Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 1125: Chapter 442: Sweet Interactions with the Two of Them at the Airport

Ye Jinyan noticed Guan Le’s panic and continued, ”By the way... classmate Guan Le, how long have we known each other?”

”Do you think I can’t tell whether you really want to cut ties with him or continue the relationship?”

”I...” Guan Le was completely flustered: ”I admit I’m very conflicted right now, but I really don’t want you to hold a grudge against me.”

”Lele, yes, I was indeed a bit concerned about you two being together before, after all, we are best friends.”

”But now I can swear, I have really come to terms with it!”

”On one hand, there are so few good men in this world, and he is so exceptional, and we are such good sisters, so I’m willing to share with you.”

”On the other hand, I need a helper now.”

”Lele, the situation we are facing right now is extremely serious.”

”This time we came to Jiangdu, Yan Ning will definitely make moves to compete for a strong position next to Jingdong.”

”If I want to switch from defense to offense, I absolutely can’t do it alone; I need a suitable helper, and that helper can only be you.”

”First of all, we’ve known each other for so many years, I trust you completely.”

”Secondly, you have a very legitimate reason to be in contact with Jingdong, and actually, Jingdong also really misses you.”

”Lastly, and most importantly, you haven’t yet had anything with Jingdong, my standing with Jingdong compared to Yan Ning’s is probably neck and neck, so the deciding factor could very well be a few strategic moves, and as a veteran strategist, you getting involved will surely help us win!”

Guan Le instantly blushed: ”Yanyan, what... what are you saying? I’m not as decisive and ruthless as you are, I... I haven’t made up my mind yet!”

Ye Jinyan calmly said, ”Ms. Guan, let me ask you this, is Jingdong the most outstanding man you’ve ever met?”

Guan Le hesitated slightly, then nodded: ”...Alright, he is indeed the most outstanding man I’ve met so far.”

”Then have you decided if you really like him?”

”...Hmm.”

Ye Jinyan said meaningfully, ”In that case, Ms. Guan, what I want to tell you is that because Jingdong is so outstanding, he has an extraordinary level of confidence in himself.”

”You might be shy, or you might be trying to keep him guessing to get more of his affection, and that’s why you’re hesitant to go further with him.”

”But with my understanding of Jingdong, doing that will not gain you more affection from him, rather, it will gradually cause him to lose patience.”

”Because it will cause Jingdong to doubt himself, making him feel like you might not actually like him that much.”

Seeing that Guan Le seemed a bit swayed, Ye Jinyan continued, ”Jingdong is a man with strong possessiveness and a protective instinct. The sooner you let him have you, the more he will like you, perhaps even become submissive to you, and your standing in his heart will move up.”

”Without a word of a lie, back in Hang City, the reason I did what I did with him after knowing him for less than a week was because I knew Yan Ning hadn’t yet taken that step with him. By stepping in first, I’d gain a bit of an advantage over Yan Ning.”

”You know how strict my family upbringing is, but I dared to be so decisive because I knew Jingdong was a man Worth It for me to do so!”

Hearing this, Guan Le couldn’t help but ask, ”Yanyan, actually I’ve always wanted to ask you, don’t you feel a little... humiliated? After all, you’re so outstanding, yet he has so many women?”

Ye Jinyan tucked a lock of hair behind her ear and said, ”Ms. Guan, there really is no such thing as fairness or unfairness in this world! An event, a person, if you can derive an unprecedented experience from it, I think it’s already quite rare.”

”Moreover... don’t you feel genuinely happy every moment you’re with Jingdong?”

”Don’t you feel that to achieve this, even losing some trivial things like face is totally worth it?”

”If you really don’t think so, then maybe you should consider cutting ties with him, because maybe you haven’t truly fallen for him, and he’s just not your type.”

Guan Le was slightly startled and couldn’t bring herself to answer.

Ye Jinyan noticed this and didn’t press further, just gave a teasing smile.

Ten minutes later, the plane successfully landed.

After taxiing for a while, it came to a steady stop.

Ye Jinyan then tidied up her makeup and hairstyle, put on a pair of large sunglasses, making her look as ravishing and charismatic as any TV star.

Then the flight attendant came over to inform them they could disembark.

The two of them then stood up, one after the other, left the cabin, and got off the plane.

Wherever they went, they immediately attracted many heated gazes.

However, no one dared come up to chat, mainly because Ye Jinyan’s aura was too intimidating, and the two female bodyguards in front and behind her had eyes that were equally sharp.

After picking up the luggage, Ye Jinyan said to Guan Le, ”You go out first, I want to give him a good surprise!”

Guan Le was mindful that if she went out alone, Zhang Jingdong would definitely start getting handsy in public, so she said, ”Once you show up, it will be a huge surprise for him in itself, what more do you want to do?”

Ye Jinyan gave a mysterious smile: ”You’ll see soon enough, hurry up, don’t keep our Boss Zhang waiting!”
