The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 374: Chapter 185: The Relativity of Bootlickers

Zhou Wang did not expect to run into Cheng Yiyi. From Ming City to Hang City, Eastern Airlines was not the only airline option, but because of his close ties with Liu Zixi, Zhou Wang subconsciously chose Eastern Airlines.

”Boss, the rent from the last company to move into Linlan International A Building has also been received. What do you plan to do with this money...”

Xu Wenqian’s attention was quickly diverted by the incoming transaction messages on her phone, and she hurriedly inquired of Zhou Wang.

”How much in total?”

Jiang Qingkui had mentioned to Zhou Wang about the rent payment date earlier, around the middle of the month, so Zhou Wang wasn’t too surprised.

”As for the rent, a total of 4.58 million has been received. Six floors of companies pay annually, while another four floors pay quarterly, and there is also about 800,000 in deposit, totaling 5.38 million.”

Even though 800,000 was a deposit, because the signed contracts were for two to three years, it essentially meant that in two years, this 800,000 was also Zhou Wang’s money.

This was the benefit of being a resource provider, having additional cash flow effortlessly...

Even leasing out a rundown office building brings in an 800,000 cash flow. Considering the scale of some platforms, the funds they leverage are unimaginable.

”Let’s leave the money in the public account for now, I’ll tell you when I need to use it,” Zhou Wang thought for a moment and said.

With the five million brought by Miao Ying, his wallet finally bulged again, with nearly twenty million in cash on hand.

”Boss, have you considered transferring the office building’s assets to the company’s name as well?” Xu Wenqian suggested, ”That way, we could pay less tax...”

Having studied relevant knowledge, Zhou Wang understood what Xu Wenqian meant.

Although the office building’s rent was recorded in Wangzhou Culture’s public account, it actually belonged to Zhou Wang’s personal income and was categorized accordingly for tax purposes.

Property tax, value-added tax, city maintenance and construction tax, and education fee surcharge, corporate income tax, personal income tax, stamp duty...

The wealthier you are, the more unavoidable various taxes become.

Of course, Zhou Wang had no intention of tax evasion. Even though he had Tongzi covering for him, he was, first and foremost, a Huaxia person, and paying taxes was his duty.

But there was no need to be eccentric in this regard and insist on paying more taxes for whatever reason, so Zhou Wang simply waved his hand, ”Just handle it as you see fit. If a transfer is needed, you can contact Lawyer Gao from Yunshangyun.”

”Alright.”

Zhou Wang’s instructions were casual, but Xu Wenqian took them down solemnly, then continued reporting,

”Additionally, the financial report from Dianwang Club from late July to mid-August is out, and after deducting salaries, utilities, depreciation, and other costs, the gross profit is 763,000...”

”That much?”

Zhou Wang was taken aback.

He had seen Dianwang Club’s previous financial reports; the club had actually been on a decline over the past two years, with a monthly profit of about four to five hundred thousand. But this month, it suddenly increased to over 700,000, and even within less than a month...

Zhou Wang was naturally surprised.

”Boss, you have to thank Sister Qingkui for this. Since she took over management, she’s implemented a lot of measures, such as re-tendering suppliers, cutting some redundant expenses, and slightly adjusting the business model. If you have time to visit, you’ll find the whole club different from before.”

Xu Wenqian smiled, her eyes shining with admiration as she mentioned these.

Though Jiang Qingkui had almost no work experience, genius was genius; increasing the gross profit by 50% in such a short time was something she couldn’t achieve...

Zhou Wang was also surprised to hear this. Jiang Qingkui officially took over the operations of Dianwang Club just half a month ago, meaning the increased profit was brought about by changes within that half-month...

And Zhou Wang didn’t even notice, given that he and Jiang Qingkui spent quite a lot of time together.

He couldn’t imagine how much time and effort Jiang Qingkui spent behind his back...

Amazing, Sister Qingkui!

It seemed that this woman, hell-bent on entrepreneurship and business, wasn’t entirely idealistic; she had some real skills to back it up.

However, given Jiang Qingkui’s remarkably terrifying academic accumulation, along with the targeted courses provided by the system, achieving some success in a club with mature customer resources wasn’t surprising.

”Well, let’s leave the club’s money in the account too, without touching it.”

Zhou Wang nodded to indicate he understood. The money Xu Wenqian and Jiang Qingkui usually spent, like buying plane tickets, booking hotels, having emergency cash, came from Dianwang Club’s public account. They only sought his approval for significant amounts.

Therefore, he had to keep enough money in the public accounts of both companies for them to withdraw as needed.

”Also, make a note for your Sister Qingkui, her bonus is 50,000, and yours is 20,000.”

Zhou Wang concluded with another instruction, causing Xu Wenqian to cheer up a bit.

This little assistant’s mindset was entirely different from Su Yajing’s. Even though she was, in fact, Zhou Wang’s lover, she seemed capable of separating day and night very well...

Zhou Wang giving her 1,000,000 directly to buy a house would make her uneasy, but if it were a bonus, even just 10,000 or 20,000, she would be very happy.

Because she believed that it was earned through her hard work, its meaning was entirely different.

Moreover, Zhou Wang knew that she was still ”secretly” studying accounting courses behind his back, hoping to pass the CPA exam and become a truly qualified financial professional. For this, she consulted Jiang Qingkui quite a bit.
