su Yong wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth with his arm, his eyes staring fixedly at Lin Zifeng, wary of any opportunity for him to escape.

”Father!”

Su Ni anxiously called out.

But a single glance from Su Yong silenced Su Ni once more.

”Which is faster, your bullet or my running?” At this moment, Lin Zifeng raised his hands, wearing a grin. But no one knew what he really looked like beneath the mask.

”You can try! This is a police station, the moment I fire, the entire riot squad can be here in three minutes. If you don’t believe it, you might as well test the power of the police station.”

Su Yong squinted his eyes, one hand on his chest, glaring menacingly at Lin Zifeng.

Lin Zifeng lowered his head, shaking it helplessly.

But it was this small gesture that made Su Yong slightly relax his guard.

Who knew that suddenly! Lin Zifeng’s eyes fiercely opened wide!

A terrifying gleam flashed by.

Lin Zifeng’s ghostly figure had somehow rushed close to Su Yong at some point.

He raised his large hand and struck a loud slap on Su Yong’s arm.

”You!”

Su Yong was shocked and quickly reacted, but it was still a step too slow; Lin Zifeng’s large hand was already near.

”Puh—” A stream of bright red blood gushed out of Su Yong’s mouth.

His palm holding the gun was also captured by the opponent.

”You wanted to try it, didn’t you? Well, you only get one chance!”

Lin Zifeng’s indifferent voice echoed in Su Yong’s mind like a devil from Hell.

”Click!” Despite his severe injuries, Su Yong did not forget to pull the trigger.

But the safety catch above the muzzle had been vigorously snapped off by Lin Zifeng.

The entire muzzle was forcibly bent into a hook shape by the sheer strength of the master!

The muzzle was bent into a hook shape by hand! How much strength would that require?

Su Yong could scarcely believe it; even hammering the muzzle with a sledgehammer probably wouldn’t bend it, let alone into a hook shape!

”You only had one chance! And you’ve used it up!” Lin Zifeng roared, his eyes blood-red and fierce like an ancient barbaric beast.

With one large hand, he clutched Su Yong’s neck, pinned him against the corner of the wall, and as he slowly lifted his arm, Su Yong’s body was hoisted up as well.

Like this, Lin Zifeng single-handedly choked Su Yong, holding him above his head while his gaze cut across him with the sharpness of a knife.

The brutality and the killing aura finally aroused an overwhelming urge to kill in Lin Zifeng.

At that moment, apart from a frightening killing aura, Lin Zifeng’s eyes were filled with absolute desolation!

Meanwhile, Su Yong terrorfully realized that he was not facing a man but a fierce beast from the wilderness, capable at any moment of ending his life.

”No! Death God, please spare my father! Please forgive him this once. If you must blame someone, blame me instead. It was all my fault for leaking your information. This has nothing to do with my father.”

Su Ni’s face was already streaked with tears, her pleas to Lin Zifeng desperate despite her usually fiery temper.

But she knew this was not the time to be defiant, for she was facing the legendary Death God himself!

Furthermore, her father’s life was in his hands, and just a slight force from his demonic grip could mean she might never see her father again.

Although her father was sometimes unbearable, she knew all too well how pitiful a child who loses a father can be. She had seen many such children while working on cases, their tragic lives firmly embedded in her heart. She did not want to become a child without a father, unloved.

By then, under the great force of Lin Zifeng’s fingers, Su Yong had already started rolling his eyes upward.

His red, strangled neck was about to gasp its last breath.

Hearing Su Ni’s crying, Lin Zifeng gradually came back to his senses.

Seeing Su Ni with tears streaming down her face, Lin Zifeng felt a sudden pang of anguish.

He hadn’t expected this usually wild girl to show her vulnerable side at this moment.

Looking at Su Yong’s swollen red face, Lin Zifeng’s hand around his neck gradually began to loosen.

”Cough, cough... cough, cough...” Freed from the chokehold, Su Yong coughed violently, his face resolute but terribly pale.

If Lin Zifeng had strangled him a bit longer, it’s probable that Su Yong wouldn’t have lasted a minute before dying completely.

”Thank you!”

Su Ni looked gratefully at Lin Zifeng.

Lin Zifeng didn’t say a word, but was moved by the scene he had just witnessed.

If that disaster hadn’t happened five years ago, perhaps he would have been enjoying life, lavished with parental affection like his peers. Sadly, all that was now just a dream.

Thus, Lin Zifeng’s aloof silhouette gradually vanished within the police station.

It wasn’t until half an hour after Lin Zifeng had left that Su Yong regained his usual composure.

”Father, are you all right?” Su Ni asked anxiously.
