Beastmaster of the Ages

Tianming’s blood boiled with excitement as he looked out at the cheering ocean of cosmic gods ahead.

“Those four Yueling concubines strutted around all day, and now they’re all dead!”

“Told you they wouldn’t end well, especially with that ridiculous ‘green hat’ scheme!”

“I heard Yueling is in chaos now. Yue Lingxiao can’t keep it in control anymore.”

“They deserve it! That old bastard’s lucky he’s a coward turtling up!”

“But even our imperator couldn’t suppress the Adjudicator...”

“No matter. He’s all alone now, and will have to show up personally if he wants anything!”

Tianming followed Li Muyang and the others back to Skyplunder Palace, where Wei Jing and Mu Qingqing fussed over him. They only relaxed after being sure he was unharmed.

Accommodations were arranged for the people of Vermilion Bird and the flamemaples, and a welcoming feast was held.

Everything gradually returned to calm.

A few days later, Tianming and Zi Zhen sat together in the Kunruler Palace, analyzing the situation.

This place had once often hosted Yueling Long and the other three, who would constantly scheme beneath Tianming’s portrait, but none remained.

“Yueling Long was just like Lady Long back then. Ambitious, but lacking real strength,” Meow Meow said lazily, unusually awake as it sprawled on the ground.

“That Adjudicator’s clearly rotten. Even I can tell! They were even dumber than me!” Lan Huang scoffed.

“Then, Third Brother, do you think I’m a good person?” Ying Huo asked eagerly.

“Bro, you’re a good chicken, not a good person,” Lan Huang replied honestly.

The atmosphere within Tianming’s circle was much more relaxed after disposing of a wave of enemies.

“Zi Zhen, none of this would have been possible without you.” Tianming looked at her with deep feeling.

“Cut the mushy act.” Zi Zhen rolled her eyes. “Your father told you yesterday to return to the Realm of Order first. When are you leaving?”

“Ahem.” Tianming laughed awkwardly before turning serious. “For this battle, he had to leave Nullity. Even though he says it should be fine, I’m still not comfortable... To be safe, I’ll stay for a while. Head back first and bring some red spheres for my godfather and the others too.”

“Alright.” Zi Zhen nodded.

Tianming also checked on the situation in the Realm of Order. The situation in the Upper Star Ruin hadn’t changed much.

The wonderians and Tian Jiu were still locked in a stalemate.

The ashuras were still entangled in disputes with the other three divine races. The restoration of the Heavenly Dao wouldn’t be completed anytime soon, and no one could do anything to Imperator Yin.

Starfall and Sundown were keeping a low profile, either simply waiting things out or plotting something in secret...

“It’s quiet at the Primordial Sands.”

“I wonder...” Tianming’s thoughts drifted to the golden star that had been waiting all this time, and warmth filled him. He hoped that when the person he longed for finally broke through her tribulation, he would have already resolved everything here...

He just didn’t know how much longer it would take.

“Don’t worry. Everything will go smoothly.” Seeing him deep in thought, Zi Zhen stepped forward and took his hand, concern in her eyes. “If anything happens here, let me know immediately.”

“Got it.” Tianming nodded.

Then, feeling the warmth in his hand, he suddenly moved and pressed her down beneath him. Their breathing quickened.

“Before you leave, how about—”

“No. Absolutely not.”

“That’s not up to you. Heh heh heh!”

Two galaxies proceed to crash against each other.

While loudly protesting, Ying Huo and the others were all thrown back into the lifebound space.

After Zi Zhen left, life seemed to settle down. Tianming withdrew into seclusion, focusing on stabilizing his orders. The unstable orders left over from his previous risky breakthrough were all resolved into stable orders, eliminating those hidden dangers.

But he would need to further stabilize them before he could progress further.

Yueling, Aquamarine, and Torch Dragon, spent the next three years in constant turmoil.

Yin Chen reported that all kinds of figures had emerged in a world without imperatores. Even Yueling Xiao couldn’t suppress many of the powerful primocosmic gods under him. If not for the Yueling Starsource still being in his control, the entire starcage would likely have split into several factions already.

Still, those three worlds no longer had attention to direct elsewhere. Without imperatores, they no longer had the guts for any aggressive foreign policies.

The flamemaples and vermilion bird divinities entered a period of recovery. They mourned the fallen and prayed for their peace in death.

They sorted through the spoils of war and reorganized their armies.

Both clans flourished with renewed vitality, and many of their younger generation were filled with hope for the future.

Imperator Cheng, Imperator Feng, Jiang Qingluan, and the others also temporarily settled on Nullity.

One day, Tianming was in cultivation when Bai Feng suddenly sent urgent news. “A white sword-light has appeared at Flameyellow! It’s tearing open Huang Qi’s head, trying to purge our power controlling her!”

Tianming immediately shot to his feet.

His gaze sharpened. “White sword-light? Could it be the same existence that opened the passage to the Primordial Sands?”

“It looks like it!” Bai Feng’s voice was urgent. “I can’t hold it back alone. Return!”

“Let’s go.” Tianming didn’t hesitate.

Tianming didn’t even have time to say goodbye to Li Muyang and the others.

Huang Qi couldn’t be allowed to break free. Her escape would mess up everything now that his conflict with the Number Monsters was reaching a boiling point!

“Mu Qingqing, take me back. Now.” Tianming found Mu Qingqing resting in the Kunruler Palace. She sensed his urgency and immediately opened the passage...
