Chapter 1657  Fighting A Crocodile

Grey laughed, ”Just how I like it.” His body started to undergo a transformation as light bluish scales appeared on his body. He smiled, and the tail of the Crocodile that was coming his way was grabbed with both hands, with a powerful yell, he tugged at the Crocodile. The Crocodile didnʼt expect Grey to grab its tail, neither did it expect him to pull him with such monstrous force. It was taken unexpectedly, and before it could react, Grey slammed it into the ground. Void and the bunny leader who were watching by the side looked at him.

”Still so boorish.” Void shook his head, showing signs of disdain. ʼWell, his scales look shinier now.ʼ The bunny leader commented. ”Theyʼve probably grown tougher. I wonder if that thing can bite through him.” Void was a bit curious at how strong Greyʼs scales were at the moment. For some time, Grey hasnʼt been using his scales for obvious reasons. If the Vaergahl Family were to find out about it, he would be in trouble. Not just from them, but the Dragons wouldnʼt also take it lightly with him. Of course his father will act as a deterrent to these people, however they still would want to take any chances they get and make Grey pay. Thinking about it, Void felt Grey shouldnʼt hide his prowess anymore. With their strength now, the number of people who could threaten them wasnʼt high, and just his background alone is enough to force these people to think twice. Offending the Dawson Family alone isnʼt something anyone would want to do, adding the Lyttelton Family to it isnʼt a great idea. Most of the top experts in the world knew about these two Families and wouldnʼt want them to be their enemies simultaneously. Fighting one is hard enough, fighting two at the same time is just too dangerous. … Boom! The Crocodile was slammed into the ground, but it bounced off and opened its mouth, biting in Greyʼs direction. Grey wanted to retreat, but he felt a powerful suction force dragging him towards the Crocodile. Sensing that he couldnʼt escape from this, he laughed and a powerful light beam shot from his hand into the mouth of the Crocodile. The suction force stopped immediately, but before Grey could rejoice, his body was sent flying by the powerful tail of the Crocodile. Bam! Bang! Grey slammed into the ground, but he was followed closely by the Crocodile. The Crocodile attacked, but Grey was fast, he had already moved away immediately his figure touched the ground. He didnʼt dare to receive simultaneous attacks from the Crocodile. Grey slammed into the ground, but he was followed closely by the Crocodile. The Crocodile attacked, but Grey was fast, he had already moved away immediately his figure touched the ground. He didnʼt dare to receive simultaneous attacks from the Crocodile. The Crocodile didnʼt stop its attack as it chased after Grey. Grey sent a bolt of lightning at the Crocodile, but the thick skin of the Crocodile was almost impenetrable. His attack wasnʼt able to do anything to the Crocodile as it didnʼt even stop for a second, it was as if it was hit by a speck of sand. The defenses of Magical Beasts have always been fascinating. Grey could almost be regarded as one of them in terms of physical defense. A light beam shot at Grey. But he blocked it and struck out with the earth element. He knew these tough skins canʼt be easily penetrated, but it didnʼt mean thereʼs no way he could make them feel pain. He would use the brute force of his earth element to harm the Crocodile. A large hammer made from earth element appeared and slammed towards the body of the Crocodile, this time, it paused, and swung an arm at it. Its claws slashed through the hammer, cutting it into pieces.

Greyʼs figure appeared behind the hammer, and a large array appeared above him. Pillars made from the earth element started to rain on the Crocodile. While that was taking place, Grey created a large staff, enforcing it with not just the earth element, but his ice ability and also darkness element made it even more frightening. The staff grew longer and it slammed into the body of the Crocodile that was focused on defending against the pillars that were crashing into its body. Greyʼs attack was very precise, and before the Crocodile could react to it, it hit its back, sending it crashing into the ground. The pillars from the array all shot in the direction of where the Crocodile crashed. Bang! Bam! Boom! The pillars were almost never ending, and in the space of a few seconds, over a hundred pillars crashed on the place where the Crocodile fell. After a few seconds, Grey stopped and looked at the scene. The repeated attacks have caused a dust cloud to form in the place where the Crocodile fell. He knew this wasnʼt enough to take out the Crocodile, but he wanted to see just what damage it did. Standing in the air with the staff of three colors in his right hand, he looked intently, and unsurprisingly, he heard a low growl come from that direction. In the dust cloud, a pair of red eyes could be seen. The eyes vanished, alarming Grey. He looked around trying to figure out where it went. Growl…

Grey turned around and swung the staff. Bang! The staff collided with the tail of the Crocodile and the friction from the clash caused signs of spatial tear, but it was only for a slight second. The collision was strong, but not enough to cause a spatial tear. The Crocodile looked at Grey, this time, itʼs demeanor was completely different. Itʼs size has significantly reduced, and Grey could see that there were some marks on its body. ʼAn innate ability?ʼ Grey was familiar with how Magical Beasts possess innate abilities. He didnʼt know this one also possessed one. Now all Magical Beasts tend to have innate abilities, and having one will in some cases give them the edge over their opponents. ”Youʼre strong, human.” The Crocodile said with a low growl, then added, ”But I will end you here.”
