Six Dragonkind Mages used their skill to constrain the Skeletal Warriors that had rushed into the woods ahead.

In addition to the Dragonkind Mages, Dragonkind Spearmen also used their skill to constrain the several Skeletal Warriors.

The several Skeletal Warriors were restrained by the wind binds and stun state.

The Dragonkind Spearmen possess some intelligence.

They unleashed their skill one by one, keeping the Skeletal Warriors in check, not giving them a chance to fight back.

Lin Moyu thought of the dungeon’s information -- Dragonkind possess weak intelligence

Unlike monsters in other dungeons, who act purely on instinct, their weak intelligence allows them to employ some simple tactics.

If Lin Moyu only had these several skeletons, then it would be really hard to deal with this situation.

Fortunately...

Lin Moyu rejoiced that he has more than enough skeletons.

After understanding the situation, he didn’t continue to wait.

A large number of skeletons suddenly charged.

The sudden appearance of the other Skeletal Warriors disrupted the rhythm of the Dragonkind Spearmen.

They were thrown into disarray in an instant.

The Dragonkind Spearmen promptly resisted, constantly stunning the Skeletal Warrior.

The Skeletal Warriors surrounded the Dragonkind Spearmen, making it impossible for the latter to break away.

However, due to the stun state, they were unable to launch an offensive.

The Skeletal Warriors in the outer circle couldn’t get close, while the Skeletal Warriors in the inner circle couldn’t move.

They could only silently bear the attacks of the Dragonkind Spearmen.

Some Dragonkind Spearmen leaped into the air, attempting to break free from the encirclement.

The Skeletal Warriors in the outer circle jumped at the same time.

One side wanted to get out, while the other side wanted to get out.

The two sides collided in the air and then bounced back.

Fire! Ice! Lightning! Wind!

The Skeletal Mages followed suit, and a massive amount of magic attacks rained down, restraining the Dragonkind Spearmen.

Suddenly, the sky turned red, and a large tract of rain of fire fell from the sky, nearly enveloping all the Skeletal Mages.

The Dragonkind Mages attacked the Skeletal Mages.

They left the Skeletal Warriors alone and instead focused their attention on the Skeletal Mage.

This clearly shows that they possess intelligence, albeit not much.

The Skeletal Mages were affected by Lin Moyu’s passive skill Elemental Resistance, which increased their resistance to elemental attacks by 300%, reducing the damage they took by three times.

If they were supposed to receive 3,000 points of damage, they will only receive 333 points of damage.

The Skeletal Mages’ physique of 7,200 points is not too low either. They won’t be killed in an instant.

While faced with the rain of fire, the Skeletal Mages continued to attack the Dragonkind Spearmen.

After two volleys of magic attacks, after only five seconds, a Dragonkind Spearman finally unleashed a miserable cry and died.

Relying on the constantly flickering Bone Armor, Lin Moyu rushed through the rain of fire.

When he was 100 meters away from the corpse, Lin Moyu entered Corpse Explosion’s range. He lifted his palm.

Skill: Corpse Explosion!

An explosion sounded.

At the same time, Dragonkind Spearmen unleashed miserable cries.

A large number of Dragonkind Spearmen were blown away and died in midair.

EXP surged like a flood.

A large number of Dragonkind materials were also dropped.

However, it was all Dragonkind leather. As for the four Dragonkind materials requested by Bai Yiyuan, none was dropped.

Lin Moyu surmised that either their drop rate is low, or the Dragonkind Spearmen can’t drop these materials.

The Bone Armor shimmered with dazzling silver-white light.

With its 63,000 points of physical defense, Lin Moyu is as steady as a mountain amid the rain of fire, not the least bit afraid.

Another two violent explosions rose one after another.

There were no longer any Dragonkind Spearmen standing.

The Skeletal Mages promptly targeted the Dragonkind Mages.

[Dragonkind Mage (hell rank elite monster)]

[Level: 31]

[Strength: 5,000]

[Agility: 3,000]

[Spirit: 12,000]

[Physique: 8,000]

[Skills: Wind Binding, Rain of Fire]

The wind binds were unleashed by the skill Wind Binding.

This is a signature control skill of support-type Mages.

Back on Mermaid Island, Miao Yu demonstrated this exact skill.

The six Dragonkind Mages can’t compare to the Dragonkind Spearmen in terms of physique. Faced with the indiscriminate bombardment of the Skeletal Mages, they quickly croaked.

[Killed level 31 Dragonkind Mage, EXP 620,000]

[Obtained Dragonkind leather]

[Killed level 31 Dragonkind Mage, EXP 620,000]

[Obtained Dragonkind leather]

...

[Obtained Dragonkind horn]

Six notifications rose one after another, one of which caught Lin Moyu’s attention.

”Dragonkind horn.”

The storage space is sealed off, and so he can’t access it for the time being.

