Extraordinary Realm from Persuasion System

”If you’ve really decided to do this, then we have no objections. We were originally planning to recruit a qualified manager, but it seems no one is more suitable than you now.”

Zhang Beixing stood up from the chair and walked step by step towards Wang Chunlei.

”Tell me, what kind of compensation are you looking for?”

”I...”

Wang Chunlei was stunned for a moment. He didn’t expect things to succeed so easily, so he hadn’t thought about what kind of compensation he should get.

The most important thing is, usually, he is the one interviewing others and asking about their compensation expectations. But now, since he’s the one being interviewed, Wang Chunlei was momentarily at a loss.

”Whatever compensation you want, I can agree to, even if it’s a house, a car, or anything else. For real talents, I’m willing to be accommodating... However...”

Immersed in the joy brought by Zhang Beixing’s words, Wang Chunlei’s smile froze upon hearing the word ’however.’ As someone in a high position, he naturally understood that Zhang Beixing’s next words wouldn’t be gentle.

What he didn’t expect was that the words from Zhang Beixing were not only not gentle, but they also made him break out in a cold sweat.

”However, whatever conditions you propose now, I can agree to, without bargaining, but if in the future you dare to touch even a bit of something unrelated to what I’ve promised you, or use your power for personal gain, believe me, you’ll be in a bad spot!”

If someone else had said these words to him, Wang Chunlei wouldn’t have taken them to heart.

But coming from Zhang Beixing, these words made Wang Chunlei feel a fear he hadn’t experienced in a long time.

”Don’t worry, I won’t do that.”

Wang Chunlei tried hard to match Zhang Beixing’s gaze, even though his own eyes started to tremble.

With years of business experience, Wang Chunlei knew well that if he couldn’t face Zhang Beixing’s gaze now, the other would surely look down on him.

”Not bad.”

After just a few breaths, Zhang Beixing retracted his gaze.

Wang Chunlei took deep breaths, and the short few seconds felt like an eternity to him.

By the time he came to his senses, he found that the back of his shirt was completely soaked with sweat.

”I’ll state my thoughts now, and you all perform your respective duties.”

Zhang Beixing was a decisive person, and anything he decided on had to be done as quickly as possible.

The companions in The Ninth Bureau were accustomed to Zhang Beixing’s style, but Dragon Tiger, Zhang Qingyang, and Wang Chunlei paused for a moment.

After they collected themselves, they showed serious expressions, especially Wang Chunlei. Although he hadn’t officially taken office, he knew this was the first task Zhang Beixing assigned to him.

If he couldn’t even handle the first test arranged by the boss, he’d have no face left.

1, Establish corresponding departments and rules and regulations; departments should check and balance each other while maintaining independent management;

2, Each department should set up special offices to employ a certain number of disabled individuals to both help them earn money and reduce social pressure;

3, If couples are willing to work in the factory together, accommodations can be arranged according to the standards of a budget hotel;

4, The security department will be independent of each department and directly led by the General Manager’s office!

...

...

Ultimately, Zhang Beixing’s requirements only had three points.

First, ensure the personal interests and fairness for employees. After all, Zhang Beixing was different from typical capitalists, as he didn’t count on the logistics group to make a lot of money;

Second, ensure the proper placement of each employee’s family, and there should be a complete welfare system;

Third, ensure the security measures are in place...

Upon hearing Zhang Beixing’s requirements, Wang Chunlei felt a bit embarrassed.

Originally, Wang Chunlei thought he treated his employees quite well, but compared to Zhang Beixing, it was like heaven and earth.

”Chairman...”

As soon as Wang Chunlei called out, he received a shake of the head from Zhang Beixing.

”The chairman is Dragon Tiger, not me.”

Dragon Tiger, sitting by the side, stood up upon hearing Zhang Beixing’s words and nodded with a smile at Wang Chunlei.

This meeting set the so-called main theme for the development of the Ninth Logistics Group, and others only needed to follow this main theme without making significant changes.

The first place to undergo renovations was their office building, and upon returning to the Ninth Investigation Bureau’s office, Zhang Beixing immediately held a secret meeting,

Aside from Leng Bing and Xu Feng, who already knew Zhang Beixing’s purpose, everyone else was extremely curious,

”I’ve established a logistics group, so I plan to select some people with considerable strength to take on the role of security in the group.”

After Zhang Beixing finished speaking, the entire room fell eerily silent.

Everyone looked at each other, puzzled as to why Zhang Beixing would want to take the elites of the Ninth Investigation Bureau and deploy them as security at the logistics group.

They were aware of the newly established Ninth Logistics Group, but they didn’t expect it to be Zhang Beixing’s initiative.

”Because I plan to establish a training ground there, and through my connections, obtain some decent training equipment. Not everyone can go there; only the elite can.”
