I just wanted you to make a movie: You made a Honkai Star Rail movie

:Lol, so that’s what the Galaxy Rangers are.

:Kind of like the chivalrous knights in some anime or other dramas!

:Hahaha, true. But seeing these values through a sci-fi lens is kind of thrilling.

:A bit disappointed, honestly. I thought the Galaxy Rangers would be a super cool and passionate organization—maybe driven by vengeance or something.

:The name sounds badass, but the inner workings feel... limited.

-----------------------------------

Even at this point, many people still had only a vague understanding.

But that was fine.

Xia Wen would use that bullet, and that man, to fully reveal the true meaning of the Galaxy Rangers.

After gaining Dan Heng’s trust through this conversation, the two finally got to the core topic.

Why had this true Galaxy Ranger come seeking help from the Astral Express?

Obviously, because their identity had been stolen.

That is, by the Emanator of Nihility—Acheron.

Acheron’s identity was once again confirmed through Boothill’s words.

Galaxy Rangers versus Acheron of Nihility.

An impending conflict seemed to unfold right before the audience.

Combining it with various theories from last week, many viewers now believed that if things kept going this way, Acheron might really end up being the final boss.

After all, that’s how the plot was heading.

And surprisingly, the audience found this quite reasonable, because the idea of the Galaxy Rangers had been seeded from the very beginning.

Bringing it in now felt perfectly timed.

As the saying goes, foreshadowing pays off in the fine details.

The direction of the story in many people’s minds had completely shifted.

Amid all the layers of fog, they chose to walk toward the most absurd moment.

After an intense exchange between Boothill and Dan Heng,

The tension was at its peak.

The Galaxy Rangers and the Astral Express formed an alliance, preparing to deal with the upcoming Penacony incident.

But right then, the two happened to discuss why Nihility even has Emanators.

Boothill suddenly changed tone, saying in a ridiculously strained voice: ”Even Emanators can hide their identities, and for many, doing so is even better.”

”For example, I once ran into a Emanator of Elation—just based on appearances, he was no different from a bunch of clowns. If I hadn’t gotten him drunk with sheer luck, I would’ve never known what kind of twisted stuff he was up to.”

”And even the purest of hunters—there are those under the spotlight of the Xianzhou Alliance, and those in the shadows like us Galaxy Rangers. Fates are concepts created by humans, so surely there are forces beyond our understanding.”

”To think that Nihility has no Emanators? Maybe it’s just because we’re not ’nihilistic’ enough.”

...

: Damn it, the mood was so good, but the moment Elation (Joy) was mentioned, I couldn’t help laughing.

: Feels like I’ve got a condition—just seeing Joy makes me laugh.

: But what Boothill said is actually quite insightful, that line was unexpectedly profound.

: Not nihilistic enough—that hits.

: So even among the factions of Fate, there’s a divide between light and shadow, huh.

...

Just as the audience was deep in discussion,

Boothill and Dan Heng had already started talking about Acheron’s intentions.

But at that crucial moment— The scene was cut.

The screen suddenly jumped from the express to the battlefield of last episode’s bloody fight.

In the massive outdoor cinema, a bright red slash had already torn through the huge screen—

The slash pierced through the entire sky.

Even now, it still remained there.

The clouds at the horizon are blocked by a blade scar, unable to move forward.

The torn curtain had no one daring to step up and repair it.

What should’ve vanished in an instant — that blade scar — now lingers like a scar of Penacony, seemingly destined to stay here forever.

The perspective shifts downward:

Against this exaggerated backdrop is Acheron’s silhouette.

She said nothing.

Yet somehow, the scene said everything.

It all boils down to one single word:

Invincible!

...

: Holy crap, the damage from Acheron’s slash is permanent? It’s still not healed?!

: Damn, this woman standing here just radiates absolute dominance.

: The Emanator of Nihility is way too damn overpowered!

: Hurry up, I need to know Acheron’s true identity!

: Stop playing mind games like it’s Werewolf! Good or bad — just lay it out for us!!

