Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 1105: Chapter 435: A High-Level Tussle with Lin Ruotang!

At this moment, the TV screen boldly displayed Ms. Mei and Eastwood chatting.

Darn, it’s actually ”The Bridges of Madison County”!

Though this film is very famous and has appeared on many classic movie rankings, with not low rankings either, it actually tells a story of infidelity, just like ”Titanic”.

Sometimes, when I think about it, these Westerners are really good at brainwashing. They use ”Schindler’s List” to tell everyone about the persecution faced by the Jewish people, without mentioning a bit about how the Jews used despicable business practices to harm many European countries in the past.

They use those messy superhero movies to tell the people of the world that only the big U.S.A can save the world. But the result? Without the big U.S.A, many of the world’s upheavals would not have happened at all.

Although Zhang Jingdong secretly despised Hollywood movies, he was quite surprised to see Lin Ruotang watching ”The Bridges of Madison County”.

After all, to some extent, this also indicated that her current state of mind was somewhat restless.

When Lin Ruotang saw Zhang Jingdong coming in, a subtle blush appeared on her pretty face, but she deliberately pretended not to see him.

Zhang Jingdong noticed this and immediately walked forward.

With a serious face, he said, ”Student Lin Ruotang, last time as your master, I just taught you to respect your teacher and uphold the way. And now, less than half a month later, you actually dare to pretend not to see me?”

”Do you know what punishment you would face for this behavior in the past? You would be immediately stripped of all your powers and expelled from the sect, understand?”

Lin Ruotang had originally intended to scare Zhang Jingdong a bit, knowing he was coming over tonight, but unexpectedly, this guy turned the tables on her.

She was momentarily speechless.

But she had no choice; after all, she had indeed acknowledged him as her master last time, and he also taught her martial arts.

Most importantly, the martial arts he taught were indeed useful. She had been sleeping well these days, and her complexion and energy at work were excellent.

So, she had to stand up and forcefully put on a respectful face, ”Alright... Master, good evening!”

Zhang Jingdong took the opportunity to openly take a closer look at her.

At this time, she was wearing a burgundy dress, looking both grand and regal.

And since the dress was also very form-fitting, it added a trace of inexplicable sensuality.

Just as Lin Ruotang was about to realize that Zhang Jingdong was stealing glances at her, Zhang Jingdong casually said, ”At least you know some rules. Alright then, I’m thirsty. Go pour some tea for your master.”

Lin Ruotang was completely bewildered, hesitating as she said, ”Aren’t you here to see Jieyu? Jieyu should be waiting for you upstairs, right?”

Zhang Jingdong pretended to be calm, ”Is my business something you can casually inquire about? Quickly go make tea!”

Seeing that this guy was still trying to impose his will, Lin Ruotang had no choice but to play along.

She bowed slightly, ”Okay, Master, please wait a moment!”

With that, she turned and went to the tea room.

Not long after, she returned to the living room with a tea set and began making tea for Zhang Jingdong seriously.

Since Zhang Jingdong was in no rush, she deliberately took her time as well.

After some tea-ceremony theatrics, Lin Ruotang carefully poured a cup of tea and then offered it with both hands, ”Master, please have some tea!”

Zhang Jingdong took the teacup, took a sip, and then suddenly sighed, ”Sigh, your tea-brewing skills are really poor!”

Lin Ruotang instantly looked puzzled, ”Master, are you sure? I learned this tea ceremony from some professional tea masters!”

Zhang Jingdong smiled and shook his head, ”What’s professional or not? If the tea you brew tastes bad, it just tastes bad. Alright, let me teach you instead!”

Saying so, Zhang Jingdong nimbly operated the tea tools.

Although Lin Ruotang was somewhat incredulous, she could tell from Zhang Jingdong’s movements that he was indeed a tea master.

At this point, Zhang Jingdong poured a cup of tea and handed it to Lin Ruotang, ”Taste mine and see which tastes better compared to yours?”

Lin Ruotang nodded, then took the teacup handed by Zhang Jingdong and took a small sip.

After savoring it carefully, she couldn’t help but praise, ”Master, I really didn’t expect you to be a true tea master! Just the aroma of your tea alone makes me feel inadequate!”

Zhang Jingdong smirked, ”At least you recognize quality.”

”Actually, overall, your tea skills aren’t bad; it’s just that there are some minor flaws when you pour the water. The same tea can yield different flavors with different pouring methods.”

Lin Ruotang nodded thoughtfully, ”I understand, I’ll definitely study tea ceremony well with you in the future!”

Zhang Jingdong nodded with satisfaction, ”Your attitude toward learning is not bad. Alright, then I’ll give you some tea lessons in the future.”

Saying this, he drank two more cups of tea, then said, ”Mrs. Lin, I’ll head upstairs now, will you join me?”

Lin Ruotang was slightly taken aback, and then realized he had switched back to being her daughter’s boyfriend.

Suddenly, she was a bit annoyed and said, ”You go up first, I... I’ll go up in a while.”

Zhang Jingdong’s lips curled into a mischievous smile, ”Are you planning to wait until we’re done to come up?”

”But we might be up all night. It might be the same whenever you come up, so I suggest you go rest early?”

Lin Ruotang recognized Zhang Jingdong’s deliberate tease, and glared at him indignantly, ”You... you can’t always pull this just because you practice martial arts, can you?”

”If you don’t consider yourself, you should at least consider Jieyu’s ability to endure, right? Can she handle it?”
