Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

Based on Xia Jinyuan’s temper, if it were his own soldiers, he would’ve kicked them out long ago.

They had just come from the country. The peacekeeping soldiers who had not entered the company camp might exchange fire after getting off the plane. No matter how calm this group of soldiers was, they would more or less panic.

They were not used to the environment of sleeping with gunshots. They had not completely immersed themselves in this complicated and dangerous war-torn country. Although they were well-prepared, there would still be a process for them to go through.

Now was a good time to overdo it.

Hearing the gunshots and hearing the lieutenant colonel’s calm combat deployment, the panic in their hearts decreased. Their fear almost disappeared. From the moment they chose to be peacekeeping soldiers, they were already prepared to sacrifice themselves at any time. What was there to be afraid of now?!

”There are three trucks chasing after us. They might be government rebels. They might’ve entered a combat state.”

”Roger, copy!”

”Roger, copy!”

”Entering combat mode!”

”Accelerate the vehicles and enter the combat area in front.”

”Roger, copy!”

Xia Jinyuan gave orders one after another. The five trucks rushed toward the mountain at their fastest speed. There were still about two kilometers left.

The lieutenant was on the phone with the peacekeeping camp. He quickly reported the situation on their side. He highly suspected that the village belonging to the Walla people had been occupied by the rebels. Currently, the firepower of the rebels was unknown. They could start fighting with the other party at any moment.

The peacekeeping camp received the call. The colonel in charge had a cold expression on his face. There was a problem with the government. The negotiations had been taking place for a long time, but there was no result. The United Nations wanted to join a few times but was rejected by the government. Now, they didn’t even know that a village was occupied by the rebels.

Soon, the government forces found out that a village was occupied by the rebels. During the confirmation process, the government forces stationed not far away from the village insisted that the village was safe.

As for why there were rebels wearing miscellaneous military uniforms, it was because of the Walla’s own armed forces.

Why did they drive to block the Chinese peacekeeping soldiers? It was probably a misunderstanding.

They insisted that everything was normal and that the government wouldn’t send soldiers over immediately to check on the situation. Even if they really sent soldiers over, the rebels would stop them. The government wouldn’t start a gun battle easily. Everything was still under negotiation. As long as they moved, the entire Libya would enter a new round of war.

The government didn’t want any more wars.

The rebels were too familiar with the leaders of the government. They were the rebels of the government. How could they not understand?

The rebels knew what the government forces were thinking and what their motives were. They knew that the government forces were afraid and did not dare to fight them easily.

If Xia Jinyuan hadn’t informed them in advance that there was something wrong with the government forces stationed near the village, they might have been deceived by the rebels.

How could a village with its own armed forces be suddenly occupied by the rebels without any exchange of fire? No one would believe it.

The latest report came. The Chinese peacekeeping forces, who were heading to their camp, were sneak attacked by the rebels on their way to the camp. Because the Chinese peacekeeping soldiers were vigilant, they immediately sensed that something was wrong in the village in front of them. Hence, they avoided danger and quickly evacuated. The exchange of fire between the two sides was fierce, and there were no casualties among the Chinese soldiers.
