Three Towers Game

Assassin Codename: Boss Chrysanthemum.

A person who sees killing as an art, disguising all assassinations as accidental deaths.

Sometimes he even struggles to get the final payment because the method of killing looks too much like an accident rather than murder...

So sometimes, the employers would not pay the final sum.

But in the end, those employers who didn’t pay all ended up dead.

Boss Chrysanthemum ranks eleventh among assassins.

The reason for the low rank is that many tasks in the industry are thought to be accidental deaths, not murders.

Zoe said:

”Boss Chrysanthemum, real name Igor, your ability is to divert attention, causing the target to lose perception of danger in certain situations.”

”For example—on a crowded road.”

”But do you know, even if your sister is always cautious, never runs a red light, always makes others... she would still die.”

”Guess, can we do it?”

Boss Chrysanthemum’s gaze instantly sharpened.

But Zoe just pointed to his neck:

”Careful, it might explode. Don’t look at me with that gaze. Otherwise, even without you, I wouldn’t mind, because their abilities are all above yours.”

Boss Chrysanthemum’s eyes turned slightly red, and after a while, he said:

”Hope you keep your word.”

Zoe shrugged:

”Of course, I certainly keep my word, as long as you eliminate a few people on the list, you will be heroes standing at the pinnacle of human civilization in the Land of Freedom.”

”You and even your most cared-for family will qualify to enter the Ark.”

Wen Xishu wanted to laugh.

Entering the Ark, is it something to brag about?

Of course, he did not laugh. He just watched silently.

No doubt, an assassin shouldn’t have too many feelings.

Boss Chrysanthemum shouldn’t care too much about his sister.

Other assassins seem very professional, without feelings, there’s no weakness.

But such people often cherish their lives.

So quickly, all assassins reached a consensus; they had no choice but to accept Zoe’s arrangement.

Almost without rest, Zoe immediately told Wen Xishu and other assassins the target list after reaching consensus with everyone else.

Savior of the Sky Project: Dimitri.

It is said to be a man who controls storms.

Savior of the Bloodline Project: Cain.

A man from the Lion Heart Country who turned into a vampire on the eve of the apocalypse.

He is committed to developing his blood servants, believing he is the savior, thinking that humans don’t need any avoidances in the face of the apocalypse, as long as they become vampires, they will have strong abilities to fight against the apocalypse.

Savior of the Dragon Hide Plan, code name: Dragon.

Name unknown, just known as such a person. Responsible for Longxia’s Dragon Hide Plan, the awakened ability is also unclear. It is the most mysterious of all assassination targets.

There are many other plans, such as the Amaterasu Plan of the Island Country. This plan is also known as the ”Radiation” experienced by Wen Xishu.

A plan that uses radiation to promote evolution. Somewhat similar to the Bloodline Plan.

Of course, there are other countries’ plans.

The six of them have to assassinate nine people in total.

After understanding the mission targets, Zoe led everyone to the equipment room.

The equipment room had various clothing, various props, and all sorts of firearms, even in the vehicle room, you could see armed helicopters.

Up until now, Wen Xishu has not used the ability bestowed by Death God.

Because he is not free enough, and he also needs a relatively private space to test the ability of the rainbow feather pen.

He can only take action after Zoe and others leave.

”Next, I won’t disturb you. Through that door, you can enter the scenario you want. Reach around the assassination targets.”

”You can cooperate to assassinate a target, or act separately, with several people to assassinate different targets.”

”But remember, you are a team, I need all the people on the list to die. Otherwise, your whole team will have no salvation.”

”One more thing, you’re tasked to assassinate people who are the strongest humans in this world.”

”Do not underestimate them. If you are captured alive, I will detonate your heads to prevent leaks.”

”Choose your equipment and formulate your plan, good luck.”

Zoe disappeared.

At this moment, Wen Xishu noticed a key point.

The door.

Zoe said you can go to various scenarios through this door.

Wen Xishu seemed to understand.

This is the Obsession World... In reality, there is no such door.

But this is the world formed by the obsessions of several assassins, also containing Zoe and others’ obsessions.

These obsessions constructed a unique scenario.

Unlike the anticipated vast scenarios across the ocean.

”This time it’s more like blending the saviors’ locations into one scenario. Just open the door to enter the corresponding scenario, similar to... levels.”

”This has a very Deceit Tower style.”

Wen Xishu speculated: In history, also in the Desire Tower, these assassins might have failed for some reason.

But their obsession, yearning to confront these top humans, the saviors, led to these forty-nine layers of assassination.

Of course, it could also be due to other obsessions.

It might also be in this obsession... the real enemies are not those saviors.

After all, Wen Xishu remembered the final task description—however, we don’t make any demands on completing the task.

It seems, there might be a hidden conspiracy in this task.

After Zoe left, the assassins began to talk.

Boss Chrysanthemum Igor said:

”The guy in the Sky Project, and I are from the same place. Although I am an assassin, I can’t kill people from my own country.”

”I can’t do that project, you guys handle it.”

Wen Xishu found that Igor still had principles.

”No matter what, we have to pick one first... I actually don’t want to kill these people either. Every country is preparing for the apocalypse, no doubt, once these people die, the Ark Plan becomes the only apocalypse plan. At such a time, yet still thinking of internal strife,” said the assassin codenamed Shadow.

His superpower is invisibility.

When he speaks, his whole person is in a phantom state.

Then another assassin spoke:

”Folks, the people we usually kill are ordinary people, capitalists, beggars too, but fundamentally, they’re ordinary people. The ones we have to kill this time... are all Ability Users. Let alone willingness to kill, even if we can kill them, that’s a question.”

Assassin, codenamed Cannon, a very tall Yiluo person.

A person who likes to suppress enemies with heavy firepower, his superpower is infinite ammo.

Boss Chrysanthemum also said:

”Even if we do it... can we really get redemption?”

No one spoke.

Top assassins are not stupid; they know their current situation very well.

Wen Xishu listened to everyone’s conversation, suddenly realizing... these people are all involuntary.

They are assassins, but they also have their principles and beliefs.

But there’s no way; these assassins, including himself, all have bombs on their necks.

The essence of an assassin is still selfish; to survive, they must use their abilities to assassinate those targets.

Even if it’s just in the Obsession World.

It is very obvious—

Other Tower Climbers, other players, facing this task, the best method is to know every teammate, use each member’s abilities, and try to assassinate the targets.

But Wen Xishu is not an ordinary person, he has a hack. He can completely play in reverse.

So Wen Xishu suddenly said softly:

”I see it, everyone doesn’t want to work for Zoe, actually, I don’t want to either.”

”Do you think it’s possible that Zoe would proactively arrange someone to remove our bombs, and then apologize with death?”

Several assassins looked towards Wen Xishu, only then noticed this ”colleague” with a Longxia appearance.

”Are you out of your mind?”

The assassins looked at Wen Xishu with an expression that seemed to see a fool.
