Necromancer: I Am A Disaster

Ning Yiyi’s enchanting laughter sounded in the dungeon, dispelling the oppression pervading the hell rank dungeon by a lot.

Lin Moyu didn’t speak much, but mostly listened to Ning Yiyi.

As if a dam enclosing a river of words was broken, the bitter experiences she had gone through the past few days poured out from Ning Yiyi’s mouth

In the past few days, she has been dispatched on a mission.

She could have gone to Dungeon Hall to raid dungeons and do level grinding, nice and easy.

However, she has been dispatched outside the academy.

She has gone to the level 22 dungeon Ruin Prison.

In order to complete the mission, she had to obtain two items, one of which can be obtained by soloing the ordinary rank dungeon, while the other can be obtained by clearing the nightmare rank dungeon, with other people.

”Dungeons in the wilderness are much more difficult than dungeons of the same level in the academy.”

”I went to the level 22 dungeon Ruin Prison and soloed the ordinary rank dungeon. In the process, I almost died several times.”

”Afterward, I teamed up with several people and raided the nightmare rank dungeon. However, the people I teamed up with, their equipment was trash. They used iron rank equipment and silver rank weapons.”

”They were all level 22 class users, yet when it came to dealing with the nightmare rank boss, they asked me -- a level 20 Assassin -- to be at the forefront.”

Lin Moyu smiled inwardly as she poured out her heart.

Dungeons in the wilderness are indeed more difficult than dungeons of the same level in Dungeon Hall, but not by much.

Nevertheless, even if it’s ordinary rank difficulty, going solo still entails quite a bit of danger.

The equipment and skills of ordinary people are naturally not as good as those of academy students.

With motley equipment and skills, it naturally wouldn’t be easy to raid dungeons.

Lin Moyu was not only amused but also worried.

Ning Yiyi said, ”However, I am awesome. I smoothly completed the first mission and received the reward.”

As she spoke, she lifted a fair hand and waved it in front of Lin Moyu, a proud expression on her face.

She is wearing a ring -- set with a red gemstone -- on her hand.

The gemstone is as dazzling as a flame.

Lin Moyu recognized it at a glance; it’s the Goblin King’s core.

That is to say, the ring on Ning Yiyi’s hand is the boss accessory Goblin King’s Ring, hailed as the best accessory below level 40.

The attribute boost the ring provides -- all attributes +10 -- is insignificant.

The thing that makes it special is its ability to upgrade all skills by one level.

For many class users, when their level reaches the limit, their skills will also have reached the limit.

At that time, with equipment that can upgrade their skills by several levels, their combat power will undergo tremendous change.

”Is it beautiful?!” Ning Yiyi chuckled.

Lin Moyu smiled, ”Very.”

Making boss accessories isn’t easy. In addition to the primary material, many auxiliary materials are also needed.

At the same time, an Alchemist who can forge the accessory must be procured.

Many people who obtain the primary material by a fluke will spend upwards of a year and a half to search for the auxiliary materials and Alchemist.

Yet Ning Yiyi was able to make the Goblin King’s Ring this quickly. This surprised Lin Moyu quite a bit.

This shows that Ning Yiyi’s background is quite extraordinary.

From this it can also be inferred that Ning Yiyi’s missions are actually a means for her family to nurture her.

Not unlike when Bai Yiyuan told Lin Moyu to come here to carry out a mission.

When viewed in this way, it’s easy to understand.

Lin Moyu felt a bit curious, wondering if boss accessories can upgrade his passive skills and talent as well.

Unfortunately, he won’t be able to verify it for the time being. Boss accessories are quite special; they are bound to the soul.

No one can use this ring except Ning Yiyi.

If he wants to verify this, Lin Moyu will have to make his own boss accessory.

In addition to boss accessories, it is said that some legendary equipment also have the ability to upgrade skills.

Lin Moyu asked, ”Your second mission involves coming here?”

Ning Yiyi let out a sound of assent, ”Yeah. The old man’s demands are quite high. He wants me to obtain a Dragonkind core, reach level 25, as well as become a one-star private.”

On Ning Yiyi’s chest there is also a military badge.

The badge is empty, without a single star.

Ning Yiyi tiptoed and looked at the military badge on Lin Moyu’s chest, ”Ah, you’re already at two stars.”

Lin Moyu nodded, ”I killed some Abyssal Hounds.”

Ning Yiyi said in a low voice, ”We also encountered a group of Abyssal Hounds on our way here.”

”This mission is really bothersome, not only having material requirement, but also level requirement and military rank requirement.”

”Can you carry me through the mission?”

Lin Moyu didn’t refuse, ”Alright.”

With a beautiful girl around, things are much more enjoyable.

A few hours passed in a blink of an eye. They have arrived at the fortress.

At this time, the monsters outside the fortress have already been wiped out.

Next, Lin Moyu proceeded to lure over the monsters inside the fortress bit by bit, quickly taking them down.

Lin Moyu and Ning Yiyi’s EXP soared.

When the Mages and Archers on the fortress’s outwall were finally eliminated, Lin Moyu’s EXP has reached 40%.

At this time, light appeared on Ning Yiyi, indicating that she leveled up.

”Ah, level 22, that was fast.” Ning Yiyi’s beautiful eyes sparkled, a sunny smile on her pretty face.

”Last time on Mermaid Island was the same.”

”Raiding dungeons with you is great, making it easy to level up.”

”Conversely, raiding dungeons with others is hard and dangerous.”

Ning Yiyi is already attached to Lin Moyu.

In fact, it should be said that she was attached to him since the first encounter.

Upon entering the fortress, the skeletons surrounded Lin Moyu and Ning Yiyi.

”There are invisible monsters inside.” Lin Moyu spoke in a quiet voice.

Ning Yiyi cried out, and her beautiful eyes shone brightly.

Then she pointed in a direction and said, ”Over there, in the corner.”

Skeletal Mages launched their skills in the direction Ning Yiyi pointed.

Suddenly, a Dragonkind Assassin’s Stealth was smashed.

Without Stealth, Dragonkind Assassins are nothing special, and can be killed off with ease.

Ning Yiyi chuckled and said, ”My skill can see through Stealth.”

Assassins possess the skill Stealth and can also counter it.

This skill is similar to the skill Mage-Eye of Mage-type class users -- or the skill Hawk Eye of Archer-type class users -- and has the ability to see through Stealth.

Relatively speaking, Assassins have a stronger ability in this field, as it is their specialty.

With Ning Yiyi taking the lead, one Dragonkind Assassin after another was discovered and eliminated.

The initial plan was to use Skeletal Warriors as bait to clear these monsters.

However, with Ning Yiyi around, the passive approach was substituted with an active approach, making things much simpler.

After all the mobs were wiped out, only the boss was left.

The Dragonkind guardian’s statue stood there, both majestic and imposing.

Lin Moyu recast Bone Armor on himself and Ning Yiyi and said in a quiet voice, ”Stay on the outwall. Don’t come close to me.”

Ning Yiyi asked strangely, ”Why?”

In her mind, with the Skeletal Warriors serving as meat shields, Lin Moyu and her should be in no danger.

This is the usual gameplay of a Summoner.

Lin Moyu said quietly, ”This monster is different. This time I am the meat shield.”
