Necromancer: I Am A Disaster

Shi Xing’an’s eyes widened. Not only him, but also the eyes of his teammates widened.

They kept looking at one another, their eyes filled with disbelief.

They are all students of Xiajing Academy, and are Lin Moyu’s seniors.

Are this year’s new students that abnormal?

New students should be level 15 or level 16.

Then, at the opening ceremony, they should have been taught a lesson by the seniors.

Subsequently, they should receive education in the academy, as well as learn skills and complete missions.

They should obtain the qualification to go to Dungeon Hall, and then raid dungeons in Dungeon Hall and level grind.

When the time was right, they should accept a special mission and proceed to Dimensional Battlefield.

Or they should join an institute and participate in some trial and so on.

At least, they should have to go through the dungeon Tyrant Desert before coming out.

New students shouldn’t go to Dimensional Battlefield, let alone possess such scary combat power.

The Knight swallowed with difficulty, ”Junior, your class is Necromancer? I haven’t heard of it before.”

Lin Moyu said in a soft voice, ”It’s a new class.”

It turns out to be a new class. No wonder he hasn’t heard of it.

The Healer moved closer and said, ”Junior, your class is awesome. Let’s get to know each other. My name is Liang Yue, level 31, and my class is Spren Elder.”

Lin Moyu nodded, ”Hello, senior.”

Liang Yue said confidently, ”Enchanté. Thanks a lot for your help just now. Although we would have been able to break out, but it would have taken a lot of effort.”

Indeed. With their ability, breaking out should not be an issue.

But it would have been a challenging ordeal, and they might have gotten hurt in the process.

Lin Moyu, however, quickly resolved this crisis.

Lin Moyu said, ”It is our responsibility to kill abyssal demonic creatures.”

Upon hearing Lin Moyu’s words, Shi Xing’an’s favorability of Lin Moyu increased significantly.

Shi Xing’an exclaimed, ”You’re right, Junior Lin. Killing abyssal demonic creatures is the responsibility of us class users.”

”Once I have reached level 40 and completed the second awakening, I will enter Abyss and kill a bunch of demonic creatures.”

The Knight’s teammates showed a shade of approval on their faces, obviously thinking the same as him.

Liang Yue snorted, ”You say like it’s nothing. Reaching level 40 isn’t hard. As for completing the second awakening, that’s not as simple.”

”It’s not that easy to clear hell rank dungeons.”

Shi Xing’an is a straightforward character. He waved his hand and said, ”No need to hurry. Let’s earn money and military merit first.”

”And strive to raise our military rank to the lieutenant rank before level 40.”

”At that time comes, we can learn new skills and replace the gold rank equipment with platinum rank equipment. In addition, if we add a few more people, we will definitely be able to clear a hell rank dungeon.”

”I know of a hell rank dungeon whose difficulty isn’t very high. It is located on the border of Shenxia Empire, and it’s relatively easy to clear.”

Liang Yue creased her eyebrows. After some thought, she said, ”Are you referring to the level 35 dungeon on the border between Shenxia Empire and Bongja Kingdom?”

”That’s right. That’s the one.”

Liang Yue nodded, ”That dungeon’s difficulty indeed isn’t high. However, it is frequently guarded by Bongja Kingdom’s class users. They won’t let us in.”

”What’s there to worry about? It’s merely Bongja Kingdom. If they stand in our way, we can just beat them up.”

Shi Xing’an spoke dismissively of Bongja Kingdom

Shenxia Empire and Bongja Kingdom share a border, and there are occasionally conflicts between class users of the two nations.

The dungeon they speak of happens to be located on the border between the two nations.

Bongja Kingdom’s class users often block the dungeon’s entrance, preventing Shenxia Kingdom’s class users from entering.

Conflicts often erupt between the two sides.

Bongja Kingdom’s territory is more than a 100 times smaller than that of Shenxia Empire.

Unlike Shenxia Empire, which has numerous dungeons and abundant resources, Bongja Kingdom doesn’t have many dungeons nor resources.

Shenxia Empire’s class users have far greater choice than Bongja Kingdom’s.

As a result, Shenxia Empire has turned a blind eye regarding this issue.

So long as there are no casualties and the disputes are kept small, it’s no big deal.

Shi Xing’an spoke loudly, which caught the attention of other class users.

Someone wearing clothes of another kingdom looked over.

Shi Xing’an glared back, ”What are you looking at? Do you have a problem? Do you want to fight?”

The person was startled by Shi Xing’an and looked away.

Shi Xing’an snorted with disdain, ”That guy is from Bongja Kingdom. If he thinks he can provoke Shenxia Kingdom, he has another thing coming.”

Although he wasn’t sure which dungeon they were talking about, but Lin Moyu didn’t interrupt.

He just listened quietly while resting, in order to regain his stamina, in preparation for the next dungeon raid.

The dungeon raid just now had taken a whole 10 hours. It was quite taxing.

Although he has the Fatigue Potion, but Lin Moyu doesn’t intend to use it. It should only be used in an emergency.

After all, one shouldn’t rely too much on Fatigue Potion.

Teams of class users once again ignited bonfires in front of the dungeon and started to chat merrily, as if what happened before was just an illusion.

Class users who stay at Dimensional Battlefield are rather resilient, keeping their wits about them.

From time to time, other class users would walk over and join in.

In addition to Shenxia people, there were also people from other nations here.

In fact, the people here were divided by nation, with people of the same nation sticking together.

