Extraordinary Realm from Persuasion System

Zhang Beixing strode into the palace, and as soon as he entered, he saw the steward respectfully standing at the doorway.

”Mr. Zhang, seeing that you weren’t in your room, I decided to wait for you here.”

”The breakfast banquet is ready.”

Zhang Beixing nodded and then accompanied the steward to the dining room where they had eaten yesterday.

At that moment, the large dining table still had the same few people as the previous meal.

The only difference was that the candlesticks and tablecloth from yesterday’s dinner had been replaced.

The tablecloth had been changed to a more vibrant color, and the silver candlesticks were all removed, replaced by some exquisite ornaments.

They really pay attention to the details of life.

With a sigh in his heart, Zhang Beixing sat beside the main seat.

Seeing Zhang Beixing seated, White gently cleared his throat.

”Alright, you may serve the dishes.”

Following White’s words, various baked breads, desserts, and light cold dishes were presented on the dining table.

Zhang Beixing was quite satisfied with this breakfast; at least it seemed more suited to the Huaxiaians’ stomachs.

During the meal, Zhang Beixing paid particular attention.

The place where Peter sat yesterday remained empty, with no utensils even set.

Neither White nor the lady and his two sons mentioned this matter, as if this person didn’t live in the manor at all.

Richard had a small appetite and was the first to finish breakfast.

However, he didn’t choose to return to his room but quietly sat in place waiting for Zhang Beixing to finish eating.

As a martial artist, Zhang Beixing naturally had a large appetite, but his eating speed wasn’t slow.

Having undergone specialized dining etiquette training, even if he ate quickly, it wouldn’t appear as if he was wolfing down.

With the last piece of bread swallowed, Zhang Beixing elegantly wiped his mouth.

After exchanging a glance with Richard, he left his seat.

He didn’t believe Richard waited in the dining room out of respect, wanting instead to speak alone.

Sure enough, upon receiving Zhang Beixing’s glance Richard quietly left the dining room.

The two walked side by side up the stairs to the second floor.

”Minister Zhang, early this morning I saw Peter going down the mountain.”

Upon hearing about Peter, Zhang Beixing was immediately intrigued.

”What happened next?”

Richard lowered his voice and said, ”After he went down the mountain, I specifically arranged people to follow him, but he quickly reached a club where only members can enter; my people were stuck outside.”

Hearing Richard’s words, Zhang Beixing nodded thoughtfully.

It turns out Peter frequently goes down the mountain to a private club.

Richard then said regretfully, ”If we leave now, White would surely be scared to death, and the trail would end here.”

Zhang Beixing smiled slightly.

”Who said so? We could just go inside the club and see for ourselves.”

Hearing Zhang Beixing’s words, Richard looked puzzled.

Then he saw Zhang Beixing drag him back into his room.

Richard was baffled as Zhang Beixing pulled him, completely unaware of what Minister Zhang intended to do.

Just as Richard tried to stop Zhang Beixing, Zhang Beixing pushed open the window with one hand.

Then single-handedly tossed Richard out the window.

With the realization that he was being tossed out like a chick, Richard’s face was filled with disbelief. How could something so absurd happen?

The sudden feeling of weightlessness surged, and for the first time in his life, Richard felt the urge to curse.

Before he could utter any profanity, Richard saw a dark figure lunging out from the window.

His back’s clothing was grabbed heavily once again.

If anyone saw the scene, they would certainly be amazed.

A tall figure kept leaping among the trees, holding a human-like object.

With Richard’s identity, he had sat on all types of aircraft.

But being carried around in mid-air without any safety equipment was a first.

Looking down and seeing the ground alternately approach and recede, Richard shrank his body, grabbing Zhang Beixing’s arm tightly with both hands.

Even so, he couldn’t help but shiver uncontrollably.

”Minister Zhang, Minister Zhang, it’s not necessary to do this.”

”I could apply to bring in a helicopter.”

As Zhang Beixing continued to jump among the trees, stimulating Richard’s fragile nerves, Zhang Beixing seemed unaware of the damage his actions inflicted on an ordinary person with no martial arts.

Instead, he casually remarked.

”Helicopters make too much noise, it’s much more convenient doing it this way.”

Upon hearing Zhang Beixing’s words, Richard dared not contradict him and clung more tightly to Zhang’s hand.

Should any of his words be out of line, and Zhang Beixing loosened his grip, his life would be forfeit.

Thinking of this, Richard’s already pale face grew even paler.

Fortunately, this thrilling journey didn’t last too long.

In less than ten minutes, they covered what would have taken over half an hour by car.

Zhang Beixing patted Richard’s now dazed-looking face.

”We’re at the foot of the mountain; further down, there’ll be more people, so we should take a taxi.”

Richard mechanically turned his head toward Zhang Beixing, nodded dumbly.

This was Richard’s first time genuinely feeling the immense gap between ordinary people and martial artists.

Luckily, as the heir to the Federation Clan, he possessed a fair bit of mental resilience.

Soon, Richard suppressed his airborne panic and urge to curse deep within.

The two flagged down a taxi and headed toward Madrid’s city center.

Throughout the journey, Richard kept using his phone to verify locations with his people.

After about half an hour, a yellow taxi stopped amid the relatively old buildings in the western part of Madrid city.

After getting off, Zhang Beixing first sighed.

”I didn’t expect traffic in Europe to be so severe.”

Then he surveyed the surroundings.

The buildings here appeared quite old, their colors ranging from deep brown to yellowish soil.

It resembled the old alleyways where superheroes made appearances.

Even the roadside had an inadequately covered metal trash can.

But after examining the area, Zhang Beixing didn’t see any high-end club signs.

But with Peter’s status, even when going out, he would certainly choose upscale venues.

Here evidently didn’t match a noble’s style and seemed more suited to shady activities.

Zhang Beixing wasn’t in a hurry, instead waiting roadside with Richard for a bit.

A man wearing black sunglasses and a hat, and a brown trench coat suddenly emerged from a nearby alley.

In Zhang Beixing’s perception, the man had been present for some time, but due to the abundant surrounding scents, Zhang Beixing hadn’t paid much attention.

The man in the brown coat looked surreptitiously at Richard and Zhang Beixing, then, in fluent English, quietly asked, ”Is it Young Master Richard?”

Richard nodded.

The man in the brown coat then looked around cautiously and pointed toward the alley he had just emerged from.

”It’s inconvenient to talk here; let’s step inside.”

Following that, the man in the brown coat led Zhang Beixing and Richard into the alley.

Inside the alley, the man took off his sunglasses and hat.

A typical European male face with a full beard appeared in Zhang Beixing’s view.

Once inside the alley, the man visibly relaxed.

After observing Richard and Zhang Beixing, the man started his report.

”Young Master Richard, the person you asked me to follow entered a hidden door down the alley then turned right.

I found the area around the door heavily monitored.

Fearing he might spot me, I chose this spot as a blind spot.

I asked around with colleagues about this area; not many know, they say it’s a club.

However, it’s surely not that simple, so perhaps we should retreat for now as staying too long feels dangerous.”

Listening to the man’s analysis, Zhang Beixing casually cleaned his ears.

”No need for complications, just wait here for us.”

Hearing Zhang Beixing’s words, Richard’s body suddenly stiffened.

These words sounded familiar; last time he heard this, he was thrown out the window.

Soon enough, Zhang Beixing’s hand again grasped the collar of Richard’s shirt.

”Hey... hold up!”
