Delta is Coming, Big Red Has Special Effects

44: Main battle tank model——Main battle tankJust as the main battle tank model vanished.

The sunlight streaming through the cabin window disappeared, as if something had blocked it.

At this moment, Liu Yan had a bold guess.

To confirm this, Liu Yan swallowed, walked slowly to the window, and looked out.

Looking up, Liu Yan froze in place.

He saw three special air-drop parachutes, carrying a huge weapon, slowly descending in the air between the museum and the cabin.

“This… this is actually… holy cow, is this real or fake?!”

Liu Yan was already a little incoherent, repeatedly rubbing his eyes, making sure he hadn’t misseen.

Boom—

The main battle tank successfully landed on the ground, and the huge air-drop parachutes also vanished into thin air, as if they had never appeared.

Liu Yan quickly leaped out of the cabin and onto the top of the weapon.

As he touched the weapon’s cold, hard shell, Liu Yan’s lips couldn’t help but curve into a wild smile.

He was invincible.

Aside from a few specialized operative equipments, and the rocket launcher soldiers and Bakshi helicopters.

Almost no one could threaten him anymore!

Liu Yan successfully entered the weapon through the hatch.

Just as Liu Yan was worrying about how to drive the weapon, he glanced at the cockpit and saw three special tablets neatly placed there, with their connecting wires extending to the bottom of the weapon’s cockpit.

After opening the tablet, there were only a few simple buttons: front, back, left, right, swipe the screen, fire.

At the same time, the tablet also displayed the view from the front of the weapon.

“This operating method…”

Liu Yan always felt a sense of déjà vu, and finally, he slapped his thigh.

Is this for me to play delta operation mobile game’s large battlefield?

Although there were too many things to complain about, it was good that this operating method was quite user-friendly.

After all, knowing how to drive a weapon is not a very common skill.

Boom boom boom—

As Liu Yan’s fingertips slid across the tablet, the weapon’s turret rotated.

Bang—!

“I still need to drive it out quickly first.”

The passage between the museum and the cabin was too narrow.

Even if the Third District map scale was enlarged, such a space still couldn’t support the main battle tank turret’s rotation.

The weapon barrel was too long!

Liu Yan didn’t drive the weapon out of the passage immediately, but instead returned to the adjacent cabin.

He moved all the spoils of war and brought them into the weapon’s cockpit.

The tablet’s operating method didn’t require other equipment, which also led to the weapon’s interior space being unusually spacious.

“Phew—awesome!!!”

After returning to the cockpit and sitting down, Liu Yan let out a deep breath.

Who would have thought of this feeling of driving a weapon with spoils of war inside?

Liu Yan reversed the weapon all the way towards Asara Camp, finally reaching one of Bakshi’s few wide roads.

“Next time, I’ll try driving into the Aerospace Base.”

Liu Yan slid the screen, looking around.

Bakshi’s dense urban area was more suited for street fighting, and Babel Tower was completely inaccessible.

Such environmental conditions imposed many restrictions on the main battle tank.

However, this didn’t prevent Liu Yan from driving the weapon all the way to the evacuation point in front of the Tower.

By then, the time for the evacuation point in front of the Tower had already ended.

“A miscalculation. If I had known, I should have pulled the lever at the Grand Bathhouse evacuation point.”

Liu Yan, guarding the evacuation point in front of the Tower, patted his head.

While this could completely block anyone trying to evacuate from the front of the Tower, it couldn’t be done for the Grand Bathhouse.

No matter which path he took, the main battle tank would ultimately be unable to pass due to obstacles.

Without the weapon, Liu Yan might have taken a chance, but with the weapon, who would go and exchange fire with people?

Why waste bullets when a single shot can solve the problem!

“Let’s hear what everyone else is doing.”

So, Liu Yan had already taken off all his helmet and armor and set them aside, leaning back leisurely inside the weapon, fiddling with the military terminal.

After switching back and forth four times via the military terminal, Liu Yan confirmed that there were still three teams remaining.

The extra switch was for the military drone outside the weapon, aimed at him.

Liu Yan had to admit, this was really a good thing.

Compared to the main battle tank, which was a brute-force statistical monster, the military terminal’s mechanism could accomplish even more.

Just now at the museum, the escort cleared out one team, and he cleared them out.

Usually, in such a situation, there would be at most only one team left outside the Tower.

The other two teams should be inside Babel Tower.

As Liu Yan adjusted the military terminal signal to the first team, the voice from their microphone clearly entered Liu Yan’s ears… inside Babel Tower.

“Brother Zhao, what should we do now? The ropes below are all blocked, they’re trying to wear us down!” A Mohican Fatty looked anxious.

Zhao Qian also looked troubled.

“Damn it, isn’t it better for everyone to earn their own? Why do they have to make it a life-and-death struggle!”

In this round, they landed in Babel Tower, at position one on the reservoir side.

Coincidentally, in this round, besides them, only one other team entered Babel Tower.

Originally, the two teams could have coexisted peacefully, each scavenging for items.

In fact, when Zhao Qian’s team reached the Medical Zone and looked towards the Ocean Monitoring Hall through the ropes, they happened to see the other team.

Neither team fired, and Zhao Qian even raised his hands in a fist, signaling friendliness.

But the brief harmony was eventually broken after Zhao Qian’s team went up to the top of Babel Tower.

The faint footsteps downstairs made the three realize that the other team was preparing to block them below.

Not only that, after the faint footsteps appeared, they never appeared again.

Clearly, they also heard Zhao Qian’s team’s footsteps and then started to move stealthily.

The most frustrating thing in this situation was not knowing the opponent’s numbers and where they had moved to.

Perhaps all three were simultaneously crouching at one elevator, or they might have split up to crouch at three elevators.

“The premise of ‘each earning their own’ is that the other party has already earned enough, or we are stronger than them.”

The aloof young man, who hadn’t spoken until now, slowly said.

“Before coming up, you had already thoroughly looted the central control room, making it difficult for them to pick up anything.”

“There are only two teams in the Tower, why wouldn’t they block us?”

After hearing the aloof young man speak, Zhao Qian asked with a somewhat unconvinced expression:

“Even if they haven’t earned anything, if they can get out alive, they can still break even, right? And, are they 100% sure they can beat us?”

Hearing this, the aloof young man scoffed.

“It seems like breaking even, but I ask you, the moment you entered the Third District, did you not take on the risk of death?”

“Since you took on the risk but didn’t gain any profit, then why take on this risk in the first place? Wouldn’t it be better not to come in?”

“Moreover, they must have the advantage. Even if we don’t go down, eventually time will run out, and they will pull the lever and go to the evacuation point first, still holding the advantage.”

After the aloof young man finished speaking, Zhao Qian was completely speechless.

The calm and composed demeanor displayed by this student-like teammate made the Mohican Fatty next to him look on with admiration.

Originally, the two wanted to be safe and team up with a teammate to enter.

However, it was early in the morning, and there were simply too few people, let alone those entering Bakshi.

The two initially targeted a harmless-looking student, thinking he would be more obedient, but he was snatched away by two others.

The two had no choice but to settle for the next best thing and invited this slender, aloof young man.

It wasn’t until now that the two truly took this young man seriously.

“Little brother, I forgot to ask, what’s your name?”

“Also, in this situation… what should we do?” Zhao Qian completely dropped his elder’s pretense and humbly looked at the aloof young man in front of him.

“Just call me Gao Tianyu.”