Having just witnessed the massacre unleashed by the skeletons, the class users of other nations were awed by Lin Moyu.

They looked in Lin Moyu’s direction from time to time and whispered something.

However, they didn’t dare to get close, keeping a certain distance from him.

At some point, the Abyssal Hounds’ corpses disappeared.

Dimensional Battlefield is like an invisible maw that quickly devours the corpses on the battlefield.

Shi Xing’an also lit a bonfire. He took out meat that had been prepared beforehand and started roasting it on the fire.

At the same time, Shi Xing’an also took out liquor, saying, ”Junior Lin, would you like some.”

Lin Moyu shook his head, ”I don’t drink.”

Shi Xing’an revealed a shade of pity, ”This is no ordinary liquor, but a tincture brewed by an Epicurean. It can dispel fatigue and accelerate physical recovery. After a battle, we always take a few sips. Its effect is particularly good.”

Liang Yue took the tincture and put it into Lin Moyu’s hand. ”Although this tincture tastes like liquor, but you won’t get drunk from it.”

Lin Moyu took a curious look.

[Savory Fruit Liquor: has a refreshing and delicious taste; can eliminate fatigue and restore stamina]

There’s only one sentence in the explanation.

Lin Moyu has never seen such a thing in the trade office.

However, he knows that Epicurean is a livelihood class that can produce various culinary delicacies.

Epicureans can produce food and drinks that not only taste good, but also have some special effects.

Lin Moyu took a sip. It tastes sweet and is quite delicious.

After a few sips, his fatigue did decrease significantly.

It has a similar effect as Fatigue Potion, yet not as intense.

It only alleviates fatigue, not eliminates it completely.

”We are going to raid the dungeon later. Junior Lin, do you want to come with us?” While roasting the meat, Shi Xing’an looked at Lin Moyu and asked.

Lin Moyu shook his head, ”I’m a solo player.”

This can be considered a refusal.

Shi Xing’an is aware that Lin Moyu’s skeletons are very powerful. Perhaps he can really solo dungeons.

He didn’t persist, ”Very well. By the way, next time you go into the dungeon, don’t choose hell rank difficulty. It isn’t something people can take on. Even an elite party of 12 people will find it hard to clear it.”

”You lasted for quite a long time. I’m really impressed.”

Liang Yue uttered, ”Me too. The dungeon’s monsters have control-type skills, making them really annoying. The last time we went in, I had to use healing skills without stop. It was really exhausting.”

”This guy is to blame. His equipment and skills are lacking. He can’t take on a single monster. Last time we went in, we were almost wiped out.”

Shi Xing’an quickly defended himself, ”How am I to blame? At that time, I was level 29, and I had yet to learn any skills at level 30. Moreover, I was wearing silver rank equipment.”

Liang Yue snorted, ”It’s not much better now. The hell rank outpost isn’t something people can tackle.”

Shi Xing’an said, ”I’m just missing a shield. When I get my hands on an Outpost Shield, we can go to a level 30 dungeon and challenge nightmare rank difficulty.”

Liang Yue said, ”It’s not as simple as it seems. Among the outpost series equipment, the shield is the most difficult to obtain. Despite raiding the dungeon so many times, we still haven’t obtained a shield, and there are none available in the trade office.”

”We’re going to reach level 32 soon and lose the eligibility to enter the dungeon. If the shield doesn’t drop by then, and we can’t purchase it, what do we do then?”

Shi Xing’an said, ”Don’t worry, it’ll definitely drop soon. If it doesn’t work out, I’ll go buy some other gold rank shield. Although the attributes will be a bit lacking, but it will still do.”

As he spoke, he handed a skewer of roasted meat, ”Junior Lin, have some.”

Liang Yue smiled and said, ”Junior Lin, do you need any equipment? If we get it, we can sell it to you at a low price.”

Shi Xing’an nodded, ”The outpost set is very powerful, and is considered top tier gold rank equipment. The shield, in particular, is better than some platinum rank equipment.”

”Junior Lin, although you’re still level 23, but you need to start preparing gold rank equipment, so that you can use it once you reach level 30.”

Lin Moyu doesn’t know how high the attributes of the Nightmare Outpost Shield are. As for the Hell Outpost Shield, its attributes and abilities are indeed quite something.

The 50% increase in the resistance to control-type skills and 50% reduction of control time are of special interest.

When it comes to Knights, these two abilities are simply godly.

They can greatly increase the survival rate of Knights.

Lin Moyu asked, ”Can hell outpost equipment and nightmare outpost equipment form a set together?”

Liang Yue took an elegant bite of roasted meat and said softly, ”Yes, it can. However, hell outpost equipment is really rare. Very few parties can clear the hell rank outpost.”

Shi Xing’an shook his head, ”It’s indeed really hard. As far as I know, parties from Chuangshi Institute, Chuangshen Institute, and Yanhuang Institute of Xiajing Academy have cleared it. As for the other parties, I’m not sure.”

Liang Yue said disapprovingly, ”People from Chuangshi Institute, Chuangshen Institute, and Yanhuang Institute are all freaks. Of course they can clear it. As for others, don’t even think about it.”

Shi Xing’an wanted to say something more, when suddenly his eyes widened, and he jumped up.

”This... this is...”

Shi Xing’an couldn’t get the words out, as if he came down with a sickness.

The eyes of the others widened.

Liang Yue opened her mouth wide.

Clatter!

Meat and liquor dropped on the ground.

At this time, there was a shield in Lin Moyu’s hand.

It is the Hell Outpost Shield.
