Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

No, it wasn’t that Cyril’s guards were weak. It was just that these mercenaries were too powerful. No wonder they were the most expensive team in the entire illegal mercenary organization.

The eight of them took down the guards easily. Even as a former soldier, Noah was shocked.

He thought that they needed his help. In the end, he was really just in charge of leading the way. Other than leading the way, he had no other use.

Z7 was also looking for a place where the scientist’s wife and child could be locked up. He checked all the surveillance footage of the entire underground factory and saw that the drug production was in full swing, with everything from raw materials to semi-finished products to finished products.

”Avoid the production room on the left and go through the corridor,” Z7 said in a low voice. There was a thin layer of sweat on his forehead. He instructed Xia Jinyuan and the rest, who were all wearing the company uniform, to avoid the dangerous area with many people.

However, Noah said, ”If we avoid it, don’t even think about finding the people we’re looking for.” He looked at the leader of the mercenaries who had given him a huge surprise. ”The people we’re looking for are inside. There’s no safer and tighter place than the drug production room.

”We need to go in.”

The air was a little heavy. Xia Jinyuan looked at Noah like a vicious beast that could pounce on him at any moment. ”Are you kidding me?!”

”I’m very serious,” Noah replied.

Will’s unhappy voice came from the earpieces. ”Do you guys not want to receive your sky-high fees? You’re a bunch of greedy guys. If this rescue mission weren’t so difficult, would I have risked my life to find mercenaries to rescue them?

”If you accept my price, you need to accept the risk behind the price. Isn’t that right?”

Xia Jinyuan calmed down for a few seconds and said fiercely, ”Get to work!”

Will and Noah heaved a sigh of relief. They were really worried that these outlaws would give up in the end. Fortunately, the temptation of money was huge. They didn’t give up.

Xia Jinyuan glanced at Noah secretly before raising his hand to signal his comrades to enter the drug production room.

There were also people holding guns protecting the production room. They would habitually raise the AKs in their hands intermittently, looking very intimidating. The busy workers didn’t look at them. They were already used to it. As long as they worked obediently, there wouldn’t be any problems.

Z7 and White Crane held their breaths. K7, who was guarding the sewer pipe, rubbed the gun in his hand with his fingers. He was already prepared to fight at any time.

T6 and V8 entered the production room first with their AKs. When they entered, several gazes swept over.

Outside, two armed guards on patrol passed by the monitoring room. Perhaps they sensed something was wrong, so they stopped at the door of the monitoring room and noticed White Crane coughing softly. He gave Z7 a subtle wink.

There was a knock on the door. After saying something, the two of them pushed the door open and entered. They didn’t look behind the door. Their gaze landed on Z7, who was sitting in front of the large screen of the surveillance cameras. He was speaking in the language of Molaban.

Z7 didn’t move, and White Crane didn’t move either. Snores could be heard. The two people who walked in laughed. As it turned out, they had fallen asleep.

They reached out their hands and were about to push them awake when the people who were sleeping suddenly moved. A cold light flashed past their eyes. The two people who were about to nudge them suddenly froze and staggered back. They opened their mouths, only for blood to spurt out from their necks.

Their windpipes and aortas were instantly cut off at the same time. Unexpectedly, they fell to the ground and died.
