Retired: Nice Guy. HAREM SYSTEM UNLOCKED

Chapter 17: 17. You saw them

⟨ 300 Casllay earned. Plus 50 for intensity. ⟩

⟨ Total Casllay earned during this session: 470. ⟩

⟨ Total Casllay: 540. ⟩

The maid costume did turn me on, but like I said before, I don’t have much stamina within me. Four rounds in one day is good enough.

I looked down at Rue, who was catching her breath, the white ruffles around her breasts the cutest thing. If I were at full stamina, I probably would have done more.

”Rue, you must be tired, right?”

”No... if you want more, then go ahead. I’m fine.”

Rue just broke something inside of me, but then again, girls don’t have to worry about their balls being empty.

I really have to work on my stamina. Which reminds me, there should be a potion for it. Just hope it’s not expensive.

”Rue, go to the bathroom and clean yourself.”

She nodded and walked out of the room. Then I opened the panel.

”Lilathea, can you give me any potions that enhance my sexual endurance... within my budget.”

ᕙ Potions, bitch! ᕗ

⟨ The Starving Hour: One dose burns through every limit, stamina without end, breath and body refusing to tire. But it grants no control, only hunger: for the hour it holds, the craving is absolute, and the drinker won’t stop until it’s answered or the hour runs out. ⟩

⟨ Cost without materials, for one each: 500 Casllay. ⟩

The panel showed me an image of a potion bottle, and it was literally shaped like a woman with a snake wrapped around it.

⟨ I suggest you just buy this and somehow mix it into Sister Maren’s food. This will make her go lewd. And then you can take her. ⟩

Lilathea sounded annoyed, like she didn’t even want to talk but was forced to. My first thought landed on a period, but then I have to assume she’s an actual woman.

”Holy mother. Why are you so interested in Sister Maren? And I can’t just drug her.”

⟨ Mark, darling. Didn’t you say you would be the selfish asshole and only care about achieving your goal. ⟩

”I did. But it’s still my decision to make. That was my main point. And if she’s someone important, shouldn’t I be more careful around her?”

For a second she didn’t respond, and I thought she got mad at me.

⟨ Ahhh. Mark, please just do something quick... I’m horny! I’m the horniest. Do you even know how it feels to be desperate and not get what you want? ⟩

My face went blank, I have a lady in my system who’s horny. I know the feeling she’s talking about, but damn, girl, get some help.

”What am I supposed to do here? Fuck the panel?”

⟨ I’m going to get an orgasm out of pure edging at this rate... mortal, I have other matters to take care of. Wait for me. ⟩

”...”

Whatever this was, I’m speechless. Where did she go? To masturbate? Anyway, I bought the potion.

⟨ Minus 500 Casllay. ⟩

After that saddening message, one of the calla lilies in the veil grew bigger, then snapped itself into the potion bottle.

⟨ The Starving Hour acquired. ⟩

It was small enough to keep inside a belt pouch, perfect for my night expedition. Tonight’s goal was to unwind the mystery behind the eeriness.

I waited for night to fall and began the expedition. Roaming around the halls of the university did nothing. Everything I saw looked completely normal and wasn’t even close to slightly vibrating.

Hours flew by and I was feeling sleepy. Still, I managed to hold myself together and keep looking.

”I knew I would find you in the middle of the night, trying to find what you shouldn’t.”

By her calm voice, I knew I was caught by the wrong person. Turning around and facing Sister Maren was the hard part. I’ll never be able to make an excuse that convinces her.

Still, I faced her. Her usual self, nothing had changed, it seemed.

”Sister Maren, I was just–”

”This is no time or place to be at. Just go to your dorm room and–”

She suddenly fell silent, her lips parting as if she’d taken notice of something. Then she smiled, warmly.

”It’s fine. I want to have a chat with you. A long one at that. Join me, we can exchange words while figuring out what this eeriness is all about.”

Her shift is questionable. What’s in her head? For a nun to break a rule like this, it better be good.

”Really, Sister Maren? I’m just a student with curiosity, can I be your help? Are you sure you won’t punish me later?”

”No, I won’t punish you. And it’s not about you being a student.”

She replied, smile never leaving her face. Not in a rush to get an answer, nothing suspicious to read on her face. Is this coming from my flirting this morning? Wait, do I have a chance with her?

”Okay. Then what–”

”You saw them, didn’t you?”

Everything around us fell silent, as if the surroundings dropped away. Her smile spread, showing teeth, her pink lips doing the job of moonlight.

”My eyes. You saw them. Of course you did. What am I saying.”

Then she crossed her arms behind her back, leaning forward with a smile. Acting not like her usual persona.

”You want to know a secret? About me, knowledge of the world, and how I got blessed by the mother herself.”

Even if she’s out of place right now and I don’t know what changed her mind, I don’t think I would get a chance like this ever again.

”Yes. I do want to know. That’s why I asked.”

”Alright, listen carefully. We all know the Mother was a disciple of the second goddess of knowledge. Therefore she has a strong sense of justice. And the rest of the story: her coming to Earth and guiding humanity.”

She paused, straightening her posture halfway. Smile not fading, but calming.

”Because of that, the Mother had access to the Forbidden Library. An endless domain of books, filled with knowledge so vast, no human can ever understand. People don’t know about it, but that’s what I traded my power for.”
