After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 923: Chapter 927: Lifetime Agreement

The little girl instantly stopped crying and smiled, with tears still hanging on her eyelashes, as her small hand reached out to him.

”Pinky promise!”

Luo Jun raised his eyebrows and eventually extended his hand, hooking his finger with hers, ”But you need to remember to be a bit smarter. I don’t like dumb girls.”

”I’ll try my best to be smarter.” Qin Wanwan said earnestly.

The two little ones pretended to be serious as they made a ”lifelong promise” with their pinky swear.

The adults nearby, including Leng Zimo, were all amused and laughed out loud.

”Didn’t know your little Princess Wanwan had such skills!” Li Xian teased with a smile.

”Of course.” Qin Lan nudged Leng Zimo beside him, jokingly saying, ”Go tell Sissi that her son has already promised to marry my daughter, and he can’t back out.”

He bent down to kiss his little daughter, and Qin Lan immediately went over to the camera, ”Let’s start.”

The parts of Mo Mo had already been filmed, and now it was his turn to act here.

As a dedicated actor, Qin Lan was never tired of working.

”Let’s go, let’s rest over there!” Huangfu Ruo took the two little ones by the hand and led them back to the makeup tent to rest. Leng Zimo also followed the two little ones over, his gaze falling on Seo Fei, ”What’s up?”

Seo Fei immediately handed over the documents in her hand, ”This needs your signature.”

Leng Zimo took the documents and flipped through them while the makeup artist took the little ones to the changing room to change out of their costumes. He had only one scene here, and now that it was done, there was no need to keep the costume on.

When the little one came back out, having changed his clothes, Leng Zimo had already finished reading the documents. He signed his name at the end and handed the documents back to Seo Fei, who immediately took them back.

”Mo Mo, you play with Wanwan for a bit, Uncle’s going to check on Uncle Qin Lan.”

”Go ahead, I’ve got photos of them!” Huangfu Ruo stood up with a smile, ”Kids, let’s go play by the river over there. How about it?!”

”Okay!”

The two little ones agreed in unison, and Huangfu Ruo led them to the riverside where they started picking up stones and throwing them into the river.

John followed and stood on the riverbank with a protective stance.

Seo Fei put the documents in her car, glanced at Luo Jun playing with Qin Wanwan not far away, snorted, and drove off.

...

...

That evening, Leng Zimo dropped Luo Jun home, where Luo Xiaoqian had already wrapped up dumplings.

While the four were having dinner together, Leng Zimo talked about Luo Jun’s ”life-long event”.

When he mentioned Luo Jun and Qin Wanwan promising to marry each other when they grow up, Luo Xiaoqian couldn’t help but laugh.

”Mo Mo, are you really going to marry Wanwan?”

The little guy had no idea what marriage meant, he just said offhandedly, ”As long as she keeps her word and gets a bit smarter, it’s fine.”

His words made the two adults laugh again.

Seeing John looking puzzled beside them, Luo Xiaoqian explained the situation in simple English.

John heard this and burst out laughing too. With laughter and chatter, they finished their meal. John readily took Luo Jun upstairs to play, and Leng Zimo helped Luo Xiaoqian clear the table.

As he handed her the dirty dishes, their fingers accidentally brushed against each other, both of them shivered slightly.

Watching her walk into the kitchen, Leng Zimo immediately followed, closed the kitchen door, and approached her from behind, wrapping his arms around her waist.
