Bizarre Voyage: Summoning The Fourth Crisis

After returning from Burton Mage’s, Luo Ge glanced at Noxia in the Spirit Candle Space again.

’Looks like she won’t be waking up anytime soon.’

Xiaoluo lay quietly beside her, dazedly blowing bubbles with a soft blooping sound...

Averting his gaze, Luo Ge let out a breath.

Then, he finally had a moment to turn his attention back to the players.

However, when he saw what the players were up to this time, the corner of his mouth twitched.

...

”BWAHAHAHAHAHA, my mission is complete!”

”Explosive Flame!!!”

BOOM—

In one of the Seaside Town instances, the S&M old couple were in for a world of hurt.

A player, clad in a Corpse Shell and looking identical to a Fecal Corpse Adhesive, let out a maniacal laugh. After sloppily deploying the Foul-smelling Feces Qi, they decisively unleashed Explosive Flame.

A massive explosion and a torrent of powerful flames erupted instantly, engulfing the entire underground space. Both sides were annihilated...

The first wave of Explosive Bull players had begun to show their power.

And scenes like this were happening one after another in various player instances.

Some players even went straight to the Bottom of the Well to use this strategy. They found the original Fecal Corpse Adhesive and had the knockoff blow up the genuine article—an utter subversion of the natural order...

...

After receiving feedback from the Spirit Candle and getting up to speed on the forums, Luo Ge finally realized that Niuniu, that menace, had started to infect the other players...

Luo Ge had, of course, noticed Niuniu’s absurd build, but he hadn’t expected the kid to be so proactive, already putting it into action and spreading it to other players.

Luo Ge had also studied the Fecal Corpse Adhesive monster.

However, while it was rather unique, it wasn’t so special that it broke the fundamental rules.

Its strength did indeed come from the synergy between its Talent and two Skills, and it even relied on the durability of the Corpse Shell equipment.

That was how it achieved the highest damage output for players at the current stage.

But this build wasn’t invincible.

First of all, the so-called ”bosses” that players were currently encountering were, strictly speaking, just Low-Tier Elite Life forms. The main indicator of this was that they had a tiny bit of Wisdom, but not much.

If they had a little more Wisdom, they would know to defend themselves in this situation instead of taking the hit head-on.

Furthermore, most current monsters lacked any abilities to resist burst damage, which was why the Explosive Bull strategy seemed somewhat ”invincible” right now.

But this was ultimately just a phase, not some kind of game-breaking bug.

However, ugly as it was, and disgusting as it might be, it did bring Luo Ge a substantial amount of real Wax Oil.

Therefore, regarding this so-called ”Explosive Bull”... Luo Ge’s attitude was one of disgust, but not rejection.

Still, Luo Ge prayed silently in his heart. ’I just hope most players stay the way they were. A little weird is fine, but please don’t let them turn all of Candle Island into a toxic, stinking mess...’

...

However, reality often developed in a way that was contrary to one’s expectations.

As the number of players using the Explosive Bull strategy grew, monster after monster fell victim to their foul methods.

On Exile Peak, a Law Knight, kneeling on one knee, sensed the enemy’s arrival. Its helmet tilted slightly as it slowly rose to its feet, once again raising the Law Knight’s Greatsword that struck such a sense of immense pressure into new players.

But this time, what it faced was...

”Invader...”

”Explosive Flame!”

BOOM!

After a tremendous bang, Exile Peak trembled, the fortress collapsed, and the Law Knight was sent flying.

Law Knight, defeated!

”You who dare challenge the Law Enforcer...”

”Shall be execu—”

”Explosive Flame!”

BOOM!

The foul-smelling, yellow-green Feces Qi was instantly ignited. The explosive Firelight blew the entire warship apart, its immense power making no distinction between minions and boss, taking them all out in one fell swoop.

Iron-faced Warlock, defeated!

”Hehehe... All of you are my nourishment...”

”Explosive Flame!”

BOOM!

A heaven-shaking, intensely hot Firelight instantly vaporized the rain in the air, and in the same moment, took away the Blood Robe Priest and his Sacrifice.

Blood Robe Priest, defeated!

...

The recent track record of the Explosive Bull strategy was getting more and more impressive.

The players who had tasted the joy of one-shot kills—these connoisseurs of filth—started spouting off on the forums and in chat groups, simultaneously promoting their build and showing off.

”Sigh, I’m about to quit. This game is boring, the difficulty is way too low.”

”Yeah, it’s not fun at all. I only started playing because I saw reviews saying it was hard.”

”What backstory? What monster dialogue? I’ve only got one thing to say—Explosive Flame!”

”EZ!”

”My dudes, though we may not have been at the same time...”

”Where’s the dev? Add some difficulty! This game has lost its flavor.”

”What are you talking about? The ’flavor’ is stronger than ever!”

”Brother Niu, this golden age is just as you wished!”

”...”

Faced with this increasingly arrogant bunch of degenerates, a group of players who had been hard-stuck all day were getting tilted. They flocked to the official forums to flame them.

”Seriously, dev, are you trying to shit upside down? Going against the heavens? What the fuck is this bullshit you’ve designed? The power level is obviously off the charts, okay?”

”Yeah! I’ve been hard-stuck for so long, and then this so-called Explosive Bull comes out and makes a fucking joke out of me. Are you trying to piss people off?”

”You’re right, but the Explosive Bull is the ultimate cheese strategy in a game called Spirit Candle, independently developed by the one true god, I do Bull’s Push-ups. It possesses the supreme Ability to never get hard-stuck and to punish disgusting bosses and annoying mobs. It’s the perfect build for the constitution of precious newbie players and the new standard for our era... Without a doubt, Spirit Candle will be a groundbreaking, benchmark game, and the Explosive Bull strategy will become the most brilliant part of this game’s history. BWAHAHAHA, tell my mom, I’m rejecting my humanity!!!”
