Wilderness:

Charles asked others about the Sand Bloom Team as well. But no one has seen them. Then he returns to the team with disappointment.

”No one has seen them. We don’t have any other choice. We can only go to where their communication was last cut off,” Charles said seriously.

Hearing that the faces of others change drastically. Because that place was in the inner part of the wilderness. They might have to face Tier-5 Beasts and above.

Jeremy frowned. He started to get nervous as well. It was one thing to face a Tier-4 Corrupted Beast and eliminate it. But when it comes to the Tier-5 Beasts and above.

It’s a different game altogether. They have to think about their own survival in such situations.

He doesn’t have enough confidence to deal with more than one Tier-5 Corrupted Beast.

”Why have you all become silent?” Charles asked.

”Is it all right to continue with the mission?” Ada asked the question all of a sudden.

Charles raised his eyebrows and asked, ”What happened?”

”We have accepted the mission because of Leader Gisela. I doubt she would send us to the inner part of the wilderness alone,” Ada said further.

Hearing that Charles couldn’t refute. Because he is thinking the same as well. They have come this far because of their blind trust in their Leader Gisela.

Even Charles was the same. He didn’t doubt her.

”Why don’t we call her?”

” We are still in the outer part. The communication can be established,” Sinag said this time.

”Good idea,” Charles said.

Then he takes out top-grade equipment. It was a heavily built communication device. It was manufactured specially for the Beast Tamers.

If they find themselves lost in the wilderness, then this device can help them a lot.

Jeremy heard of this tech back in the 14th zone. But before he could graduate, he had come here.

Sinag and Ada stood vigilantly. They don’t want any lifeline beast to attack them, right?

Seeing that Jeremy used his eye ability to observe the surroundings as well.

Charles saw that there was a signal. A bright smile appeared on his face.

He said, ”There is a signal.”

Sinag and Ada were quite relieved. They wanted to hear this exact word. Jeremy saw the device as well. He was quite interested in this device.

If he wants to do a solo mission in the inner part of the wilderness, it would be useful to him.

Charles then contacted Leader Gisela. The connection was established the next second.

”Leader, it’s me. Charles,” Charles said.

”What happened?”

”Did you guys encounter any trouble?” Gisela’s voice sounded from the other end.

Phew!

Charles heaved a sigh of relief.

”Leader, we did encounter trouble.” After saying that, Charles began to tell about their experience so far.

Sinag and Ada relaxed a lot now. Leader Gisela’s voice gave them confidence.

Jeremy’s eyes lit with surprise as well. Now he thinks a lot of their problems are going to be resolved right now.

About 10 minutes later,

”I spoke with the people of the Sand Bloom Organisation. Their team went to check out the unidentified beast’s lair. In order not to alert their competitors, they had sent Tier-3 Beast Tamers as well.”

”Just spent a night there. The next morning, the backup team from the 1st Squad will arrive there. If you guys want to return you can do it,” Gisela said.

Hearing that everyone was shocked to the core. From the beginning, they were suspicious of the Sand Bloom Team. Now they know what’s wrong.

”Leader, I’m coming back,” Charles replied without hesitation. He doesn’t think that the unidentified beast’s lair is going to be safe.

If the team sent by Sand Bloom Organisation has suffered a tragedy, then he thinks their presence is not going to help them. Instead, they could find themselves in trouble.

”Okay, who else is coming back?” Gisela asked.

Sinag and Ada looked at each other. The mission was way beyond them. It’s not a simple rescue mission anymore.

”Leader, Sinag and I are coming back as well,” Ada said.

Charles wasn’t surprised. Even he was scared. What could the Tier-3 Beast Tamers do? Then his gaze fell on the newcomer. His eyes condensed.

The next second, his mouth curves into an arc. He wanted to see what the newcomer would do.

”Alright, bring back Jeremy Night with you,” Gisela said.

”But wait for the backup team to arrive,” Gisela added.

The next second, Jeremy found everyone’s gaze on him. He wanted to explore the place. But his strength is still not enough when facing Tier-5 beasts and above.

