Urban All-Round Master

Chapter 403: Chapter 405: Uh, I’m a Normal Man

”Do you recognize me?” Zhang Yuxuan giggled.

”Uh, I recognize you,” Lin Zifeng nodded earnestly, thinking to himself: Recognize my ass! I only recognize your chest if anything.

”Hey, how come you’re free to come to our bar today? I haven’t seen you in so long.” Zhang Yuxuan waved for a big bottle of cocktail. With two large cups in hand, she filled them with drinks and started to serve Lin Zifeng a cup.

After all that wandering, I’ve ended up at the Sea Sky Entertainment Club again.

Recalling the first time Zhang Yuxuan messed with him, Lin Zifeng couldn’t help but find it a bit funny.

But on the surface, he maintained a serious expression and chuckled, ”I was just wandering around tonight, and somehow ended up here. You wouldn’t happen to be unwelcoming, would you?”

”Pfft, of course not. I’ve been hoping you’d come by. It’s been so long since I last saw you. I almost forgot about you,” said Zhang Yuxuan gently.

Even though she wore a bit of light makeup, the youthful charm of the girl still lingered on her.

”What, did you miss me?” Taking the drink Zhang Yuxuan handed over, Lin Zifeng looked at her with a lecherous grin.

”Mmm-hmm.” Zhang Yuxuan bobbed her head like a pecking chicken, then teasingly said, ”Yeah, it’s been uncomfortable not seeing a guy who often sits in our bar trying to act deep and pick up girls for so long!”

What the heck! Since when have I been acting all deep and stuff? I am deep for real, darn it!

Lin Zifeng, who was drinking, nearly choked on his beverage.

”By the way, what’s your name? It’s been so long that I’ve nearly forgotten what your last name is.”

”Lin Zifeng,” he replied flatly.

”How old are you?”

”Eighteen!” Lin Zifeng answered solemnly without so much as blushing.

”Are you kidding me? Eighteen, really?” Zhang Yuxuan looked at him incredulously.

”Heh, a man’s age is always a secret,” Lin Zifeng boasted.

”Oh come on, you’re way too much,” Zhang Yuxuan said, extending her middle finger disdainfully.

Let her look down on me if she wants to, I don’t care.

”Single?”

”Yes, single.”

”Got a partner?”

”No.”

”What do you think of me?”

”Not much.”

”...” Zhang Yuxuan was left speechless.

”Hey, hey, do you even know how to make conversation? Can’t you even pay a compliment?” Zhang Yuxuan whined.

”You’ve asked so many questions, what exactly do you want? Do you really think you’re conducting a census or something?” Lin Zifeng mopped his brow, having seen men hitting on women before, but never a woman grilling a man like she was taking a census.

”I’m just showing concern. If you don’t have a girlfriend, how about I introduce one to you?”

”You’re too nosy,” Lin Zifeng said, fed up.

”Right, do you want to play a really thrilling game?” Zhang Yuxuan suddenly brightened up, looking at him with interest.

Under the flashing neon lights, neither could make out whether the other’s face was pale or flushed.

”What game?” Lin Zifeng asked.

”How about a drinking contest?” Zhang Yuxuan suggested with a giggle.

”A drinking contest?” Lin Zifeng was surprised.

”Uh, there’s something I need to make clear to you. I have a fiancée, and if you’re planning to take advantage of me getting drunk and do something indecent like draw circles and crosses on me, I want you to know that this kind of thing will absolutely not happen with me! Even if you force me, I won’t submit!” Lin Zifeng declared indignantly.

”Hehe, you’re thinking too much. What I meant was for you to help a friend of mine take a few drinks. It’s not as outrageous as you imagined,” Yuxuan explained with a giggle.

”Ah, ah! Help, help your friend with drinking?” Zifeng was stunned. Utterly defeated.

It turned out he was flattering himself.

This is so embarrassing! He swallowed hard, feeling his cheeks burning up.

However, he quickly recovered, asking with a serious face, ”Tell me, what’s the method? A man or a woman?”

”Definitely a woman,” Yuxuan said with a smirk, squinting her eyes.

”Alright then. No problem.” Zifeng agreed without hesitation.

Handling drinks was nothing for him. Downing two bottles of beer in one go was a piece of cake.

”Okay, let’s go then.” Yuxuan was glad to have bumped into Zifeng today, someone she was somewhat acquainted with.

It took her a while to decide but eventually, she chose him.

Following behind Yuxuan, he watched her round bottom, outlined by short shorts, sway back and forth.

With the slight effect of alcohol, young Zifeng was suddenly bouncing with excitement.

”Why are you walking so slowly?”

At that moment, Yuxuan suddenly turned back and asked.

Zifeng hurriedly squeezed his legs together and twisted. He clamped his head between his knees and swayed inwards.

Just in time to hide the raised scene from Yuxuan.

”Uh, I’m a bit tired today, so I’m walking a little slow,” Zifeng said awkwardly.

”Then can you drink later? Do you need to go back and rest?” Yuxuan asked with concern.

”No problem, no problem at all. I’m just tired, but drinking? For me, it’s like drinking water. You can be totally reassured,” Zifeng patted his chest.

”Alright then, hurry up,” Yuxuan found it strange. This guy walked with his crotch pinched? Was he hiding something in his crotch?

Uh, I’m too evil.

Yuxuan’s pretty face flushed, feeling she was thinking in the wrong direction.

When the two of them arrived at the luxurious private room on the third floor of the Sea Sky Club, before they could enter, Zifeng sensed something was off.

Instinctively, he pulled Yuxuan back from stepping inside.

Because he saw someone familiar! And between them had occurred an embarrassing incident that he’d prefer to forget.

”What’s the matter?” Yuxuan asked, puzzled.

”Do you know her? Is she your friend?” Zifeng asked, pointing at Xuemo who was entertaining some middle-aged men with drinks inside the room.

”Hmm, yeah. Here, they’re all our friends, not just customers but friends,” Yuxuan said with a smile.

”Friends? She’s so much older than you, how could you possibly be friends? Besides, your job and hers are completely different—they don’t line up at all, do they?” Zifeng was exasperated.

Xuemo was the head of public relations at Tianyu Group. How could she possibly have much to do with someone like Yuxuan? Moreover, their age difference surely meant they wouldn’t have much in common.

”She’s a regular customer here, and after coming here often, we got to know each other,” Yuxuan explained.

”Huh? How do you know her? Do you know her too?” Seeing Zifeng’s uneasy demeanor, Yuxuan grew suspicious.

Zifeng nodded with a bitter smile, ”More than just knowing her, I’m rather familiar with her.”

He remembered very well the incident where Sun Xiaonao tried to set her up, and everything that ensued in the bathroom.

He still had a taste for that encounter, although at the time it had indeed aroused Zifeng, leaving him quite uncomfortable.

Not expecting to meet her again here today, it was quite a fresh experience.
