Apocalypse Forecast

Now, the gods have fallen, transforming into evil ghosts and Yaksha.

In the annals of history, Princess Fuki of the Satomi clan fell victim to the Curse of the Resentful Spirit Yuzi, and was implanted with the Eight Evils, succumbing to become an evil ghost. In order to prevent herself from becoming the source of chaos in the world, Princess Fuki sacrificed herself, reversing the Eight Evils into Eight Virtues. Thus, eight loyal and mighty warriors were born into the world. They received the miracles and blessings of the Eight Rooms, assisting the Li Jian family to vanquish evil, eradicate the roots of disaster, and restore order… This heroic tale was spread by people, and after integration over generations, it became the now-seen ”South Sumitoto Satomi Hakkenden.”

Yet, in reality, the struggle between Princess Fuki and the Resentful Spirit Yuzi, and even the wars that followed, were all merely contests for the possession of the Eight Rooms.

Whether the Eight Virtues or Eight Evils, both are powers of the Vajra Jewel Form - Eight Rooms. The difference lies only in how they manifest in the world.

Now, when the reversal arrives, the Eight Virtues naturally fall apart.

Benevolence, Righteousness, Propriety, Wisdom, Fidelity, Loyalty, Filial Piety, Fraternity, vanish without trace, replaced by the malice hidden for ages.

Evils, Lust, Theft, Foolishness, Heresy, Madness, Disorder, Grudge…

In a violent quake, a torrent of bloodlight gushed out from beneath the armor of the Eight Rooms, the masterless Miracle Imprint driven by the ocean-like grudge and pain, instantly falling into darkness.

Subsequently, limitless glazed bloodlight soared into the sky, swallowing the entire mountain range within.

Isolation inside and outside!

The Miracle Imprint unfolded.

But it is absolutely no longer the tranquil and harmonious appearance of the Diamond Realm: Paradise of all beings, the majestic and solemn aura vanished without a trace, replaced by the suddenly rising complex palaces.

The ears hear sweet moans and rough roars omnipresent, the eyes see dazzling five-colored chaotic spectacles, the tongue tastes a rich sweet fragrance, all perceived as a ’paradise’ so beautiful it evokes fear.

Inverted dreams.

All beings sink into endless eternity.

This is — Heavenly Demon Passion: Transformation Self-Mastery!

Under the calling of this vast calamity, the resplendent palace of the Heavenly Demon descends here, guiding all beings onto the Demon Road. The Eight Great Evils blend into the bloodlight, becoming the Abyss’s blessing, descending equally into every soul.

Pulling them, plunging into Hell!

Right in the hands of the Eight Rooms, Ashikaga Nakayuki convulsed violently, his eyes filled with bloodstains, swiftly being overtaken by the Eight Evils, struggling to maintain sanity.

”You... madman...”

He hoarsely utters his last words.

A tiny cracking sound came from his mouth, as he used his last strength to bite down on poison. Now, the toxin spreads and seeps, instantly corroding body and soul, terminating everything from the inside out.

Not having fallen into an ugly evil ghost, Ashikaga Nakayuki retained a final shred of insignificant dignity, thus ending his life.

Even Li Jian Jiu Jing did not anticipate such an outcome, that this old fellow still had such courage deep down...

But this was not something worth concerning.

”It’s merely the prelude to the opening anyway.”

Old Jiujing withdrew his gaze from the corpse, turned around, and headed towards the arena, announcing the news of the finale’s commencement.

Now, as the bloodlight like murky glaze covered, heaven and earth changed, everything plunged into the self-transformation’s Demon Realm, and the brimming evils also seeped into every body carrying the Li Jian bloodline…

This is the selfless sharing and gift from the Agleam Murder Demon.

Dragging this long-decayed bloodline, towards Hell!

.

As if wildfire spreads in an instant, smoke billows high into the sky, covering the entire mountain, engulfing everything in catastrophe.

Above the sky dome, beyond the clouds, Court Officials with Tengu wings looked down.