When facing any corrupted beasts, he wanted to be in absolute confidence.

Sigh!

”Okay, I’ll go with you,” Jeremy said with a sigh.

Charles smiled. The newcomer acted as he guessed.

Sinag and Ada sighed in relief as well. They know about Jeremy Night’s strength. But they don’t want him to take a risk.

The Tier-5 Corrupted Beasts are more dangerous. They are more intelligent and bloodthirsty.

”Good, if you guys encounter any danger, contact me again. There is no need for you guys to enter the inner part of the Wilderness.”

”Just look for the safe spot there and wait for the back team to arrive the next morning,” After saying that Gisela ended the call.

Charles turned off the device and put it inside his storage ring.

”Now we can be at ease. As long as we don’t come across Tier-5 Beast and above then everything will be good,” Charles said.

”Let’s look for a good area. This place is used as a footpath by the beast tamers. The corrupted beasts could come at night in search of prey,” He added.

Hearing that everyone agreed. Then they started to look for a safe spot.

Time passed,

When it was close to nighttime. The group was able to find a hidden spot. It was filled with dense vegetation and trees. They have decided to set up a tent here.

After confirming the place one more time, Charles, Ada and Sinag take out their equipment to set up a tent. Upon seeing them, Jeremy was stunned.

He didn’t buy any equipment with him. He used to spend the night inside the cave structure during the wilderness trip. But there was no cave structure here.

It didn’t take long for them to build tents. Three tents appeared of equal size. Only then did Sinag notice that Jeremy Night was standing, doing nothing.

”What happened to your tent?” Sinag asked.

Hearing that Ada turned towards Jeremy as well.

”I don’t need a tent. I’m going to sleep openly near the firewood,” Jeremy replied to them.

Hearing that both Ada and Sinag were stunned. They didn’t expect such an answer from Jeremy. But they could understand. Jeremy Night was a first-year student at Central University.

There is no chance for him to spend time in the wilderness. Let alone the nighttime.

Charles asked, ”Don’t tell me you have never spent a night in the wilderness?”

He thinks the newcomer is Tia er-2 Beast Tamer. He can’t spend the night in the wilderness.

Jeremy Night could see doubt in their eyes. If they had learned about his activities in the 14th zone’s wilderness, he wonders what their reaction would be.

He had even escaped from Tier-5 and Tier-6 Worm Beasts.

”Why have you become silent?”Charles asked again.

Jeremy looked at him but he didn’t reply. He knows they are not going to believe his words.

Sinag stepped in by saying, ”You can stay in my tent. I’m not going to sleep anyway.”

Hearing that Jeremy was stunned. He shakes his head and says, ”There is no need for that. I can take care of myself.”

Ada said, ”Let’s join both of our tents. It could create more space.”

Sinag replied, ”Okay.”

Then they started to work. Charles went inside his tent.

Jeremy Night continues to keep a watch.

...

Meanwhile,

The Mercenary Team sent by the Sun Wheel Organisation were continuing their journey. But they have yet to come across Shadow Moon Organisation’s Beast Tamers.

Like any other Beast Tamers, they came across Tier-4 corrupted beasts as well. But they worked as a team to eliminate the beasts.

But they haven’t encountered any group of Tier-4 Corrupted Beasts so far. Otherwise, they could have suffered casualties.

Not long after, they saw other returning Mercenary Teams. Upon seeing them, the Beast Tamers decided to collect news from them.

When they spoke with others. The Beast Tamers from other organisations were surprised. Just a few hours ago, they met with the Shadow Moon group.

Now the Sun Wheel group is asking about them. They understood that the Sun Wheel group was going to ambush them.

But these beast tamers are from the smaller organisation. They don’t want to offend these people. Some people lied. But some were ready to share information.

It’s not easy to make connections. They are willing to do it due to their own interest.

The Sun Wheel Organisation Beast Tamers got the news. They were quite happy. But the location of the Shadow Moon Organisation’s Beast Tamers made them wary.
