The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 433: Chapter 200 The Esteemed Rolls-Royce Owner

Wu Nala still wanted to ask something, but Biao, who had been silently standing to the side, had already moved his body to block her path.

Wu Nala was helpless, so she could only walk back while pondering the meaning of Zhou Wang’s words.

Previously, Zhang Shihao had actually already introduced Zhou Wang, so there was no need for Zhou Wang to repeat his name...

Thinking about Zhou Wang’s final enigmatic smile, Wu Nala fell into deep thought.

”Zhou Wang, Zhou Wang... Name...”

Suddenly, Wu Nala thought of something, she hurriedly took out her phone and made a call.

”Hello, Manager Liu, it’s me, are you at the store right now... Log into the system for me and check a name... Yes, called Zhou Wang, in his twenties... There really is? What, a refund order?”

Wu Nala was stunned for a moment, urgently asked, ”What’s the reason in the remarks?”

Listening to the voice coming from the other end of the line, Wu Nala was both stunned and finally understood the meaning of Zhou Wang only telling her a name.

The call had ended, but Wu Nala still stood in place, desolate, only feeling that all of this was ridiculous...

To facilitate this collaboration with Wuyou Media, no one knew how much effort she had invested, how many night-and-day hours she had endured, how many trips she had made back and forth...

And now, it was all gone.

Just because of an insignificant-looking order.

If not for Zhou Wang finally telling her his name, she might have been kept in the dark forever, unable to understand why this matter had failed, even until she died.

Wu Nala felt both shocked and furious, along with an indescribable sense of grievance.

Who would have thought that while she was striving with all her might to develop the market in Huaxia for Brioni, the silent betrayal would come from behind...

At this moment, Lucas and Fabio, not far away, saw Wu Nala stop suddenly halfway and stood still in confusion, approached with curiosity.

”Nala, how did it go, did Mr. Zhang mention when their closed-door meeting would end?”

Lucas, unaware of the situation, was still all smiles.

”I still believe that we shouldn’t be the ones to lose patience, don’t forget, we at Brioni are the kings of custom menswear!”

Fabio maintained his arrogance, speaking impatiently in Italian, ”Can we go to the restaurant now, I’m hungrier than a wolf...”

”Mr. Fabio, was your inexplicable pride and deep-seated contempt for Huaxia the reason you declined an order from a Huaxia client a few weeks ago?”

Before Lucas could speak, Wu Nala had already coldly begun.

To their shock, what came out of Wu Nala’s mouth was exceptionally fluent Italian.

”Nala, what are you saying...and when did you learn Italian?”

Lucas asked incredulously.

”I taught myself in my spare time... Mr. Fabio, you haven’t answered my question!”

Wu Nala stared intently at Fabio, only casually replying to Lucas.

”Wu Nala, watch your words, are you questioning me?”

Fabio angrily retorted, ”Using the crude language of you Huaxia people, whether I declined other clients’ orders is none of your damn business!”

”Both of you, please calm down!”

Lucas didn’t understand how the two of them suddenly became confrontational, so he hurriedly tried to appease Fabio while saying to Wu Nala, ”Nala, why are you unfoundedly questioning Fabio’s work?”

”Ha, why?”

Wu Nala laughed grimly, ”I also want to know why... Clearly, it was Fabio who aggravated Mr. Zhou, yet I am the one who has to bear the consequences of the failed partnership. Lucas, you know how much I’ve sacrificed for this collaboration...”

”What do you mean, you said Fabio offended Mr. Zhou, which Mr. Zhou?”

Lucas, not being a fool, had already begun to realize something, ”You mean... Mr. Zhou we just met?”

”His full name is Zhou Wang, and half a month ago, he ordered a custom suit from us at Brioni. The designer assigned by headquarters to take the order was Fabio, and our Mr. Fabio declined his order citing a scheduling conflict...”

Wu Nala said expressionlessly.

”What?”

Lucas looked at Fabio in shock, incredulously asking, ”Was there such a thing?”

Fabio at this moment also recalled something, feeling a bit flustered, but quickly frowned and said, ”At that time, I had more important client orders to handle, besides, I didn’t know he was a shareholder of this media company...”

”More important client orders?”

Wu Nala mercilessly exposed him, ”If I remember correctly, at lunchtime, you were bragging to Lucas about your wonderful time spent with your Greek lover vacationing in Hawaii for the past half month, weren’t you?”

Fabio immediately felt a bit embarrassed; he could hardly believe Wu Nala had somehow taught herself Italian.

Such a difficult language, how could Wu Nala have learned it so quickly?

But that wasn’t the point; the point was how could he have known that the Zhou Wang whose order he declined was the same Zhou Wang they had just met.

”Mr. Fabio, I think you should formally apologize to Mr. Zhou and sincerely seek his forgiveness!”

Wu Nala stared at Fabio, coldly saying.

”That’s impossible!”

Fabio immediately exclaimed, ”Headquarters gives me the right to decline two orders a year, I have no reason to apologize to that Mr. Zhou...”

”No, Fabio, I think you should follow Nala’s suggestion.”

At this point, Lucas, who understood everything, spoke seriously.

”But...”

”There’s no but, just like I said before, everything must align with the strategic service set by headquarters!”
