I just wanted you to make a movie: You made a Honkai Star Rail movie

: No, bro! Weren’t we about to get that final battle?! Where the hell did that knife come from?!

: Damn! You had to sneak in another twist even now? MiHoYo, you bastard!

: Shit! Clockie’s going to be the one left behind now!

: Why do other shows insert flashbacks at times like this, but old Mihoyo stabs us every chance they get?! AHH! My Gallagher!

: Damn it! Another one dies while casually chatting!

--------------------------------

After Firefly said she was going to face her second death, just a few scenes and lines later — bam, they actually killed someone off again!

And this time, it was even revealed through Gallagher’s own dialogue.

That basically confirms he’s a goner!

...

: The speed of these emotional gut-punches is breathtaking! Damn it, I was completely unprepared!

: Wuwuwu, Gallagher! Even if you miraculously survive, what good would it do! Can you revive fictional material? I don’t care: I want him alive!

: Come to think of it, Gallagher’s been with us since episode one — he’s like half a guide to us now!

: Now all the heroes of Penacony are dead! Damn you, Mihoyo! Sh*t! My heart!

: Kill! Just keep killing ”three or four” per episode! If you’re really something, kill three to four characters in each episode. If it’s not at least four deaths per arc, you’re slacking off.

: Yeah! Damn, they’ve emotionally manipulated me into reverse psychology! If you’re so amazing, kill them all! Wuwuwu! My Gallagher!

...

The audience’s emotions exploded!

At such a critical moment, MiHoYo just had to let everyone know Gallagher died!

Because Gallagher held a special place in the hearts of the audience at this point.

He was The Watchmaker’s assistant.

When The Watchmaker faltered, he was the one holding up hope alone.

From the perspective of the Nameless that everyone now shares, Gallagher was a veteran war hero.

Someone to be treated with respect — a living legacy shaped by hardship.

And now he’s suddenly gone!

Even though, after hearing Gallagher’s last words, some foreshadowing did click for viewers...

That feeling— Was still way too painful!

Some people even completely lost it, venting with ”Mihoyo broke me” comments.

Killing three to four characters in one episode?

Isn’t that messed up?

It felt like taking a brutal beating, then being pushed into reverse psychology, and finally going: ”If you’re so great, just beat me to death then” — like a masochist.

Xia Wen saw these comments and just laughed.

Damn.

There are actually people asking for that.

Well then, no choice but to satisfy them.

As the barrage of comments continued to explode, the screen went black.

The scene shifted from Penacony to the Express.

The viewers, grumbling and angry, still obediently kept watching.

On the Express, Black Swan was explaining the history of The Propagation to everyone.

They were reaching the end.

”Sweet baby, wow... Are you saying it might be two masterless Paths causing trouble behind the scenes?”

Boothill widened his eyes in surprise.

”But Penacony didn’t show signs of Propagation... So could I interpret this as the remnants of the Space Choir hiding within the Family, trying to revive a fallen Aeon?”

Dan Heng quickly followed up.

”Something like that — half an Amber Era ago, the Family held an unprecedented grand event on a planet. After that, every region on the planet became part of the ’Family’s Zone.’”

Black Swan smiled as she spoke. Her expression always confident and in control.

”So the remnants of Order are trying to do the same thing here...”

Dan Heng immediately understood what she implied, then added: ”That’s why they want to drive out the Emanator of Nihility.”

”Influenced by Nihility, I have a hard time being affected by other Paths. On the contrary, I may unconsciously erode them.”

Acheron nodded slightly, explaining calmly.

”Oh damn, this is so complicated... So your suggestion that we leave Asdana right away — don’t tell me there’s no way to retreat?”

Boothill spread his hands and asked.

The group was discussing the moment before infiltration into the restricted area.

Acheron’s goal was to make the Astral Express jump immediately.

”Yes, only then can I prove one thing.” Acheron nodded.

But as soon as she finished speaking, Dan Heng interrupted.

”My companions are still in Penacony. Instead of jumping away, I have a better idea.”

After Dan Heng finished speaking, Boothill who had been smirking smugly, suddenly dropped his expression in disbelief, staring at Dan Heng: ”You brat... You’re not thinking of summoning the Xianzhou Luofu, are you?”

”Exactly. With support from the Cloud Knights of Xianzhou Luofu, it should be enough.” Dan Heng said calmly.

”You’ve thought this through? That thing can only be used once in a lifetime!”

Boothill reminded him.

”Yes, I’ve thought it through. But my companions, and even the entire zone, are still there!”

Dan Heng nodded lightly.

At that moment, even the background music shifted into the Xianzhou style.

And just moments ago, the audience, still furious over Gallagher’s death and cursing Mihoyo, all opened their eyes wide.

The mood of the comment section shifted completely.

...

: What the hell?! Xianzhou is coming?! So this is where the Alliance Jade Token gets used?

: We’re about to see arrogant Sunday get smacked down by the Express crew and an overwhelming Xianzhou fleet?!

: Damn! Hunt and Trailblaze vs. Order! Am I dreaming?!

: Aaaahhh! Jing Yuan! Damn! I’m so hyped I can’t handle it!

: That sudden Xianzhou music is too badass! Love when an old place gets this kind of flashy moment!

: Dan Heng truly is the pride of Xianzhou! So cool! Immediate +4.6 to likeability!

: You all know I’ve been a Mihoyo fan since the womb — my first words were ”Mihoyo is amazing.” So those comments I posted earlier? Not me.

: Sigh... Gallagher! Sigh... Xianzhou! Sigh... Mihoyo!

: Poor viewers, just pawns dancing in the palm of their hand.

: Time for a surprise strike!

...

The comments turned from angry to gleeful.

They couldn’t help it — Xianzhou sweeping in with a fleet, saving Penacony at a critical moment.

Just the idea was enough to make many viewers mentally climax, imagining an epic and satisfying power fantasy.

Before this, many scenes were just setting the stage bit by bit.

They didn’t expect it—

But the dream came true!
