The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 386: Chapter 188: A Point of No Return (Seeking Monthly Pass)_2

”What’s up?”

Wang Xiaoxiao and Endme looked over, confused.

”Um... Xiaoxiao, can I see your chat history with your manager again?”

Hua Suisui didn’t have time to explain, just took Wang Xiaoxiao’s phone and looked at it again, ”Is it really... such a coincidence?”

”What coincidence? What are you talking about, Suisui?”

Endme asked blankly.

”Well, it’s like this... I have a really important friend who happened to invite me to dinner tonight too. The place he picked is the same as the one Xiaoxiao’s going to, the Golden Sands Hall at the West Lake Four Seasons Hotel.”

Hua Suisui didn’t hide it, she just hugged Wang Xiaoxiao and smiled, ”So we can go together. If anything happens, I can look out for you!”

...

”Mr. Zhou, your treatment is finished. Please rate my service, and if there’s anything unsatisfactory, do let me know.”

In the spa room at the West Lake Four Seasons Hotel, filled with the scent of luxury aromatherapy, Zhou Wang opened his eyes from a light slumber at the gentle voice of technician No. 88 from the spa center.

He waved his hand to indicate he got it, and after placing a form down, the technician bowed and left the room, leaving the quiet to Zhou Wang.

Yes, Zhou Wang had gotten another spa treatment...

Logically, he had one before leaving Ming City this morning, so he shouldn’t have been here, but there was no helping it. Xu Wenqian and Jiang Qingkui had left first.

With dinner not until seven thirty, restless Zhou Wang couldn’t resist Xiao An’s suggestion, and once again guiltlessly walked into the spa center at the West Lake Four Seasons Hotel...

If it were any ordinary spa center, Zhou Wang would have let it go. But the spa here at the West Lake Four Seasons Hotel was something else.

Through Xiao An’s introduction, he learned that besides accommodations, the hotel was known in Hang City for two things.

One of which was their unique spa treatments, which were not self-proclaimed but honor-certified—

The spa center at the West Lake Four Seasons Hotel in Hang City had won the ”Forbes Travel Guide” four-star spa award and the Spa China Huaxia Spa Award for seven consecutive years.

Seeing the two plaques on the wall surprised Zhou Wang a bit. The Forbes certification was one thing, but the Huaxia award for the spa opened Zhou Wang’s eyes.

A prize-winning spa center was so close, he clearly couldn’t resist such temptation.

After all, massages were indeed addictive, and Zhou Wang still had quite the craving...

He felt like he was on the same path as the ”Bath Emperor King.”

The spa at West Lake Four Seasons had five specialty programs, with catchy names like Aroma Bath Therapy, Rejuvenation Retreat, and Salon Selections. Zhou Wang just chose a classic ”Royal Spa” to experience.

After his session, he felt that if he had the time, he should try all five programs...

They were indeed very unique.

It started with a ”Longjing Jade Spring Tea Bath,” using brewed Longjing tea for the bath. The massage oil Zhou Wang selected was also from the Longjing series, effectively making it a full ”Longjing Spa.”

The treatments used luxury brands like Xibomith, Repechage, and Borghese Essence, and the environment was pleasant too, with a large soaking pool. However, the lighting was so soothing that it made you doze off easily...

The technique of the Jiangnan technician had its unique flavor, as if not just her speech but even her massage strokes carried a gentle Suzhou accent, which Zhou Wang quite enjoyed.

The price wasn’t as expensive as high-end spas usually were, with a single item just over a thousand. As for the basic package Zhou Wang opted for, it was already included in the room rate, so no extra cash was needed.

After resting in the room for a bit, Zhou Wang opened his eyes and picked up his phone, and only then did he notice several missed calls—

Zhou Wang preferred to keep his phone on silent during leisure to keep his enjoyment uninterrupted.

The number was from Hang City, ending in ”6868,” which was the number he’d saved before for Young Master Zhang’s second uncle. So Zhou Wang quickly returned the call.

”Hahaha, is this Zhou Wang? Your new number’s something else, no wonder I couldn’t get through...”

As soon as the call connected, a loud laugh came from the other end. Although the speaking manner was hearty, the tone was quite refined.

With a rough image of Zhang Shihao forming in his mind, Zhou Wang chuckled and explained, ”Second Uncle, actually I’ve put your number on the whitelist already. I missed your call just because I was getting a massage...”

”Oh, that explains it, the spa center at the Four Seasons Hotel, right? They do have good massages there...”

Understanding, Zhang Shihao chuckled and said, ”But you don’t need to stick to calling me ’uncle,’ after all, you’re one of the shareholders too. If you respect me, just call me Brother.”

Huh?

Wouldn’t that make Young Master Zhang my nephew too?

How would that work...

”Okay, Brother!”

Zhou Wang agreed immediately.

”Sorry, brother, I have an extremely important engagement today. It’s related to the Wuyou Night the day after tomorrow, so I really can’t leave. I’ll have to get Biao to fetch you instead... I initially planned to rush back to have dinner with you tonight and welcome you, but it looks like that’s not possible now.”

Zhang Shihao quickly explained with some apologies.

”I understand, I understand. Meeting at the company tomorrow is the same.”

Zhou Wang laughed.

”Even though I’m busy, I can’t disregard proper etiquette. Brother, I’ve arranged for someone to have a simple meal with you. I hope it’ll add some flavor to your dinner...”

Zhang Shihao’s tone turned a bit mysterious.

”Oh?” Zhou Wang was puzzled, ”Brother, you mean...”

”Hahaha, the so-called ’someone’ is, of course, a lovely lady!”
