Retired: Nice Guy. HAREM SYSTEM UNLOCKED

Chapter 14: 14. Mystery for now

⟨ 300 Casllay mana points gained. Plus 150 for orgasm and intensity. ⟩

⟨ Total Casllay points earned in the session: 670. ⟩

Only 670!? Fuck, I can buy nothing with that. I need at least 1000 to buy a skill. But Rue isn’t going anywhere, so I’m not complaining.

However, I would like to call out one thing.

”Rue. Why did you say those exact words?”

Rue turned back to her shy self, grabbing a pillow by instinct and ending up looking cute. I asked because it was unexpected and didn’t fit her character.

”Because... other ladies in the brothel said it will make any man love the session with you. So I...”

Rue said, peeking beside the pillow, blushing, fumbling over her words. I can’t be mad at her, the dirty talk did help me earn Casllay.

”Alright, I did like it. But I can lose control, so don’t say that again. Unless you want to get pregnant for real.”

Rue’s face turned tomato red, she didn’t know what she was saying and certainly hadn’t thought of the consequences.

I leaned in closer to inspect the redness of the tomato.

”Can you handle a few more rounds?”

”Y–yes...”

She replied softly –

Knock. Knock.

”Hey! Don’t disturb them. They might be getting intimate.”

”You don’t know Elias. He is a really nice guy. The best he can do to a fresh girl is use her lap as a pillow and sleep. They must be talking. He could never risk–”

Those two had finished their session and were outside the room. Lior opened the door mid-sentence and caught us half naked, Rue covering herself.

They both froze; looks like the counter lady wasn’t expecting Rue would heat up.

AHA! What happened, Lior? Were you saying something about lap-resting a second ago? She was dancing in my lap, for sure.

I swear to God I take being called nice as an insult. Let me be more specific: I’ll completely misinterpret it and get mad.

”Lior, can you please shut the door, so we can get dressed.”

Lior nodded, eyes never blinking, never leaving us until the door was fully closed. We got dressed, Rue packed her belongings, and we were ready to head back to the university.

After Rue said goodbye to all the brothel ladies and gave the counter lady a big warm hug while crying like it was her wedding.

We finally returned. Night had already fallen.

”Fuck, I’m so fucking exhausted. I can almost feel the gravity! I have no energy to even eat something.”

I threw myself on the bed, tossing my clothes off in the process.

”Master... sorry to bother you, but can you explain what my role is here? I–if you want me to clean or cook, I can do that.”

Turning to face Rue.

”No need to do that. The university does that for the students. They also allow private maids. You will be acting as one.”

Rue nodded, but something told me she didn’t understand. She looked around the room. She grew up poor, so she must be amazed by all the luxury we have here.

”Come over here. Let’s sleep.”

Rue blushed, her mouth opening in shock. She even took a step back.

”With you? I will sleep on the–”

”We talked about this before.”

Her blush faded and she looked down, accepting my words and hopping into the bed. I pulled Rue by the waist, holding her by my side.

Cuddling. I fell asleep instantly, but Rue was awake for quite a while. She slowly adjusted, nuzzling into my chest and putting a leg over me. Our body heat mixed together as we fell into a deep and comforting sleep.

Cut to the morning.

I woke up with Rue practically on top of me, yawning with my mouth wide open like a dad. This is the best morning. I was addicted to cuddling because of my previous girlfriends, but this one was more comforting.

So should I wake her up? Ah, it’s not time for class yet. Not now. Since I had nothing to do, I opened the system panel.

ᕙ Lilathea’s Blade Harem System! ᕗ

⟨ Evolution state: Mortal human. ⟩

⟨ Rank: E. ⟩

⟨ Compatibility rate: 34. ⟩

⟨ Casllay mana points: 1060. ⟩

⟨ Lifespan remaining: 40 hours, 23 minutes. ⟩

Wonder how I got 1060 Casllay? I got horny in the middle of the night. Rue woke up on her own as well. So yeah.

The obvious choice here is to buy a skill, and first I’m going to buy Kinky Scent. Less then two days! I have to move fast.

I selected the option and paid 1000 Casllay.

⟨ Kinky Scent acquired! ⟩

⟨ Minus 1000 Casllay mana points. ⟩

⟨ This skill, when turned on, means females with a lower compatibility rate will feel a natural sexual attraction to you. ⟩

⟨ You can activate and deactivate this skill by pinching your nose for three seconds. ⟩

⟨ Skill Level 1: Only works on humans, beast women, half-breeds. ⟩

⟨ Upgrade cost for Level 2: 2000 Casllay. ⟩

You didn’t have to bring Casllay into the matter, it hurts my feelings. Damn gacha system. We hate it but can’t get over it.

”Hm mm...”

From all the moving around I did, it seemed I’d woken Rue up. She opened her eyes and immediately sat up, maintaining the distance between us.

”Sleep well?”

”Yes, master.”

Rue says less, it will take time for her to open up. But enough about that. Let’s test my new skill on her.

It will be an interesting thing to observe. She is very shy. Will she heat up or not?

I pinched my nose for three seconds and the skill activated. When I let go of my nose I did smell the change in body scent, it smelled warm and fruity.

What do I smell like?

I looked at Rue and she looked at me. For a moment, nothing happened. After that moment, nothing happened.

After that, Rue got shy and looked away. And nothing–

”Are you feeling anything new around here? Inside you?”

Rue didn’t give me a reply, just shook her head — no. Is the skill broken? Or is the compatibility rate too high?

No, that doesn’t make sense. I wouldn’t have been able to sleep with her or earn Casllay in the first place if that were the case.

”What’s wrong, master? You seem worried. Do you want me to please you again?”

”No... I was just lost in thought.”

What the fuck!? What is wrong with this skill? Wait. Lilathea wished for her, right?

I suddenly got chills, so I stopped thinking about it. Rue is a mystery for now.