But since the notification said as much, then he must have indeed obtained a Dragonkind horn.

Six Dragonkind Mages were killed, yet only one Dragonkind horn was dropped.

This is one of the four materials that Bai Yiyuan wants.

”It looks like the drop rate isn’t high.”

Lin Moyu understood that a single dungeon raid may not be enough to collect all the materials.

He might need to raid it repeatedly.

The Skeletal Warriors finally recovered from the stun state.

Lin Moyu retrieved the several injured Skeletal Warriors into the summon space. They can quickly recover in the summon space.

At the same time, he also retrieved the Skeletal Mages. They took some damage from the rain of fire.

Lin Moyu didn’t rush forward.

After raiding dungeons so many times, this is the first time that Lin Moyu has taken a break during a dungeon raid.

He has always forged ahead, sweeping everything in his way.

He pondered over the previous situation with the Skeletal Warriors.

The 140 Skeletal Warriors possess super strong attributes. But when faced with the Dragonkind Spearmen, who have significantly weaker attributes, they had no way to resist.

The Dragonkind Spearmen, with their AOE attack skill that has a 20-second-long stun effect, fully restrained the Skeletal Warriors.

Provided that things continue like this, his Skeletal Warriors will likely end up being obliterated.

If he hadn’t taken action earlier, the several Skeletal Warriors who had rushed into the woods ahead would have died.

From the moment he summoned the first Skeletal Warrior, the only time his Skeletal Warriors were at risk of death was in the dungeon Xihai Mine -- until now, that is.

This gave him the impression that his Skeletal Warriors were invincible in close combat.

Now it doesn’t seem to be the case at all.

The impression of invincibility was based on the Skeletal Warriors’ super strong attributes.

However, once the opponent has a strong control skill, the Skeletal Warriors’ attributes will be rendered useless.

At most, they will be able to hold on for a while longer before ultimately dying.

The Skeletal Warriors are flawed.

Lin Moyu needs a corresponding counter skill.

However, he is only level 22 and can’t acquire new skills for the time being.

He will have to do with the skills he has at the moment.

After thinking for a while, he came up with a solution.

Although it is not an optimal solution, but it can still solve some issues.

At least it won’t be a problem dealing with the situation from moments ago.

”I hope I can get some useful skill after reaching level 30.”

At level 10, he got Corpse Explosion. At level 20, he got Summon Skeletal Mage.

At level 30, the skills he’ll be able to obtain should not be any inferior.

After the break was over, the Skeletal Mages were released from the summon space, their injuries fully healed.

The skeletons continued to advance.

A patrol of six Dragonkind Spearmen, arranged in a formation, appeared ahead.

There were no Dragonkind Mages present.

In fact, the Dragonkind Spearmen and Dragonkind Mages from the previous battle were scattered along the woods. However, since Lin Moyu was too hasty, the several Skeletal Warriors ended up being besieged.

A fall in the pit, a gain in your wit. Lin Moyu learned his lesson.

Subsequently, he decided to proceed forward.

Two Skeletal Warriors ran ahead of the rest.

With their agility, they can keep the Dragonkind Spearmen at a distance, not giving them a chance to get close.

At the same time, Lin Moyu looked out for Dragonkind Mages.

As long as the Skeletal Warriors weren’t bound by the Dragonkind Mages’ magic attack, the Dragonkind Spearmen won’t be able to lay a hand on them.

This time he didn’t rush into the woods, but ran along the road.

After drawing dozens of Dragonkind Spearmen, the Skeletal Warriors quickly returned.

”Get ready!” Lin Moyu issued an order. The Skeletal Mages were ready.

When the Dragonkind Spearmen entered the Skeletal Mages’ range, Lin Moyu’s palm glowed red.

Skill: Slowing Curse.

A giant red net, as if threatening to envelop the entire dungeon, fell from the sky.

With a loud buzzing sound, a red chain pattern appeared on the heads of the Dragonkind Spearmen.

[Slowing Curse (level 22): curses enemies within a range of 110 meters and reduces their speed by 110%; lasts for one minute.]

After the amplification of Lin Moyu’s talent, the skill’s range has reached 3,300 meters and reduction of speed has reached 3,300% -- a full 33 times.

The Dragonkind Spearmen slowed down in an instant.

Moments ago they were running at a fast pace, and now it seems as if they were in slow motion.

Even though their speed was still on the level of level 20 class users. But in Lin Moyu’s eyes, they were slow.

The Skeletal Mages started a concentrated offensive.

The Skeletal Warriors moved out and unleashed their skill.

As the Dragonkind Spearmen charge over, the Skeletal Mages had already unleashed two rounds of attacks.

Combined with the obstruction of the Skeletal Warriors, the Dragonkind Spearmen were stumped.

So long as one of them is killed, the rest will be smooth sailing.

Suddenly, Lin Moyu’s eyes widened, and he couldn’t help but blurt out, ”Crap!”
