Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 690: Chapter 298: You Have to Draw the Curtains When You’re with a Female Celebrity!

Chen Lu immediately looked delighted: ”Okay!”

In fact, when she first considered this matter, the best outcome she envisioned was Zhang Jingdong arranging for her to join his company.

This way, not only would she have more opportunities to see Zhang Jingdong in the future, but she could also help him with more things, further earning his recognition and affection.

And now, the result was even more perfect than she had initially expected.

So she sincerely said, ”Honey, thank you, you’re so good to me!”

Zhang Jingdong immediately grinned mischievously: ”You actually dare to say ’thank you’ to me, tell me, how should I punish you?”

Chen Lu batted her pretty eyes, then leaned over and took two hair ties from the bedside table, tying one around her feet and the other around her hands.

”Is this... okay?”

Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help but look pleasantly surprised: ”Wife, you’re getting better and better!”

He said, and started a new round of teaching.

...

The next morning, after morning exercises and breakfast together, Zhang Jingdong and Chen Lu arrived at the real estate company.

The company was now on the right track, and all departments were fully staffed, with about seventy employees occupying the spacious office area.

Although Chen Lu previously knew that Zhang Jingdong was quite capable, she basically only knew him as the owner of The One Bar.

She never expected that besides The One Bar, he also owned such a large real estate company, located in a high-rise building in the city center.

Not to mention, the annual rent for this company alone would be millions.

At this moment, Chen Lu’s admiration for Zhang Jingdong instantly rose two levels.

Zhang Jingdong directly led Chen Lu to his office.

”From today, you’ll be working here.”

Chen Lu looked at the nearly 40 square meter office and the unbeatable river view outside, her face full of disbelief.

”Honey... oh no, boss, this...”

Zhang Jingdong waved his hand directly: ”You’re at least the lady boss, don’t act so surprised, everything here is what you deserve.”

Seeing that Zhang Jingdong was serious, Chen Lu instantly regained her usual calm and composure.

”Okay, I understand, thank you, boss!”

Zhang Jingdong nodded with satisfaction, then used the internal phone to call Wang Tao.

”You and Zong Heng come to my office!”

After hanging up, within two minutes, there was a knock on the door outside.

”Come in!”

As soon as the words were out, the door was pushed open, and Wang Tao and Liu Zongheng walked in.

Upon seeing Chen Lu, a trace of confusion flashed in both their eyes.

At this time, Zhang Jingdong said, ”Let me introduce you two, this is Chen Lu, Mr. Chen.”

”She was previously the sales director at Jinghu No.1 Villa District. Starting today, she officially joins our company, and I’ve given her the position of executive vice president.”

”For the next three months, Mr. Chen won’t be responsible for specific affairs, but she has the right to attend any company meetings and access any company data, understand?”

Upon hearing this, Wang Tao and Liu Zongheng suddenly realized that this Ms. Chen was the representative the boss had placed in the company.

However, not only were they not put off by this, but they secretly breathed a sigh of relief.

Previously, Zhang Jingdong was completely hands-off in the company; except for major things like taking the Jinglan Garden project, he was entirely uninvolved.

Although this showed that Zhang Jingdong completely trusted them, Wang Tao and Liu Zongheng were actually always on edge, walking on thin ice every day.

Even though both were second-generation real estate heirs, this was actually their first time managing a real estate company directly.

So regarding some major company decisions, sometimes they were a bit indecisive, but since Zhang Jingdong had originally said to leave everything to them, they hesitated to ask Zhang Jingdong.

So before, every time they had to make a major decision, they were incredibly stressed, because if they messed up the company, money was secondary; they would feel they had completely let down Zhang Jingdong’s trust.

Now with Chen Lu as the boss’s representative, and since she’s in the related field, the company now had a channel to keep Zhang Jingdong informed of any major issues anytime.

This way, whenever the company needed to make major decisions in the future, they could have Zhang Jingdong through Chen Lu?

As Jiangdu’s top rich second generation, they respected Zhang Jingdong because they admired his true capabilities, feeling inferior to him in business foresight and handling specific issues.

So letting Zhang Jingdong make major decisions would definitely benefit the company’s further development.

So both nodded with relief.

”Understood, boss!”

”Got it, boss!”

At this time, Zhang Jingdong introduced to Chen Lu: ”Mr. Chen, this is President Wang, Wang Tao... and this is Mr. Liu, Liu Zongheng.”

Chen Lu felt familiar with them when they came in, as they had previously gone house hunting at her place, and she had heard from colleagues that they were both Jiangdu’s top rich second generation.

Especially Wang Tao, whose father was Jiangdu’s leading tycoon, Wang Ruocheng.

But just now, she couldn’t believe it was them, because how could such top second-generation rich kids work under someone else?

But now, upon hearing Zhang Jingdong call their names, she was totally convinced.

Then she was once again deeply impressed by Zhang Jingdong’s capabilities!

Because she discovered from the way Wang Tao and Liu Zongheng looked at him that they genuinely respected and admired Zhang Jingdong from the bottom of their hearts.
