I Can Devour Monsters' SSS Talents

All of those whips were aimed at Lian, as if the monster saw only him as a threat in this battle and saw everyone else as ants it could crush.

One of the strands wrapped around his armor.

But no, it seemed the target of those whip-like strands was not his life, it seemed that it wanted to get what was inside him.

Lian immediately frowned, he felt that thing moving directly toward his core, as if his core was its target.

He had already guessed that the monster wanted to obtain all the energy that belonged to the Demon Of Eclipse.

And now the Leviathan was doing exactly that.

But at that moment, something else happened, the connection was two-sided, through those strands, the monster had been able to find his core.

But Lian could also sense the path of all the strands, all the essence of the Leviathan’s body was gathered around the final reservoir at the center of the network.

He no longer needed to search for it, the source of these strands that the monster had connected to him was the monster’s own core, and the final reservoir was located exactly there.

”You made a mistake.” A very small smile appeared on his face.

”Are you okay??” Kain shouted from a distance.

”Now I don’t need to search for it anymore.” Lian fixed his eyes exactly on a specific part of the creature’s chest.

He did not pull the strands or try to separate them from himself, instead, he allowed them to pull him closer for a moment.

The monster tried to pull him toward itself with the strands, exactly like a chain.

The Leviathan expected resistance, but when there was none, Lian was pulled toward the creature’s chest like a bullet.

At the last moment, he activated [Ashen Thunder Step].

His angle changed and he passed beside one of the strands and landed on the outer layer of the monster’s chest.

[Mountain Anchor]

And he locked himself in the exact place where he was standing, the Leviathan moved its body and tried to throw the human away like an annoying insect.

But the young Vorhelm did not move and pointed toward his best friend, and that single gesture was enough for Kain to understand that it was time.

[Sun Mark]

The golden mark landed on the same spot and the light above the city gathered.

[Noonday Judgment]

BOOOOOOOOOOOM!

The first pillar of light fell onto the Leviathan’s body and as a result, the outer layer cracked, but unfortunately, the second defensive layer remained intact.

The monster knew what these humans were trying to do and had already prepared the strongest defenses possible for that spot.

”Heh heh, you thought you were the only one who could do cool things?” Kain said mockingly, and at the same time a sphere came out from inside his chest.

The sphere of Witness.

The thing started spinning around him and all of Kain’s stats began to increase.

[All of your stats have increased by ten percent.]

[All of your stats have increased by thirty percent.]

[All of your stats have increased by fifty percent.]

[All of your stats have increased by seventy percent.]

[Warning! This is the maximum amount of power your body can handle from the Blessing of Light.]

”This is enough.” He smiled, this was one of the abilities of the sphere of Witness, the Blessing of Light.

Now it was time to see how much stronger his skills would become with such a large increase in his stats.

[Light Echo.]

A compressed light was shot toward the target, but a moment later, the same attack was repeated from the same point and hit the target twice from two directions one after another.

The first one was not enough, but the second one....BOOOOOOOM!

The second layer broke and the third layer was revealed.

The Leviathan raised one of its limbs with all its strength.

Kain was behind Lian, and if he moved away, the attack would hit him directly.

And naturally, the young Vorhelm did not dodge, besides his friend getting hurt, all their effort to reach the final reservoir could be wasted.

[Mountain Anchor]

[World-Bearing Frame]

[Molten Bastion Body]

His entire defensive structure locked into place and the monster’s limb came down.

BOOOOOOOOOOOM!

The sound silenced everything for a moment.

The stairs and street under Lian sank, the armor on his chest cracked, and all of his internal organs made sounds as they were torn.

The taste of blood filled his mouth.

His ribs resisted under the Molten Bastion Body, but the pressure was so strong that a sharp pain moved up from his side.

If this attack had hit him without armor, probably none of his bones would have remained intact.

But now, between the Leviathan and Kain, there was armor made from the body of a giant that had been created to endure weights far greater than this.

He did not move back.

[Giant’s Momentum.]

It was time to finish it.

Then he immediately sent an order through the connection to his present Colony Member.

Two released his final strength.

[Pathless World — Second Activation.]

His body almost immediately trembled, this time the ability would only last for a few seconds, but those few seconds were enough.

The Leviathan sensed Lian’s direction incorrectly and the eight-eyed wolf jumped toward the monster from the other side.

[Bone Mountain.]

Huge bones wrapped around one of its limbs.

[Bodiless Pack.]

Shadows poured onto the creature’s neck.

[Skyless Howl.]

The twelve eyes were disrupted again for a moment.

Two was using almost everything he had, and this was completely draining his strength, and he also had to use all of his power to make sure his attacks could work against a Level 50 target.

Lian had to do the same.

[Skill Overdrive]

[Skill power increased for 10 seconds.]

[Ashen Thunder Step]

[Giant’s Stored Momentum]

He also used the maximum of his speed and raw power, and his armored body passed through the opening like a projectile.

The third defensive layer that the monster had created for the reservoir was in front of him.

He raised his palm and used Eclipse energy.

[Eclipse Energy Storage: 68%.]

This was the highest amount of Eclipse energy he had ever used at once, and black lines covered his entire palm.

[Suppressing Palm]

Then a dense palm phantom formed and struck the third layer with all of his raw strength and Eclipse energy.

TUM!

The outside sound was small, but it caused enough damage for the Eclipse energy to enter the target.

And the structure of the defensive layer began to weaken from the inside, and at the same time Giant’s Momentum arrived behind it, and to make sure that the third layer would really break, a huge ice claw formed in his hand.

[Glacial Reaper Claw]

Feeling that it was still not enough, thunder surrounded his fist.

[Thunder Calamity]

This was not just an ordinary attack, he had put all of his raw strength together with his offensive skills into this strike.

And finally, he struck!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

A huge pressure formed and shook the entire battlefield, like a huge storm wind that could tear buildings from the ground.

The entire front part of the Leviathan’s chest exploded, and the sixth reservoir broke immediately.

White-black light covered the monster’s entire body for a moment and then...went out.

All of the monster’s reservoirs that formed its main self-healing and recovery mechanism had been destroyed.

And because the self-healing mechanism no longer existed, because of Lian’s destructive punch, all the plates on the monster’s body that acted like natural armor began to fall.

One after another, and beneath them, the monster’s real body was revealed.

Gray and wounded skin, an ancient sea monster that had been buried under corrupted light for years.

But it was still alive.

The Leviathan released one last roar, a more painful and wild sound, it had realized that it was losing.

It pulled its entire body toward the city and no longer cared about protecting itself, it wanted to tear these humans apart no matter what.

Kain was breathing heavily, the sphere of Witness was still beside his shoulder and thanks to this sphere, he was still standing.

”Please don’t tell me it’s still not over.”

”Unfortunately, it isn’t over.” Lian wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth with the back of his hand
