Beastmaster of the Ages

Dao San (Three) and Jie Ba (Eight) were numbered three and eight respectively. They were the Aeternal Beings of the Realm of Chaos. From the way they greeted each other, Dao San seemed to be ranked higher than Jie Ba.

The Adjudicator Jie Ba wasted no time and asked, ”Has the order been sent out? We can already confirm that the true destiny has arrived in the World Corpse. That child is within the God-Emperor’s body.”

The girl coldly answered, ”The projection lost its effect. It’s still being established.”

Jie Ba seemed rather impatient within his sphere. ”Recently, Li Tianming went to Violetblitz Starcage and stole the dazzling radiances there. If we don’t deal with him soon, he would soon be able to breach the projection. Once he leaves the God-Emperor’s body, we would never be able to find him ever again.”

The recent events had ruined their plans, making Jie Ba rather impatient. Yet, Dao San’s voice seemed completely unperturbed. ”I don’t have the authority. We can’t act recklessly.”

”Authority, it always comes down to that!” Jie Ba snapped. ”The projection often fails for a corpse that stretches out for 99.9 billion light years! If we don’t adapt, our grand plan will fail!”

”Save your words and go back,” Dao San answered coldly.

The Adjudicator didn’t seem convinced. The red sphere he resided in spun faster and faster to the point that the eight vortices on the surface seemed somewhat erratic. However, he didn’t say anything else and left, leaving the massive green flower in the ruined primordial world.

It seemed to belong eternally in this world. The girl’s silhouette on the flower seemed to fade out of corporeality amidst the white clouds.

Tianming and Zi Zhen continued to strengthen their cultivation as they absorbed the flow of order within the dazzling radiances. They focused on their cultivation fully once Imperator Long and her sisters left.

Tianming turned to look at the beauty beside him. Her violet form looked even more alluring under the red light.

”What are you looking at? Focus on cultivating,” she chided, her eyes open.

”I want to burn it into my mind while I still can,” Tianming said.

”Don’t jinx me,” she said with an unfriendly glare.

”Hahaha... If only I could actually jinx people. I’d jinx those four disloyal wives until they die.”

”Say that more and more bad things will happen to you.”

”You mean those four crooked wives aren’t bad enough already?”

Zi Zhen rolled her eyes and ignored him. Even as they absorbed the dazzling radiances, they couldn’t progress too quickly so as to not compromise the stability of their orders. If they went too fast, not only would they be unable to break through, they would even risk damaging their foundations.

As long as the Adjudicator doesn’t cause any trouble, I’ll have enough time to stabilize my order for a breakthrough, Tianming thought. He already had the dazzling radiances he needed to grow stronger, so time was what he really needed.

The Adjudicator should be freaking out by now, right? Where would he attack us from? From which angle? He tried to think about the enemy’s next move as he cultivated. Little did he know that it would come so quickly and furiously.

Imperator Long and her sisters rested somewhere in Kunruler Palace. Right as they were about to discuss whether they should interrupt Zi Zhen and Tianming’s cultivation, a blood-colored letter appeared out of mid air in Imperator Long’s hand.

She opened the letter and raised a brow in excitement. ”Here’s our chance. The Adjudicator spared no effort and found the location of Mu Qingqing’s main body. He ordered us to act immediately!”

”Her main body?” Imperator Ji rose with a start. ”We spent so much time searching Skyplunder Capital and couldn’t find it. The Adjudicator is powerful indeed!”

”But of course.” Imperator Long smirked. ”Finding Mu Qingqing’s body will allow us to find the starsource! We’d be able to breach this starcage easily!”

”Where’s her main body, then?” Imperator Tu asked impatiently. She couldn’t wait to vent her frustrations on Zi Zhen, and this mission would be a chance for that.

”We were looking in the wrong place,” Imperator Long said. ”Her main body has always been right underneath Plunderlord Palace.”

”Underneath the palace?” Imperator Tong’s expression was dazed and cute even as she identified the problem. ”If we force our way in, we’d definitely draw the attention of Li Muyang and the rest.”

”They are indeed powerful here in their home turf,” Imperator Ji said. ”Apart from Li Muyang, there’s Li Tianzi to think about in terms of imperatores. Also, I suspect that Li Yanfeng is also here. Otherwise, the firemaples wouldn’t constantly shirk away back in Violetblitz. We should expect the worst and assume there are three imperatores here, coupled with Tianming and Zi Zhen. The four of us won’t be enough.”

”The Adjudicator has considered all that, of course.” Imperator Long smirked at the sight of Kunruler Palace in the distance. ”They’ve angered the Adjudicator. He will no longer tolerate it. There will be another group who will cause chaos to spread the enemy forces thin.”

Imperator Tu figured it out immediately and nodded. ”Alright. The Realm of Chaos will start getting messy again! The sky plunderers definitely won’t have enough people to spare.”

”That’s right,” Imperator Long agreed satisfactorily. ”All we have to do is to wait for them to be spread thin to fulfill our key objective!”

Imperator Ji said, ”We should remain hidden before that time. We can’t give them a chance to strike at us once they get desperate.”

”Makes sense.” The four of them rose and disappeared from Skyplunder Capital right away.

Blood-colored letters appeared within the capitals of Torch Dragon and Aquamarine. The imperatores of those respective worlds got a direct correspondence from the Adjudicator at the same time. Cang Shanyuan and Granny Long Ya were there with their rulers to read the letter.

”A letter from the Adjudicator?”

”Is it time to make a move?”

Things started to get busy in those two imperial-class worlds.
