After Gender Transformation, I Was Adjusted by the System into the Demon Queen’s Strongest Maid

Those thousands of brainwashed laborers outside, those children thrown into furnaces as fuel—in his eyes, they were merely “sacrifices” to nourish this monster?

Just stepping stones, paved in gold, for his so-called “Hero” title?

“Disgusting.”

Lilia couldn’t help but spit.

Though she herself had done plenty of questionable things in the Palace of Eternal Night just to survive.

And she had even trampled her own dignity to please Hera.

But at the very least—

She would never treat human lives as NPCs for farming stats.

“You so-called ‘righteous people’—your hearts are black as coal, aren’t they?”

Lilia tightened her grip on her daggers.

The fear she had felt earlier due to his overwhelming strength had now completely transformed into pure anger.

Just breathing the same air as someone like him made her want to vomit.

“Black?”

Garrod let out a faint chuckle, as if amused by the comment.

“Little girl, this is called the bigger picture.”

“To give birth to a Hero capable of protecting the world, sacrificing a few insignificant ants is a necessary cost.”

“History will only remember the hero who slays the god—who would care how many bones lie beneath that divine throne?”

“Or…”

“You want to save those people outside? Save your strength.”

“Even if you save them, those who have already been ‘marked’ will still choose to become sacrifices willingly!”

“You—!” Lilia glared at him.

Garrod shook his head, as if lamenting her narrow perspective.

“Originally, I didn’t plan to act this early.”

“After all, the audience hasn’t arrived, and the monster hasn’t fully matured.”

“But since you’ve barged in…”

Garrod’s gaze turned cold in an instant.

The once gentle holy light now sharpened like blades, stinging Lilia’s skin.

“Then there’s no helping it.”

“A human traitor brainwashed by the Demon King, attempting to disrupt the Hero’s descent ritual…”

“This script might be a bit cliché, but it’s still a decent appetizer.”

Clang—

The greatsword was unsheathed.

Blinding holy light instantly illuminated the entire flesh cavity, suppressing the purple-red evil energy until it nearly vanished.

Garrod stepped toward Lilia.

His heavy armored boots struck the ground, each step producing a suffocating thud.

“Kneel.”

“Confess your sins to the holy light.”

“I will use this sword to deliver salvation to your abyss-corrupted—”

“Salvation my ass!”

The moment Lilia roared those words, her entire body shot forward like a silver bullet, forcefully shattering the dense holy aura.

Her two pitch-black daggers carved out twin crescent arcs in the air, slashing straight toward Garrod’s face.

Clang——！！！

A deafening metallic explosion erupted within the confined flesh chamber.

Garrod’s golden greatsword instinctively rose to block.

The composed, “merciful” smile on his face froze completely at the moment their weapons collided.

A brutal, unreasonable force surged through the blade and into his arms.

How is this possible?!

Not only Garrod—Lilia herself was momentarily stunned.

That massive two-handed greatsword, which looked impossibly heavy, was actually being forced downward by her seemingly slender and delicate maid body.

【Maid’s Monstrous Strength】

“Get on your… knees!”

Lilia gritted her teeth, veins bulging on her forehead as she drove her hips forward, pressing her entire body weight onto the dagger handles like a human hydraulic press.

Creak—

The resilient flesh beneath Garrod’s feet began to crack, his polished armored boots sinking deep into the writhing tissue.

The high-and-mighty Holy Knight Commander, who had always looked down on others, now found his knees bending uncontrollably, being forced toward the ground.

That holy white radiance flickered like a candle in the wind under the pressure of the black daggers.

“So this is your so-called Hero?”

Lilia didn’t stop there—her verbal attacks went full throttle.

“You’re weaker than me—did you skip meals or are your kidneys failing?”

Garrod’s handsome face instantly flushed a dark red, veins bulging like worms across his forehead.

As a prodigy of the Church, when had he ever suffered such humiliation?

“Heretic… do not be so arrogant!”

Boom!

A blinding golden pillar of light erupted from Garrod’s body.

Lilia’s vision turned white, as if dozens of flashbangs had detonated directly on her retinas.

The scorching sensation of holy power burned her skin, forcing her to recoil. She flipped mid-air and landed steadily atop a protrusion in the flesh wall over ten meters away.

“Tch.”

Lilia rubbed her tear-filled eyes, her vision still doubled.

“If you’re gonna fight, then fight—what’s with the LED lights? Got any public decency?”

Garrod had already straightened himself again.

But his once spotless silver armor now bore several glaring scratches. The golden sun emblem on his chest had even been slightly deformed from the pressure, leaving him looking rather disheveled.

He panted heavily, and the contempt in his eyes was gone—replaced instead by something darker.

Wariness.

This woman—

No, something was wrong.

That strange speed, those black blades that ignored armor, and that completely physics-defying strength.

Was she really human?

“Very well.”

Garrod spun his sword in a flourish. The runes along the blade began flashing wildly, and the temperature in the air rose sharply.

“You’ve successfully angered me.”

“I’ll show you why the Third Knight Order is known as the ‘Heretic Reapers.’”

Before his words even finished—

His figure blurred.

It was an afterimage created by extreme speed.

So fast!

Lilia’s pupils contracted.

Come on!

Clang clang clang clang clang——！！！

A storm of metallic clashes erupted within the hollow space.

One golden, one black—two figures collided, separated, and collided again in rapid succession within the confined area.

The flesh walls were torn apart by sword energy, dark red fluids splattering everywhere.

Blood vessels were severed by blade edges, spraying foul-smelling ichor.

The more Garrod fought, the more alarmed he became.

Was this really a maid?

Her blades were too fast.

So fast that he couldn’t even see their trajectories—he could only rely on pure combat instinct to block.

And those tricky angles always found the gaps in his armor joints. Several times, the blade had even brushed past his carotid artery.

That icy sensation had already drenched his back in cold sweat.

Most terrifying of all—

This lunatic woman didn’t seem to get tired!

If anything, she grew more excited the longer she fought—each strike heavier than the last, each movement faster than before.

Meanwhile—

Maintaining high-intensity holy power was draining his stamina rapidly. His breathing had grown uneven, and the greatsword in his hands felt as heavy as a thousand pounds.

If this continued…

He would be worn down to death!

The moment that thought surfaced, Garrod’s composure completely collapsed.

A dignified Holy Knight Commander, a Hero candidate—was he really going to be exhausted to death in this filthy place by a demon maid?

What kind of joke was this?!

Slash—

At the instant Garrod’s focus wavered, Lilia seized the opening.

Her black blade struck like a venomous serpent, easily prying open his gauntlet and carving a deep wound into his wrist, exposing bone.

“Ah!”

Garrod cried out, nearly dropping his greatsword.

“Looks like your god isn’t blessing you today, old man.”

Lilia’s voice drifted from behind him.

That tone, laced with amusement, sounded like a demon’s whisper in Garrod’s ears.

No more dragging this out.

He had to use that.

Even though it was a trump card meant for the fully evolved monster—even though it would leave him weakened afterward—he couldn’t care about that now.

Survival came first!

Lilia was just about to press her advantage and finish off this show-off.

【Time Stop】 had been held in reserve this entire time.

Dealing with a not-yet-developed Hero—

Wasn’t worthy of forcing her to use her ultimate move.