Watching the fire from across the river.

No trace of emotion or pity, only indifference.

”The scene of playing with fire and getting burned is really ugly, Lord Ashikaga.” He lowered his eyes, gazing at Ashikaga Nakayuki’s tragic death: ”For the sake of power, he did so many meaningless things, coveting the Satomi clan’s power and foundation... only to raise a tiger to cause harm, dying in the evil consequences of his own making, what a pity.”

A fool’s wisdom leads to self-destruction, leaving a mess for the Former Emperor.

The old folks in Deer’s Sing Hall are getting more and more inconsiderate.

He harbors not a hint of goodwill towards such old ghosts already corroded by power and so-called family, let alone offering a helping hand.

The observers from ’Seat’ loyally executed their mission.

As the Former Emperor’s eyes, recorded everything happening here to bring back before the Former Emperor, beyond this, had nothing more to do with him.

”So cold-hearted, Hattori.”

On a distant mountain ridge, an old samurai with disheveled pale hair, resembling a mountain monkey, leaned against a dead tree, grinning maniacally at the Tengu: ”Not even a trace of camaraderie between colleagues?”

”Shouldn’t it be you, old Kudagawa, who should be losing his temper now?”

Hattori responded indifferently: ”Regardless of our losses, after all, the General’s investments, which were secretly headed for the American Genealogy, seem to have gone entirely to waste.”

”So what?”

The old monkey-like samurai Kudagawa lifted his eyes, asking with a confused face: ”What will happen then?”

”...” Hattori frowned.

”Perhaps the General will be so mad when he hears about it that he’ll smash his wine glass, flip the table, getting upset and unhappy, but what more can be done?”

The old monkey Kudagawa spoke irreverently yet calmly: ”The Shogun truly has a bad temper, but for something like this, isn’t it not worth getting all worked up about?

If you ask me, getting really angry, it’s just like that.”

So said the loyal dog under the General’s command: ”Though it would be quite a headache for us subordinates, at most it’s to ’find a few sensible women with slightly bigger melons to accompany the lord and drink a bit to cool down,’ why get worked up to an extreme level?”

The smile contained mockery, looking towards the Tengu high in the clouds.

”Don’t assume to bring in your way into ours, okay?”

He raised his head, drinking the monkey wine from the gourd, speaking nonchalantly: ”Say you stumble upon a casino, happen to see a gambling table, and there’s a seat waiting for you… what would you do?”

”It’s merely a ten US dollar chip, test your luck, do you need to deliberate so long? Even if luck is bad and you lose, should you then beat your chest in anger?”

Thus, Kudagawa tauntingly spoke to the enemy already antagonistic to the extreme: ”The General knows what you’re doing, knows how you think.”

Kudagawa laughed strangely and told him:

”But the General does not care.”

In the clouds, the Tengu Hattori showed no expression, quietly and coldly gazed at the old monkey’s appearance, snorted softly: ”If it’s merely a ten-dollar chip, why trouble the General’s command with one of the Five Executors, No Two Sword - Kudagawa, to personally move?”

”Just along the way, don’t overthink.”

Kudagawa leisurely waved his hand: ”Who told me that the teacher instructed me so? Haven’t visited for years, as a disciple I always feel a bit guilty. Since there’s a chance to repay a little, might as well not refuse.

Your success or failure, the birth or death here, has nothing to do with me.

I most despise killing boring people.

So, rest assured, even if the heavens collapse I will not draw my sword against you…”

Thus, coolly, mockingly, indifferently, or perhaps... helplessly.

Watching the domain swallowed by bloodlight, in the self-transformation’s Demon Realm.

He did not come here due to the General’s order, but by the teacher’s instruction and request, came specially to take a look.

Witness the final path of a dim-witted junior once in the dojo…

”The Dongxia people say you can see who someone is at three years old... but what if someone is a fool from the start?”

He let out a helpless sigh: ”Stupid from eight to thirty-eight, Sasaki, you fellow, you’re beyond saving.”
