She Used Me for a Dare… Now I Own Her Mother

Chapter 534: True Succubus(2)

Natalia stepped out of the bath, skin still warm and faintly glistening. She had washed thoroughly... every trace of sweat, every lingering mark of two days of fevered sleep scrubbed away until the water ran clear.

A thick towel hung forgotten over her arm, but she did not reach for it. She walked straight to the tall standing mirror.

The moment her eyes met the glass, her breath caught.

Her lips parted, but no sound came out.

She took an unconscious step closer, as if the reflection might vanish if she stayed too far away. For several seconds she did nothing but stare... eyes wide, chest rising too fast, a faint tremor running through her fingers.

Then she blinked hard, shut her eyes, and opened them again.

The same woman was still there.

Natalia let out a shaky, almost disbelieving laugh under her breath. Her hand rose on its own... first to her cheek, then to her collarbone, then down the line of her waist, as if she needed to feel the changes to believe them.

’This... is me?’

She turned slightly, studying the new lines of her figure from another angle, eyes bright.

It was not as if she had been ordinary before. Natalia Steele had always been a beauty capable of making even the strongest minds falter. Men twice her rank had lost composure in her presence. That much had never been in question. But the woman staring back at her now was something else.

This was not a beauty a normal human could reach.

’So this is how it feels... finally becoming a full succubus.’

Excitement, sharp and almost girlish, rose before she could stop it.

From the moment her bloodline first awakened, that had been her goal. To understand what she was. To learn how far the trait could be pushed. To become stronger.

And she had.

She crossed realm after realm with a speed that left her old family staring. In what felt like no time at all, she reached the Apex Realm.... the height men spent lifetimes craving, and often died chasing.

Her rise did not stop at cultivation.

She married into one of the strongest families and, without hesitation, used every ability she possessed to take the seat of matriarch.

Beauty, skill, pressure, timing... she employed all of it. What had begun as a small-family girl became the woman who stood at the head of the Steele name.

But how long could she keep running blindly?

She finally got stuck. No further path. No clear method of advancement. Only the quiet knowledge that something in her blood was still incomplete.

Until she met a boy named Alexander Hale. A boy in front of whom men who called themselves the strongest became nothing.

She had gone there to investigate him, to uncover the secret behind that impossible presence.

The moment her eyes landed on him, her bloodline reacted as if it had found its missing half. It surged. It raced. His scent hit her so hard she almost forgot why she had come.

All she could think was: get close to this boy. Take his essence. Devour it.

In that instant she abandoned every other plan.

She no longer wanted to investigate him. She wanted to seduce him and make him her pet. Find out whether this boy was the hope she had been waiting for... the method that could finally push her forward.

And her gamble paid off.

She had finally taken the step she had been craving. She had become a true succubus.

But the plan did not go as she imagined. She had thought he was prey. She would use him as she pleased and make him her toy. She had never imagined that the little boy standing in front of her was not just a boy, but a real predator.

He did not fall for her. He turned the hunt around. He seduced her, overwhelmed her, and broke her composure so completely that she let him take her in front of her own screaming son... and in that moment she had not cared about Marcus at all.

Did she feel guilty?

Yes. For her son.

But if she were given the same opportunity again... The outcome would not change.

Natalia looked at herself in the mirror more intently, suddenly remembering something amusing, and smirked.

”Weren’t you the one lecturing me?” she said to the glass. ”Telling me how a real succubus should act. How I should behave. That I could never become one if I let someone take control of me.”

She tilted her head, eyes bright with provocation.

”Then how did I become one? Hmm?”

Her reflection did not answer.

Natalia lifted a hand and gestured at the woman in the glass... at the paler skin, the heavier allure, the body that no longer looked half-finished.

”You saw it. You felt it. How thoroughly he marked me. How he ruined me.” Her smile sharpened. ”How he ruined you.”

She stepped closer until her breath fogged a thin line on the mirror.

”Being a succubus does not always mean winning. It does not always mean staying in control. It does not mean being unable to love someone.” Her voice lowered, certain now. ”It means feeling pleasure no ordinary woman can survive... and making your man see a realm of it that no one else can give him.”

Her fingers rested against the glass.

”From now on, that is what I am going to do. However many bitches he already has, I don’t care. Can any of them come close to me? A succubus? The queen of pleasure?”

The smirk returned, colder and prouder.

”I’ll show you how to reach the highest rank of a true succubus.”

The house line rang from the wall beside the dressing table.

Natalia did not look away from the mirror at first. The sound came again, sharper this time... the private line the maids used when they needed the bedroom.

She picked it up.

”Ma’am,” the maid said, breathless with relief. ”Thank goodness you are finally awake. Master is coming.”

’Master, huh?’ Natalia smirked at the maid’s words.

’But not anymore.’
