I Am Scouted by Real Madrid

Chapter 162: Chapter 56: It’s All Up to You, Chen!

”Oh my God! That kid is just too talented.”

”Damn it, this is our Castilla’s genius player! Negredo, Granero, Mata, we’ve missed too many geniuses.”

”Are you sure he’s from China? I think he might have Spanish blood too. Look at that dummy he just did in the box, that’s the real essence of this goal.”

”I don’t care about that, I just want to shout to those guys from Atletico Madrid, what’s the fastest goal record between us now! Isn’t it still TMD, damn Aguero, isn’t it that damn 55 seconds!”

”32 seconds! 32 seconds! From the Golden Boy Raul!”

”Of course, we can’t overlook our genius, Chen!”

At the Estadio Vicente Calderón, the Merengues were overjoyed, while the Atletico Madrid fans in the stands were displaying their wildness and passion, with some even stripping to their bare chests, dangerously leaning out.

They cannot allow Real Madrid to run wild at the Estadio Vicente Calderón, nor can they allow Real Madrid to complete that impossible task while stepping on their heads.

”Damn it, what are you guys doing!”

”Don’t let them get that damn ball so easily.”

”We can’t keep losing to Real Madrid, we can’t let them complete that task.”

”That guy seems stronger than the last time we saw him, where did he come from, why don’t we have such a genius.”

”Don’t let him into our penalty area again, absolutely not!”

Atletico Madrid’s attention to Chen Zhong was evidently heightened, and Real Madrid’s smooth offensive play started to face obstacles, with Atletico Madrid continuously employing aggressive and foul tactics to disrupt Real Madrid’s rhythm.

In the 8th minute, Chen Zhong took the ball and used a ”clumsy” Marseille Turn to dodge the Atletico Madrid player’s tackle. He then shouldered the Atletico Madrid player beside him and passed the ball to Baptista.

The Atletico Madrid players quickly stuck to him, brutally fouling Baptista.

The referee quickly blew the whistle and simultaneously showed the first yellow card of the match.

”Oh~”

”In the 8th minute, Antonio Lopez was cautioned with a yellow card for fouling Baptista.”

”During this period, the tussle between both teams was very intense.”

”This led to neither side having much attacking space.”

”The referee tried to use this yellow card to bring the match back to a normal rhythm.”

”Like other sports, the key in football is who makes fewer mistakes.”

”Atletico Madrid tried to force Real Madrid to make mistakes.”

”But the referee said, NO, your behavior is inappropriate.”

Antonio Lopez was quite dissatisfied with this decision. As a right-back, receiving a yellow card in the 8th minute of the match was undoubtedly a ”shackle” he would have to bear for the rest of the game.

In the next 5-6 minutes, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid continued to entangle in the midfield, but because of the presence of Chen Zhong, this tall tower, Real Madrid faced Atletico Madrid’s reckless tactics with ease.

”Atletico Madrid’s attack.”

”This is their first threatening attack in this match.”

”Fernando receives the ball, Cannavaro raises his hand to signal an offside, but the referee has no indication.”

”Casillas rushes out of the goal, Fernando passes the ball to Aguero on the flank.”

”Aguero takes a shot.”

”Pepe dives to clear it.”

”Beautiful!”

The ball slammed into Pepe, and Chen Zhong quickly moved forward to shove Aguero away, who wanted to grab the second dropped ball for a follow-up shot, and cleared the ball. When Chen Zhong wanted to give Pepe a high-five to express his admiration for this block.

Casillas was seen crouching low beside Pepe, raising his hands and loudly calling: ”Medic, medic!”

Pepe clutched his thigh with a face full of pain. When Chen Zhong walked over to him, Pepe showed a row of white teeth and said, ”My leg, my leg!”

Schuster paced back and forth on the sidelines, a bit anxious in his eyes.

Since Disalvo joined Real Madrid and took over the physical training of Real Madrid, the team’s injury rate has significantly increased, doubling compared to last season in terms of occurrences.

Note, it’s occurrences, not the number of players.

Injuries seemed to haunt Real Madrid, with players getting injured at any time, constantly getting injured.

However, some players recover faster, like Cannavaro, who always gets injured after games but manages to recover in time for the next match.

”Replace with Sergado, let Sergado play right-back.”

”Then let Ramos partner with Cannavaro as center-back.”

”Damn quack doctors.” Schuster muttered under his breath. In this match, not even Metzelder was usable.

Metzelder was very active in training, and Francisco, Disalvo, and some coaching staff members praised Metzelder in Schuster’s ear, which made Schuster consider maybe giving Metzelder some more opportunities.

But, TMD, Metzelder kept having minor injuries, and recently he couldn’t play due to a muscle strain, which led to Schuster having 5-6 players who could play center-back, but due to various reasons, only 2-3 of them could be first-choice picks.
