Chapter 1651  The Bird Tribe

ʼThis looks good. But itʼs of no use to me. Iʼll hand it to Eisendrache.ʼ

The treasure Grey picked up from the Snake tribe was quite good, but not to anyone in his current cultivation stage. However, Grey had a few people he could give it to. Since itʼs for Eisendracheʼs sake, he decided that he would hand it over to him. At least the stronger Eisendrache is, the more help he could be to Grey. Thinking about this, he kept the treasure, and after a short moment of deliberation, he headed back to the cave to hand it over to Eisendrache. Although it was a treasure tailor-made for Snakes, one has to recall that most snakes have a tiny hint of Dragon bloodline in them, so although itʼs made for Snakes, thereʼs no problem if a Dragon uses it. Of course the effect wouldnʼt be as strong as when used by a Snake, Grey didnʼt have one, and the only person he knows who has one, he doesnʼt know when he next he would be able to see him. Eisendrache, seeing the treasure Grey handed to him, he felt a certain type of excitement. He could tell that what Grey just handed to him was a very good item, and it would help him grow quicker. Grey didnʼt stay, after handing the treasure to Eisendrache, he left, heading for the Bird tribe. ….

He got to the Bird tribe that same day. Most of the tribes in the forest had calmed down, after all, it has been a few months since that human went on a killing spree, although he only killed five people, brandishing them with the word, traitor, it could also be said to be one of the most eventful things that has happened in a few years in the Magical Beastsʼ world. What made them curious was the fact that these beasts had the same thing written on them, and they were all curious as to why they were all termed as traitors. The trio from the Bird tribe has been living a very private life since the whole ordeal. They were all involved with the other five that were killed, and from what they could guess, it was all for revenge. The only thing that all eight were involved in was attacking Melmera, so they naturally felt this was her doing. A pissed off Dragon isnʼt something they want to involve themselves with, so they made sure to stay hidden, away from her reach. They also moved to where the few Rank Eighth Birds reside in the tribe. With the help of these Birds, they were confident they would be able to live and grow to a stage where they didnʼt need to have any fears. The Bird tribe was a place filled with trees which had holes. From what Grey has found out about them, these Birds all stay in the trees. Most of these trees were over two hundred meters tall, and there were a few that stood out, as they were not only the tallest, but they were also close to the edge of the tribe. Contrary to most places filled with humans where the most important people live in the middle of a City, Town, or Village. Magical Beasts are different, especially in a place like this where the further you go in, the purer the essence that could be absorbed. The top experts in this tribe all lived at the edge of the tribe, the deepest part of it. Once one goes past this place, they would be able to enter the Inner Court where the top Magical Beasts reside, such as the Dragons, Griffins, and other top Magical Beasts. ʼThat Dragon is in the Inner Court. Sneaking in there will be hard. They have multiple experts equivalent to a Half God Plane Elementalist. Iʼll need to draw that Dragon out.ʼ

Grey is quite curious about the Inner Court, but he isnʼt foolish enough to enter the Inner Court to cause any problem. If he were to enter the Dragonsʼ territory, thereʼs a chance heʼll be caught. The Dragon essence he absorbed the last time was still in his body, and Dragons, especially powerful ones, can sense this in the body of a human. Unlike the Vaergahl Family who has some sort of relationship with Dragons, he didnʼt particularly have any relationship with them. So once heʼs found, he will be in a whole lot of trouble. The Bird tribe, just like the Snake tribe, was easy for him to sneak into. Void didnʼt sense any particularly powerful treasures here, so he was quite uninterested in this place. As they headed closer to the edge, Voidʼs eyes lit up. ʼWe have to go over this place. There are good things there, a lot of good things.ʼ Void was almost drooling at the moment. This was one of the first places he has sensed more than ten great items simultaneously from the same area. ʼIʼm not interested in dying yet. Once Iʼm a Peak Sovereign or in the Half God Plane, weʼll come back for these things.ʼ Void was disappointed when he heard this, he thought Grey would be more daring, but thinking about the risk, he couldnʼt help but agree with Grey. A Half God Plane Magical Beast or Human would be able to kill the duo with just a look, so the danger wasnʼt worth it. It didnʼt take long for them to get to where the trio resided. At the time they got there, Grey sensed the presence of a Late stage Rank Eight Bird in the residence of the trio. He didnʼt try to enter their place, rather, he checked their cultivation stages and to his surprise, they had become Rank Eight Magical Beasts. Given their cultivation stages at the time he first came here, he didnʼt think too much about it, especially after they were rewarded by a Dragon. Time flew and a few hours went by before the Late stage Rank Eight Bird left the place. When Grey saw the size of the Bird, he was left stunned. It was tiny, like really really tiny. Given Voidʼs small size, he could still swallow this Bird with ease.