...

On screen.

A crowd surrounded Acheron.

There are Pepeshi’s, Intellitrons, and normal humans.

They ignore the terrifying sight before them, walking straight up to surround Acheron.

Above, in the frame.

A purple bird is watching.

This bird has appeared frequently in earlier episodes.

Though never explicitly explained, various clues in the story make it clear what the bird represents.

Speculation and analysis outside the show are pretty much spot on.

”You don’t get a choice.”

The leading Pepeshi speaks with a mature, aged voice.

”Did you know? The first time someone arrives in the Land of Dreams, they always look up at the sky.”

”But now, this night sky has been mercilessly severed, shrouded in the haze of Nihility — and that happened somewhere between the golden hour and another dream.”

The Dream master’s words carry a hint of blame.

But Acheron doesn’t seem to notice, earnestly explaining: ”It wasn’t a single slash, actually. It was two. The second one was just faster than the first one.”

”That’s not the point.”

The Dream master’s face darkens as he says solemnly, ”This grand gathering has drawn too many guests who never should have been invited. Even though Harmony embraces all, I must issue eviction orders to some.”

”The Charmony celebration has no place for the puppets of Nihility. Those who live in the shadows shouldn’t step into the spotlight.”

Acheron turns her head slightly, and says calmly, ”On the point of ’living in the shadows,’ aren’t we the same? At the very least, before speaking with others, you ought to reveal your true form — Penacony’s Dream Master.”

The screen flickers.

It shifts from Pepeshi and the crowd’s faces to the purple bird in the sky.

The audience can now finally confirm the identity of the ”Dream master.”

On one hand, the true leader of The Family in Penacony.

On the other, a Emanator of Nihility.

And seemingly, even others cannot measure up to them.

The viewers are beyond eager for what comes next.

As expected.

Upon hearing Acheron’s words, the Dream master no longer hides and states directly: ”Now there’s one more reason why I can’t let you stay. But whether you believe it or not — he, she, it, they — are all me. All are believers of Harmony.”

”This... is what you people call ’unity of all minds’?”

Acheron turns, voice flat.

”I’ve long shed my physical form. Today, the 107,336 children in The Family are my eyes, ears, mouth, and nose. They will continue my will, carry the flame forward.”

Though spoken calmly, the Dream master’s words carry a chilling implication.

”So, you’re asking me to leave?”

Faced with the Dream master’s pressure, Acheron remains undaunted.

The verbal duel has reached a boiling point.

”Glad you’re self-aware. Unfortunately, there’s no ’asking.’”

”You think you can do it?”

”Are you threatening me?”

”Mm... I used a period. It’s... a statement.”

”You are confident, but be reminded: The Family is forgiving, but not weak. The chords of the Harmony extend across worlds - if you do not comply, when the blade is unsheathed for even a hair’s breadth, you will never be able to escape the Eternal Centurion’s wrath in all of your lifetime.”

” Before that — 137. That’s the number of outsiders I’ve personally exiled since becoming Dream master.”

” They once broke my wings, burned my body — but now, the ashes still remain in the district.”

The Dream master’s tone is calm, yet the confidence is impossible to hide.

And Acheron replies,

”Then you will die. I mean... all of you will die.”

Acheron remained composed, voice steady — as if no situation could stir her emotions.

Yet the meaning in her words cut deeper than anything the Dream master said.

And the Dream master fell silent.

...

: Holy hell! Sister Acheron is absolutely slaying!!

: Damn, that was insanely cool!

: Who can understand the way I, a grown man, get overwhelmed seeing Acheron like this?!

: You know what? What I love most is how calm and poised Acheron is — and everything she says is a statement. When she says ”you’ll die,” then you’re as good as dead!

...

The live comments fly past like a storm.

From Boothill’s hijack in the opening, to Acheron’s current verbal duel with the Dream master — everything is exhilarating! The pacing is intense, electrifying!

At this point, the viewers all have just one thought,

Damn!

Which idiot said episode 3 was going to suck?!
